It's worked really well for me.
I've had this dryer for over two years now and am very pleased with it. While it does take a little longer to dry than my old gas dryer (especially for thick things like towels), overall the performance has been great.
I particularly like the fact that it doesn't suck conditioned air out of my house like a conventional dryer does.

Great but 1 issue
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great drier, only one issue. We are in an apartment and were unaware of the drain hose that needs to go with the washer drain. Our washer and drier are on opposite sides of a small laundry room. The drain line for the drier does not reach the washer drain and so we have to use a bucket to collect the water that the drier produces. Once we move into a house this issue will be resolved.

This is a great dryer

I love this dryer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has been in service since Sept. 2023. Previously I had a gas dryer and that dryer just does not stand up to this one. My clothes ALWAYS come out dry no second settings needed as with the gas dryer. The size is perfect combination to a normal size washing machine. The only brand that makes this size. The no venting feature is stellar. Needless to say I am so very pleased with it and recommend it to anyone who would want to use a heat pump dryer.

All I hoped for
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loaded it up with 12 blue jeans and it did not complain at all. Dried them, and when I added time, it shut off soon after because they were dry.
I did notice that the dryer adds heat to the space, with the fan blowing hot air. I immediately thought that this dryer would be great next to a heat pump water heater. The heat pump water heater can absorb the heat from the heat pump dryer and you will get double rewards in energy savings, although the heat pump water heater cannot be in a closet.
Noise wise, it is about the same as all dryers. It has a high pitch, low volume noise.

First ventless dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer works great! It does take a little bit longer but I think it's worth it. Clothes come out really soft without using softener or dryer sheets. I'm really impressed. If u add in the factor that it uses a lot less energy to run.... I don't see how you can loose.

Heat pump dryer delivers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large dryer! Heat pump technology takes longer to dry on ‘Eco’ mode. There is also the option for regular, I assume without the heat pump aspect. But why would you? So it takes a little longer, it saves dollars this way and helps the environment by using less electricity. Please don’t install natural gas dryers, go with heat pump technology.

Heat pump dryer is exceptional
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched new dryers and wanted to be as energy efficient as possible. Heat pump dryers are the way to go. This one was the least expensive and had the largest capacity. I use the laundry every day. It can take up to 20-30 minutes longer to dry. There is no dryer vent to the exterior which saves on heating the house.

Ventless dryer works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the ventless dryer for a few weeks and about 10 loads of clothes, everything from queen sized quilts, sheets, towels, work overalls, jeans, permanent press and delicates. All automatic cycles sufficiently dry the items. You can adjust the dryness level to any cycle, if you like. But for my use automatic is pretty smart. Yes, it does take longer than a vented dryer and it is essential you clean the filters. But, dryer performance is great. I'm glad we got it. Installation was simple. The drain hose goes into the same drain as the clothes washer. No problem

Love my dryer
I will start off by saying the reason I chose this dryer is because we are working to replace our natural gas appliances in our home. This looked like a more environmentally sound choice than going straight electric to dry our clothes. I am happy with our choice. We have had it for about 2 years. We had one issue with something vibrating that was fixed by a technician. It does take longer to dry your clothes. I haven't tried taking it off eco, so maybe that will dry them faster. I would say that the cool down cycle is not as effective as a vented dryer but that doesn't make a huge difference for our family.

Easy to use. Dries the clothes perfectly.

The dryer vent cleaners could not clean the clogged vent hose because it was old and not up to code. What to do? Tear apart the walls and ceiling to put in a new hose??? That's when we first heard about ventless dryers! The perfect solution to our problem. We are VERY pleased with our new ventless dryer!

THE ADVENTURE BEGINS
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Changing to a HP dryer has been a goal and it's time has come for us. We made a quick reference sheep, laminated, and placed it next to the machine for quick reference. So far we are impressed and are waiting for the three and six month review of data to compare power use. The items do smell better and are softer with the HP method. The front panel is a wee bit sensitive as several times we have brushed against it and it has activated. The adventure continues...

Heat pump dryer works great

It really appeals to me that it it does not have a vent to blow the nice warm house air outside. It condenses the water out of the clothes and there is a hose that can drain into the same place as the washer.

Faster than expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer for both the energy efficiency and the safety of a ventless system. Our old dryer exhaust would regularly clog the flapper cover on the outside end of the dryer vent pipe, reducing airflow and creating a fire hazard. This dryer does require attention to the lint filters since it traps lint that would make it through our old system, but the filters are easy to clean. The dryer interface is great and takes some of the guesswork out of different loads. It is also easy to modify settings to match your preferences. While it posts an estimated time at the beginning of the cycle, so far, it has taken substantially less time than the estimate. The results are at least as good as our old dryer if not better, at 1/3 the electricity usage.
