Quiet and solid.

So easy to operate

Fantastic piece of machinery.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this new washing machine seems to do the job. I especially appreciate how dry it spins the clothes. The clothes requiring less drying time in the dryer. I also enjoy the slow closing lid so it does not slam shut. The noise lever during operation seems quiet to me as well. I am satisfied with my purchase right now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The selector has options that make sense, and i appreciate that because i never really knew what options to use for towels on my old Kenmore.. like doesn't everyone wash towels? Ha. The see through lid is appreciated.. apparently the government doesn't want me to open the washer while it's running.. but actually being able to see that's going on in there is a good compromise. It definitely has an aggressive spin, and the clothes come out almost dry. I'm sure this saves me money on running the dryer.. but it does rough up the clothes a bit in the process.

Simple, easy to use, and effective!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this washer which I am loving. I prefer a top loading washer with agitator so this was perfect! I was replacing my Maytag top load washer because it was making a loud grinding noise and couldn’t figure out the warranty. I liked that washer too so I was excited to try a different brand and compare apples to apples. First, the Whirlpool delivery was great! They removed my old washer and installed the new one and even made sure all tubing was secure. As for the size, I was a little concerned because it looked a bit more shallow than my previous washer, but I actually prefer it because I am 5’4” and the first one was hard to reach to get all clothes on the bottom. This one being a little more shallow is a lot easier to get everything out.
Performance- this has been so great! Clothes are super clean and fresh. The simple design (knob plus buttons) makes it very easy to adjust the settings for your loads to your liking. There is a deep water setting, and an option for 30 min pre soak if you need it.
Simple, easy to use, and effective! Highly recommend.

Easy to use and pretty efficient!

I'm excited to use this new washer and hoping it will hold up through time just like my other one. So far, it's been working well, although a bit noisy. My clothes come out fresh and clean! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation of this washer was super easy. It took 15 mins to complete the entire setup. As a mom of two little ones, I totally love this washer that comes with multiple options of washing. Jeans, Heavyduty, whites, colors, quickwash, activewear, delicates etc. just turn the settings wheel with the option that fits the bill and you are all set. It doesnt make much noise even for heavy duty making it super comfortable to use at all times. Unlike other washing machines, both the water and energy consumption were very less. Best part the size is big enough to wash even the bigger comforters. Every household needs this.

Beautiful and Efficient Washer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with this washer. The number one reason is it has a faucet feature. This is a game changer for me. To be able to rinse out the soap cup and do a bit of scrubbing to stains before loading them in the wash is great! The only thing that is awkward is you have to open and close the lid to turn the faucet on and off. It might have been cool to have the button closer to where the faucet actually is.
All of the features that make this a great washer:
- Top loading! Front load washers look cool but they are terrible in my experience.
- The clear lid with the soft close feature. It just makes me happy inside.
- The faucet. Growing up I had this on my washer and I didn’t know how important it was until I got my own washer. I will never have a washer without this if I can help it.
- All of the different modes that are still very customizable
- The presoak and deep water wash. Now that I have a kid I need both of these features to ensure the clothes are clean.
- There are presets for“jeans” and “active wear”. I thought this was really good because jeans can be a bit tougher to wash and I don’t need my jeans shrinking anymore than I feel like they already do. And active wear can get STINKY. This allows me to wash them quickly without having to think about changing the other presets.
Downsides
- the faucet button is only accessible when the lid is closed
- The lid locks right away when it starts washing after it is done with the sensing process.
- You have to hold the “play” button down for 2 seconds for it to start.
The downsides are not significant at all, especially when compared to all of the other features. Overall I am extremely impressed with this washer and would recommend it to family and friends.
Side note: the fabric softener dispenser was broken within the first week of having the washer. We don’t even use fabric softener. I am happy to report that Whirlpool came out to fix it at no charge to us. The downside is it took a week for them to send someone but I’m glad they were able to fix it.

It was very easy to install, and it's very easy to understand, super user-friendly! It works and runs like a charm! I love how quiet it is, That's all huge plus! It has great water output, and it thoroughly cleans my laundry, no residue left on anything at all! I like to use scent beads, and my old washer could never seem to get them to dissolve fully, this washer has no problem with that!! 1 wash and run through, and my laundry is clean as can be! I also really love how energy efficient this washer is, it has actually cut down my electricity bill a little bit! Its built to last and this will last me years to come! Overall, this is a wonderful choice if you're looking for a solid washing machine that gets the job done while also being quiet and energy efficient!
