Great base model.

The other new one stopped cooling after 2 days and all my frozen foods defrosted. I was able to replace it with this Whirlpool. It arrived quickly and has all the features I like. I am so glad I got this one. Freezer is very roomy, spacious and the fridge has customizable door shelves. The side door does have the adjustable compartments which are amazing and helpful. It runs quietly. I could not be happier with this purchase for anyone who wants a basic fridge/freezer without all the bells and whistles. It is one beautiful appliance and addition to our kitchen♥️✨

Old KENMORE Reliable /New WHIRLPOOL Arrival
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 1992 I purchased a KENMORE White 30"-Wide Top Freezer Refrigerator. On December 23, 2025, my KENMORE was "No More", and I purchased a WHIRLPOOL Stainless Steel 33-Inch Wide Top Freezer Refrigerator. Back in the day, I knew that WHIRLPOOL was a "distant but reliable cousin" to KENMORE which had stopped manufacturing appliances many years ago and was "No More". So I researched many refrigerator brands and shopped many stores to narrow my choices. WHIRLPOOL always topped my list of refrigerators. When the service men delivered and installed my WHIRLPOOL Frig and were hauling her out the door, my old KENMORE said to my new WHIRLPOOL," I'm so glad she picked you to take my place after all these years."

Quiet refrigeration system
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 5 stars are based on the quietness of the refrigeration system. This unit replaced a 30-year-old refrigerator that sang in a loud voice, 60 - 70 dbs. The new unite is larger than the old unit. Per my husband it is easier to see what is in the refrigerator. I am still learning how to "pack" the freezer unit for best efficiency of the cooling system. I am hopeful that this refrigerator lasts half as long as the old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having defrosting issues with my last Whirlpool fridge after only 13 years……the problem first surfaced 3 yrs ago but did ok after repair. I’ve trusted Whirlpool for many years and liked the layout of the model so took the plunge and hope I’ll get more years on this one! It’s less than a month old so all is good and hopefully will remain so I especially like the roominess of the interior.

Perfect size

Deep shelf doors :)

Mild fluctuations occur when I add additional food items. (I bought my own thermometers to gauge the temps.) Very satisfied.
