Love this washer

This one gets spots out of your clothes with ease. It works great for large or small loads. I can fit 2 loads of clothes compared to my old washer. I love how you can fit a large item, my king size cover, in the washer and it cleans great. I can't wait to get the dryer that matches. This is a purchase I am happy I made.

It was delivered weeks later than anticipated. but is awesome... tub is huge (in fact I need a step stool to reach the bottom of it and Yes I'm a short 5'3", but the first time I've ever needed a step stool to reach my socks.) I love my new washer! (although not sure why appliances need to be linked to my phone, not like I can load the washer from work.)

I love Whirlpool

They are dependable never had to have one repaired. they just ran till they didnt 20+ years later. This one has lots of bells and whistles, but it still cleans awesome, quality machine. Im still learning all the features, but to me clean is what sells it. And it cleans so much better than my old ones..

But I am overall happy with them. The one issue I have experienced is with the load balancing- seems to use more water than needed. Also- I do not know if it just has a spin feature.

Love the presoak option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my washer for a month and have done lots of different type loads. I washed several loads of bed pillows, two at a a time, using the presoak option with Borax, Tide powder and regular HE liquid detergent. They started out very yellow and after washing them as “bulky” with hot water and laying them to dry in the sun, they are almost like new. The washer handled it all beautifully. I love the large capacity and the option to add more water, It runs quietly, too. The only feature I wish it has was a light coming on to show when it’s time to clean your washer with Afresh and an Afresh cycle on the washer. Also, it’s necessary to measure Clorox before putting it in the dispenser. My old washer had a “max fill” line with no need to use a separate measuring cup. I’m still very pleased so far and would buy it again.

For the load and go option. If I do fill it with detergent is there a way to do a load without using detergent from the spot. Example: I have to wash the baby’s clothes with dreft. Can I fill the load and go with tide and then in between use dreft for a w
You can disable the load & go feature. I would add the Dreft after the machine fills a bit. A better solution would be to use Dreft detergent pods if they are available and add it before you add the clothes.

My washer is just under 2 years old. It stopped working yesterday. When I press the various settings, they do not change, just beeps. Sometimes I am able to start it, but then it shuts off in less than a minute?
