Loads of Love for This Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been two weeks with my new top-load washer with a built-in faucet, and I couldn't be happier! I only wish I had replaced my old machine years ago. I'm still getting used to adding detergent directly to the drum before the clothes, but the laundry comes out clean and well-spun every time. Another bonus: the clear top lid! I love being able to see the wash cycle in action.
The built-in faucet is a total game changer- unlike previous washers that filled from the bottom up (trying to save water but actually not always saturating all the laundry), this one fills from the top down, so I know every item is being thoroughly washed. I would definitely recommend it!

Buy this washer. You will not regret it. Very easy to use and your clothes will be spotless. I have saved money on this purchase. The drum is so spacious it has room for all my comforters pillows and quilts.

Excellent machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer at the beginning of July. I love it. Easy to operate and runs pretty quietly. Does the job well. And it looks nice too. I’m short, 5’, and always have a hard time reaching the bottom of washers to retrieve my clothes. But the tub of this one turns so easily and I can finally reach everything without issues. If you are in need of a new washer, I highly recommend it.

Excellent and inventive to add a faucet option.

I can now launder all my comforters individually rather than taking them to a laundromat. My frontloader did not get them clean and would not handle that load well.

It's simply amazing!

The only thing I am not impressed with is there is NO user guide that is easy to find. I have some questions and I would like to just look at a manual, but I can not find one on the inner workings of the machine. I have found a user manual that details how to install my machine, but not the particular settings and uses. The washing machine itself is a great product.

Solid choice for a top loader with no agitator.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had it a couple of weeks but so far it is holding up nicely. I noticed when searching prior reviews that some people say this is remarkably quiet while others say it is ridiculously loud. I think the difference here comes down to what kind of washer you had before. Compared to my prior front loader, it is absurdly loud for sure. With the door to the laundry room closed, it is fine and barely noticeable. But by comparison, definately louder. But compared to prior top loaders I've had, it is actually much quieter. These types of machines are just inherently louder. Like I said though, with the laundry room door closed, it isn't a problem for me, so I won't count that against it. The reason I bought this is that I am tired of trying to clean the front door of the front loaders. They may have a lot of advantages, but I felt I could never keep that machine clean and it was making the clothes smell bad. I've also had issues with top loading agitators tearing up sheets. So, I wanted one that was top loading but without an agitator. This has been perfect so far. I did notice that one load of heavily soiled clothes didn't get terribly clean until I used the deep water option. It just didn't feel like it was using enough water for a thorough clean. Once I re-ran it with that cycle though it was fine. I think it will take some experimenting to find the right cycle for the right type of load. But in the end, it is getting the clothes clean. And unlike my past machine, there is nothing I need to do to clean an maintain the machine itself.
