Large drum for large loads.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After purchasing a Downy ball, I am very happy with my new washer. I placed my mattress cover in the washer and I was very happy with the size of the drum. I did not have to remove the Agitator and I was very pleased with the water level to completely wash the queen size mattress cover.

Love the features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new washer and its large capacity and how the water flows! I love that the agitator is removable to wash larger items. It gets our clothes very clean and I can adjust the water level if I need or want to add more water to a load for the clothes to move more freely during the wash cycle. Love the see through lid, and that you can pretreat stained items before washing using the water faucet feature.

installation and service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few problems. There was an installation problem and later a service tech’s attitude. When it was installed the quick wash was started but verifying cold water was being dispensed was not validated. The service tech’s attitude came out and informed me my cold water tap was not dispensing water. As he left the comment “this was a long wasted trip” as he left. After getting a plumber out to fix the problem the wash cycle was completed.

Very roomy and spins the clothes drier than before
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the machine for 2 weeks it's been great. I only have to do one dark load a week because it holds so much I'm very pleased with that.

Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my Maytag with this washing machine. My favorite feature is the ability to remove the agitator. It makes cleaning comforters a breeze and the capacity is great. It also does a much better job of removing the water from clothes, towels or blankets so drying time is so much faster now. I have had it for about a month now and so far so good. I also love the clear top so I can see the cycle. It does not have the time of the cycle which first bothered me, but the upside of the other features makes it a non issue. My clothes are clean and the capacity is great. I washed a queen size down comforter and had plenty of room to add another blanket if needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the cycles, clothes are washed and come out clean. It is easy to load and keeps the clothes level in balance. The spin speed is great. It is a bit noisy as it goes through the cycles. I would recommend it and would buy it again.

Overall Review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far so good. Had a 4 1/2 yr old Samsung washing machine that just could not get thru a load without banging, shaking, moving, turning clothes inside out! Turns out Samsungs are known for this. Got a new state of the art Whirlpoo washing machine with excellent reviews. Hopefully it lasts a very long time. Bought the one with re-movable agitator. Used agitator a few times but hubby complained his clothes ere wrinkled so took it our. I guess no need for agitator. I would prefer more water in my washloads but since this machine automatically weighs it's smarter than me & knows better.

LOVE IT !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that its such a large capacity washer ! I don't have to worry about picking the right water level, because it does it automatically. I have no problem and have been satisfied with the use of cold water washes, enabling me to do most of my laundry in one load. Also, I'm able to easily remove the agitator, enabling me to do bed comforters with ease.

Easy and efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have not had any negative issues with this washer. I really like the removeable agitator. I was worried that the capacity was too small for my larger items compared to my former machine, but it fits everything just as well. I like that I can adjust the water level on any cycle, and the spin speed seems to be working very well. I use my washer almost every day and it is holding up great.

Good Value!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace an aging Kenmore washer. We chose it for the removable agitator and the glass lid as well as the large capacity and low price. After a couple of months use, we like it for its quiet operation, ease of use, and speedy cycles. We recommend it to anyone looking for a top value top loading washer.

Great top load machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity is really great on this machine for all load sizes, mini to large and bulky. It washes consistently no matter the size load. Additionally, it seems to be quite efficient with water, the sensor really works accurately.
Overall, I really love this machine. My only negative is putting the detergent directly in the drum, but not a huge negative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like being able to see thru the top. It is very large capacity, but I need to put it on deep water to cover the clothes.
