Extremely functional and Modern Clean Appearance!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent choice of replacement refrigerator! It is a bit smaller than my previous refrigerator but size constraints dictated size. Excellent features and getting accustomed to a neat and clean refrigerator environment. Bit more costly just a few years ago, but if quality, reliability and long term performance are experienced then the costs will be worth the investment!

Great addition!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a perfect addition to my kitchen. This product is more functional than my old whirlpool refrigerator, which is now on my patio and much easier to find what I’m looking for, since the lighting is amazing. A big plus is the water and ice through the door and in Arizona, ice is a necessity during the summer time. Glad I purchased this unit.

Ice and water dispensaries
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's exactly what we needed. We had a 36-in refrigerator delivered which ended up being too big. The return process was easy. So we went with the 33 inch which fits perfectly. We did take out an extended warranty only because our one we initially replaced had a part that was no longer made for it. We had an extended warranty on it which refunded us the full purchase price. I highly recommend on any appliance to add at least a 3-year extended warranty. The performance of the refrigerator is great. After 45 years of marriage, I finally got the
refrigerator I like which has the outside ice and water dispensaries.

Great Features, Through-the-Door Ice is nice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for about three weeks and are reasonably happy with it. It replaced a twenty year old Kitchen Aid refrigerator also made by Whirlpool. The refrigerator lighting is great and allows seeing items on all the shelves and drawers. The freezer, not so good on lighting. The freezer has a light at the top, but doesn't light up as well as the refrigerator, so difficult to see items on the freezer lower shelves and drawer. The refrigerator drawers don't have rollers so don't slide smoothly like our old refrigerator. The freezer drawer also has no rollers, but does slide smoothly. I've set the cold control for the refrigerator on three and the freezeer on two. Those settings keep everthing very cold in the refrigerator, and solidly frozen in the freezer. We initially ran about a quart of water through the water dispenser and discarded it after the water was connected. Likewise we discarded the first two cycles of ice cubes. The ice maker started making ice after about eight hours. We can hear the ice drop into the ice bin and the icemaker refill about every hour and forty minutes. It took about three days for the ice bin to completely fill for the first time.
We connected to the water supply using 1/4 inch flexible copper tubing connected with a piercing shut-off valve, which works just fine. We chose the White color and it matches just fine with our existing GE White Dishwasher and GE White Range.
The user guide is awful. It is not user friendly. It tries to cover multiple models with multiple ice makers, so it's difficult to determine what applies to your model. Likewise the email you'll receive after you register your appliance to "Get To Know Your Refrigerator" starts off with a picture of the wrong model and a generic description. So both of these references may be technically accurate, but are practically worthless.
Besides the poor reference material, I have two operational complaints. One is the refrigerator drawers do not open and close smoothly as mentioned earlier. The other is a loud Ker-Klunk sound from the ice dispenser each time it initially engages. Overall we like the refrigerator and would recommend it.
Update 1/6/2026: I was able to get the drawers to move smoothly by spraying the drawer edge glide surfaces top anf bottom with silicone spray. The drawers now open and close smoothly. I did this to all three drawers by removing the contents, removing the drawers, and placing each drawer on a bath towel to catch any overspray, while spraying the drawer edge contact surfaces top and bottom.

Great features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to buy a new refrigerator because my present Kenmore (2017) refrigerator died. It needed a new compressor. It had some features I couldn't get on my any new one. Really had no choice. But the one I choice is a little smaller than my old one but works great. I do like the water/ice feature on the door better on this new Whirlpool refrigerator than my old one.

Great Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice Refrigerator, looks great in place of my white one. Recommend when you measure for height measure from across the top toward the back they measure the height by the front and there is a lip that is taller than the actual refrigerator itself . Doing this will allow a better measurement as to what can fit.

Great Price, Great Refrigerator

GREAT PURCHASE & FEATURES

So far no issues with the ice maker and water dispenser which was an issue with other brands over time.
