Met My Expectations
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about a month ago and so glad I did. It has all the necessary features plus an agitator, which I feel is better at getting clothes clean. While not the most expensive model, this model more than met my expectations.

Lots of Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new whirlpool washer for a month or so. I have used a lot of the selections (normal load, delicates, towels, whites, colors, cold wash, clean washer (first cycle used), bulky items and quick wash). I like the sensor feature - 1) insert washing detergent, 2) insert items to be washed, 3) close lid and the sensor takes over with suggestions as to water temperature, size of load (low, med, high, max) . I have changed the water temperature to meet my needs. Water softener (add with some water) and there's an n extra rinse option. But the only thing I don't have is an end of cycle alarm, other than the lid unlocking. That's why 4 stars.

Satisfied but metal composition is thin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer came with the new build and is the standard that the builder installs. I have had many whirlpool appliances over the years and have always been pleased with them. I have no complaints about how the washer operates, just an observation. The metal composition feels much thinner and not as heavy duty, which makes me wonder if it will hold up as long as previous washers.

Good overall
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size of the wash tub is bigger than it looks like, and is really easy to get clothes in and out of. Be careful not to get it out early or interrupt the machine since it occasionally seems like it is done but it isn't. This happens and the clothes are heavy with water.

Nice machine and features for the money!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this machine to replace a one year old Amana that had a known issue with the drain pump continuously runs after cycle is complete. I was skeptical about getting a Whirlpool as they are the same manufacturer. I've had two Whirlpool washers in the past with no "Service life" issues. So, went with this brand new model and so far so good. Tub is huge and stainless steel, lots of load options and cleans well. The only reason I rated four stars is that it is quite noisy on the spin cycle. The drain hose vibrates against the back of the machine but it's not out of balance. I corrected that by installing foam A/C pipe insulation on the hose to quiet the noise and works great! The other thing I've noticed is that the final spin cycle seems to run a lot longer than my previous machines, almost 20 minutes. First good impression and hopefully this one will last for 10+ years!

Does the job well but very, very noisy

Decent features for a basic washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Traditionally i have used LG drum driven washing machine. It performs better. Whirlpool has a rod in the center for dispensing softner this design seems strange and reduces the number of cloths that can be cleaned in one load.

Not a quiet machine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was included in the new home that I purchased and moved in October 2025. For the most part it is an okay machine but it is very noisy. In my last home I had purchased a new GE and was very happy with how quiet it was.
