Excellent Washer - Reliable and Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I just moved into a new house and the washer was purchased with the new home. I would have liked to have the whirlpool washer I had in old house which was a higher quality.

Good overall
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size of the wash tub is bigger than it looks like, and is really easy to get clothes in and out of. Be careful not to get it out early or interrupt the machine since it occasionally seems like it is done but it isn't. This happens and the clothes are heavy with water.

Nice machine and features for the money!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this machine to replace a one year old Amana that had a known issue with the drain pump continuously runs after cycle is complete. I was skeptical about getting a Whirlpool as they are the same manufacturer. I've had two Whirlpool washers in the past with no "Service life" issues. So, went with this brand new model and so far so good. Tub is huge and stainless steel, lots of load options and cleans well. The only reason I rated four stars is that it is quite noisy on the spin cycle. The drain hose vibrates against the back of the machine but it's not out of balance. I corrected that by installing foam A/C pipe insulation on the hose to quiet the noise and works great! The other thing I've noticed is that the final spin cycle seems to run a lot longer than my previous machines, almost 20 minutes. First good impression and hopefully this one will last for 10+ years!

Cheap appliance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new washer used only twice and stopped working. Been without a washer now going on a month. Not happy at all with the appliance, brand or the technician that stated we will have to wait another 2 weeks for the parts to come in and get fixed. Very disappointed!! Would not recommend to anyone.
