Beautiful and loaded with features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this unit. The only disappointment was the availability of accessories. I bought a air fryer basket, however it is too wide to fit past the entrance of the oven. It looks like it might fit if you could get it past the door lining.

Solid appliances
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I like them and they work well. There are a few minor issues. They won't connect to my wifi network. They have some unexpected hot spots that I'll need to work around. I haven't tried all of the features yet, but I'm looking forward to testing out the four rack baking when I make cookies.

We like this Double Wall Oven

We have issues with accuracy of temperature settings but there is no calibration feature on this model as there are with other Whirlpool ovens. It would be nice to have that added to the software.

Just an okay oven

Good points and bad points
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE replaced an existing Whirlpool 24 inch built in oven. It did not fit exactly, plus since it is now two separate ovens bracketed together the inside walls had to be flush. Ours weren't and we had to modify the inside cabinet. Two big drawbacks: Not only is it much smaller inside than our previous oven, this one does not have flat oven racks. Since they are like a basket, the biggest cookie sheet that fits flat is 14 3/4 inches. The only way to get even a smaller cookie sheet to fit is to put down a pizza stone or anything of similar height to raise the basket area. The other drawback is that the temperature selections go up by 25 degrees. Perhaps with a smart phone you can adjust to any temperature but we don't have one. Otherwise it is pretty, it proofs bread and it bakes.

Attractive. 24" is rare. Challenging Install
My old double oven was a one-piece unit and very easy to replace (slide out the old one, unwire). This Whirlpool one is two identical ovens.
For the new one I have to put in the lower oven. Put in two brackets that sit loosely on the bottom oven and rather than attach top to bottom oven, attach the brackets to either wall side.
So you affix each bracket to a wall - which in my case is very difficult on the left bracket as screws would show through the wall, so tape and glue and fabricate a left bracket holder. Also that left side is thin 1/4" plywood. Then you must remove the lower oven leaving the brackets in place. Then Mount the top oven, then wire it. Now wire the lower oven. Now install the lower oven. 2x the wiring. It makes sense from a Whirlpool standpoint with being able to use 2 singles, but the mounting method is very painful and likely very different than the old oven.
Making brackets attach from oven to oven (optionally) would improve the install (In some ways although the combined oven assembly would be heavier. Also a pigtail with connectors from the top to bottom oven would mean just one house wire to install.
All in all these appear to be good ovens. I love the convection and I love the switches being glass capacitive touch rather than membrane for much longer life. I would definitely buy again due to the lack of options at 24", but the installation will definitely cause your installer to earn his money - especially if your oven has an exposed wall panel that butts up against it on the left or right side.

somewhat disappointment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my ovens installed and used it 5 times and noticed it was darker than usual. The top bulb had stopped lighting and gone out. Now having to work thru the process of backordering parts and time consuming to have techs out and disturbing the installation done by my electrician. Lot of hassle for a brand new product costing that much.

Double Oven - Internet Connection
Just like the previous review from Cowboy I too cannot connect my oven to the internet. I have tried several different ways and devices and nothing works. It says it is connecting to our home router but cannot connect to the internet. I am also disappointed in the fact that I cannot set different oven temperatures. At this time the oven only has temperature settings in 25 degree increments. Maybe that will change if I can get connected to the internet. It's a work around, and most of my baking is done at 325, 350, 375 and 400. But still . . .

Interor Too Small
I purchased this double oven because my previous whirlpool double oven stopped working after 11 years and the part that was needed to fix it was no longer available. I purchased this oven because it was the only one that would fit in the space and I wanted to stick with whirlpool. First, these are 2 separate identical ovens. I guess if one breaks, at least you can use the other oven. I can't review how it cooks because I haven't used it yet. It was just installed yesterday.
That said, here are pros and cons.
Pros: it's a nice looking oven; it's very quiet...I didn't even know it was on. My previous oven was loud.
Cons: the interior is too small. A few of my sheet pans do not fit because instead of the racks sliding along grooves built into the walls of the oven, whirlpool decided to add these shelf guides that take up space in the oven. The only way to fit my sheet pan is to not use the rack and place the sheet on the shelf guide. Also, my roaster doesn't fit because of the handles. You may have to buy new cookware.
The racks don't glide smoothly.
I gave it 2 stars because I believe the shelf rack is a design flaw. I don't think one should have to buy new pans after purchasing a new oven.

An absolute nightmare.
This is the first review I have ever written. If I could give this a negative number on my review, I would. It arrived without issues, but we had to hire someone to rebuild the Inside and the outside of our cabinet even though our prior oven was a 24 inch. These are separate units that have to be installed independently. Shelving had to be added inside. The cut out had to be refinished because the oven is smaller than the standard 24 inch oven. Do not plan to install these with just the instructions. The oven doors are difficult to reattach. A standard baking sheet of 17 1/2 x 13 will not fit in the oven which I did not realize until they were installed. Buy this if you want to seriously complicate your life.

it looks pretty, but I need it to bake
Well this is a major disappointment! Beware that if you have a oven now that is a single unit, to install this oven you will need an electrician due to the double connections connection, my install could not be completed although I paid for it. Because of the two separate ovens. Also, this is like a toy oven, the inside is not very big at all...very disappointed to say the lease

Double Oven

Tried twice to get set with customer service - but they were unable to accomplish it either. They referred it ti engineering - still no connection. Extremely poor screen interface on oven with randomly sensitive keypad. Won't buy Whirlpool products again!
Emailed store we bought it for and recommended they not sell this product anymore because it will given them a bad reputation.
