Great features - Efficient Technology
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this beauty after the range that came with our house melted (seriously). After comparison shopping features, technology and price we decided on the Whirlpool Slide-in electric and could not be happier. It gives us precise cooking/baking, smart technology and is more energy efficient than our old one, which has added savings on the old electric bill.
The only thing we would have liked more is if it were gas...but that is an argument to be had with the city.

Glass top slide in stove

The knobs are not plastic. The oven cooms very evenly and just love the glass top. I am know considering oredering a whirlpool low profile microwave.

Has all the features I need and more!

Love it! I have additional buffet serving space.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this range exactly one month today and enjoy it more each day as I try new things. I am so glad I got rid of my gas stove. This stove top is so much easier to clean and gives me extended counter space for entertaining since I can use the stove top as serving space.

Heats quickly

I converted from gas to electric and am so happy I did. I love that when I am ready to serve the burner keeps my food warm and works like a buffet server for plating up meals for my guests. No more scorched potatoes on the bottom of the pot. I am in my 70's and am finding that I can control my oven from my phone. It even has a convection/ regular oven temp adjustment feature. It is so much easier to clean than a gas stove.

Nice!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good, had it about a month and it is hotter than my electric stove more like a gas stove. I am getting used to it, but it bakes and cooks better than my other electric stove. And it looks great in our updated kitchen. :-)

Love it, but can't clean it!
Very disappointed that there is no true self-cleaning feature on this stove. I would not have purchased it at all. The quickly steam clean with water in the bottom is a joke. The sides are all greasy and hard to clean. I cook a great deal and this is unacceptable to me. I may even change the stove because of it. I deep clean my oven four times a year and I feel as if I am reduced to cleaning it on my hands and knees. Just ridiculous. I want someone to let me know how to clean this thing. Don't but it until you get an answer to this question.

Beautiful oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for almost 6 months now and it’s a good oven that looks really nice. I like that it can connect to your home WiFi and had the ability to be operated remotely when you’re away from home. I have noticed it takes longer than average for things to bake and I wish the clock/time feature would sync automatically with it being connected to the internet but overall it’s a good product.

No work Aqua Clean
We recently remodeled our kitchen and replaced all appliances with Whirlpool, love all of them. Only problem is the Aqua Clean for the oven, IT DOES NOT WORK after using for Christmas and New Year's went to clean the oven and it's horrible to clean the system is useless and doesn't work. Hard to get to the back of oven inside.

Lots of options
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my stove for almost a month. More features than I will probably use but glad to know I can access them. The stove/oven are easy to use. Glass cleaner works best for keeping cooktop clean. I had difficulty connecting the stove to Wi-Fi and the clock was not keeping time properly. I called Customer Care and the two issues were connected. The technician took care of my issues remotely. It was a positive experience.

Beautiful range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compliments my kitchen very well. I like the contrast of shiny knobs, handles, and the reatis stainless steel. Touch screen is sensitive but you can lock it. I always purchase a extended warranty on high tech appliances.

Beautiful Stove

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because ceramic stove top has a few marks after use which I think should have lifted. I've cleaned it with the recommended products and use the recommended pots and pans.

Wouldn't buy this particular model again.
Word to the wise. First, before doing anything...get some clear tape (I used packing tape and cut strips) and cover over the printed labelling on the control knobs. If you don't this immediately, all the lettering/indicators will be gone with a simple wipe/cleaning. If you don't do this FIRST, using the triple and double burners will be difficult to determine accurate cooking temps once the printing is worn off. Second, the touch screen is nice, but, don't dare touch it to clean/wipe while you are baking anything or it will clear current settings. Set your oven and leave the mess until your cooking/baking is done! Lastly, look closely at the features you want, before buying. We thought this unit had your typical SCORTCH oven cleaning cycle...NOT! It has a useless low temp aqua cleaning cycle that really isn't helpful. You add a couple of cups of water to the bottom of the oven and run the cycle. It's meant to add moisture and heat and aid in manually cleaning the oven. I prefer the regular type of self cleaning oven cycles we have had for many years. So far these are 3 of my pet peeves regarding this model of range and we have only had it for a couple of months. The 'smart' portion of this oven has a long way to go before actually being beneficial to your cooking needs (for instance, add cameras to monitor the oven compartment) Far more beneficial to see what's going on with your food than setting baking temps and cooking methods. I still have to get up and go to the range to monitor my oven cooking. Other than that, it cooks and it bakes as any range should.

Top and touch pad

This is a fraud!
I bought this oven in September and the self clean is a farce. It does not clean at all. Do not buy this oven! I'm so disappointed. I have owned other Whirlpool appliances and have been pleased but this one omg! Otherwise Im happy with it. I did not buy a self cleaning oven to clean it myself!!!

HARD TO KEEP CLEAN, HARD TO USE
THE TOP OF THE RANGE SHOWS EVERY DROP OF WATER AND GREASE. NO MATTER WHAT YOU COOK THE TOP OF THE RANGE IS MARKED UP. YOU CANNOT CLEAN IT WITH SOAP AND WATER, YOU CANNOT USE GLASS CLEANER EITHER. IT ALWAYS LOOKS SMEARED AND DIRTY UNLESS YOU USE THE POLISH. WE POLISH THE TOP OF THE STOVE 3-4 TIMES PER WEEK BECAUSE THE IT LOOKS TERRIBLE IF WE DON'T. THE FRONT IS BEAUTIFUL.
CONTROL KNOBS ARE UNDER A SMALL LEDGE SO YOU CANNOT READ THE SMALL LETTERING ON THEM EASILY
THE TOUCH SCREEN CONTROLS ARE ALSO HARD TO USE, IF YOU TRY TO SCROLL DOWN THEM THEY AUTOMATICALLY BOUNCE BACK UP TO THE TOP OF THE MENU SO YOU CANNOT EASILY USE FEATURES AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TOUCH SCREEN.
OTHER THAN LOOKING NICE FROM ACROSS THE ROOM, IT'S NOT A NICE RANGE/OVEN TO USE... AT ALL. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT

Worst. Oven. Ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited for this oven. It has been nothing but a nightmare. After having the oven for less than 3 months, the high/medium/low markings on the range knobs wore off. We had a technician come out for two of the burners not working, and while he was here we asked about replacing the knobs. He said they weren’t covered under warranty due to that being cosmetic (apparently not knowing what temperature your cooking at is okay and not a safety concern to Whirlpool).
The aqua lift feature is a JOKE. I tried a few months after we got the oven, and it did not even remotely lift any dirt from the bottom. It literally was cold and didn’t lift anything. Our oven is absolutely disgusting now because I have no idea how to clean it. The cleaning feature doesn’t work, and you aren’t supposed to use any chemicals.
We’ve had the oven for a little over the year, and the electric has having an issue. Some days I need to start the oven three times for it to actually work and begin heating.
