Excellent Top Load Washer
I recently had an issue with a 2 year old LG WT8600CB top load washer that was dumping water on the ground from a faulty ezDispense dispenser but was also unhappy how my clothes would come out dry in sections because the clothes never got wet. It never cleaned how I wanted so I wanted an agitator washer but the flexibility of a wash plate. I decided to ditch the LG and get the WTW8127LC3 (and matching gas dryer) because of the 2in1 agitator, built-in faucet, Load & Go dispenser and the ability to monitor my wash through the app. Many of the same features as the LG but with an agitator.
I love this washer! My clothes actually are wet when I take them out and clean! The LG just couldn’t do it despite it being top-rated by Consumer Reports. Also, this washer is much quieter to me and the spin cycle is smooth and quiet. The LG was so loud during a spin I had to shut the laundry room door. Not anymore.
This model being a 3rd revision from Whirpool (denoted by the 3 at the end of the model number) I noticed some improvements from earlier models. This revision now has an electronic tub displacement sensor to avoid imbalance issues during a spin and the lid lock is now a solid latch and not spring loaded. The display models at all the big box stores only had the spring loaded lid lock which I didn’t like because it felt unrefined and clunky. I was pleasantly surprised when my washer arrived with the updated latch.
I love that I can select different water levels and not just one option of a max fill. The agitation on this model varies by cycle selection and really gives my clothes the turnover I would expect. I know some reviews say the agitation isn’t that great, but I’m not sure where that stems from. This thing can wash!
Very happy with my purchase and would recommend to everyone.

Great Washer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a family of six, it's definitely an advantage to have a washer with such a large amount of capacity. Being able to remove the agitator allows me to actually fit more clothes in when washing. I recommend this washer if you have a large family.

Great features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the features this washer offers, removable agitator for things like blankets and quilts or comforters. The ability to add enough detergent and rinse concentrate every few washes is really cool. Love the water dispenser feature. Alot of features I never new possible. The large tub size is something I wish was available when my kids were growing up.

Love my new washer and dryer!!
I did a lot of research and I thought it might be worth sharing my review to help others as I was so afraid of buying a bad washer and dryer. I’ve waited a couple of months just to make sure I’m still happy but I love this machine, the clothes are clean the soap is dispensing properly., there’s no residue left on my clothes. You can use the agitator or not use the agitator. I have nothing bad to say, the clothes smell wonderful and the dryer goes with is equally as nice. Don’t hesitate. I’ve been very happy so far.

Best-ever washer!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best-ever washer! It has every cycle that I will ever need. One of its capabilities that is important to me is the extra-gentle handling of hand-washable items. Another important capability is the huge capacity, large enough for a very fluffy comforter. The washer tells me how long the cycle will take, and signals when it is done. Even though there are many options, the controls are easy to learn.

This Whirlpool washer is a winner!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new washer! It’s so quiet. The removable agitator is so nice when washing a load of delicate items. The multiple cycle options are perfect for every type of laundry. The larger capacity drum is wonderful! The machine has a slightly slimmer profile than my last washer, so we save a little space too. The clothes smell amazing + wash thoroughly each time.

Fantastic washing machine!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The is an outstanding washing machine with many great features - especially the removal agitator. We also love the automatic dispenser for our liquid washing detergent (minimizes the amount used per wash). Too many great features to mention all here - it is great at soil removal with minimal water usage!

Great Washers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ability to fill up the detergent dispenser and not have to measure it each time. Also just putting in clothes without having to select a load size as the washer figures it out by the weight. This saves on water usage.

High-Tech Washer Amazon & Google Home Integration
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity compared to my old Samsung front loader is just insane. Wash times are actually shorter too, but somehow the clothes come out cleaner, plus and they don't need nearly as long in the dryer because the spin cycle is so efficient. The whole machine is also incredibly quiet, which I wasn't expecting.
The app integration has honestly been one of my favorite parts. I got my whole family set up on it so we can all see what stage the cycle is in, whether it's in use, and get a notification when it's done. I've also got it connected to Google Home so I can check on a load right from my Pixel Watch using the Gemini button. That might sound like overkill but with my old Samsung I was just setting a phone timer and hoping for the best. Loads would shift, cause a delay, and I'd end up going downstairs two or three times just to reset and recheck. It got old fast. The agitator is easy to pop out for bigger stuff like comforters or blankets and goes right back in without any hassle. Really solid washer. Highly recommend it, especially if your laundry room is any kind of distance from where you actually spend most of your time.

LOVE IT!
I bought the WTW8127LC washer a month ago, along with the matching dryer, and I'm SO happy with them! First of all, they look absolutely beautiful, but more importantly, they are easy to use and the clothes come out perfectly clean and dry. I was concerned about the noise level after reading reviews, but in my opinion, the washer is not overly loud (and our set is right next to our kitchen). I have not used the app yet. There's no need unless you want to add a favorite cycle or operate your machine remotely. I LOVE that you can use the agitator or remove it for bulky items. I have not had any issues with items getting twisted around the agitator or loads becoming unbalanced. Also, it gets plenty of water in a normal wash without having to set it to a deep water level. I don't know why some people complain about the water level. I also love having the display window on this digital model. You can see the different wash settings and how much time is left when washing. I found some really nice silicon mats by Seiri (on Amazon) that cover the tops perfectly to keep them protected. All in all, I'm extremely happy and would highly recommend them!
