Happy with our purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve owned this for a couple weeks and we absolutely love it. The fridge capacity is larger than the one we replaced it with, however, the freezer is less. Would highly recommend this refrigerator.

A fridge worth buying!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new French Door bottom freezer for over 2 weeks are are loving it! I was worried at first that we wouldn't have enough storage because our last fridge was a bit bigger but this one has tons of space. We love the cubed and crushed ice feature, the moveable shelves are easy adjust and it's also easy to keep clean.

New Whirlpool Refrigerator

Bought it sight unseen. As the counter depth was not available to view in the store. Not disappointed. Just getting used to the noises it makes. A little loud when the ice maker fills up.

Value priced for high end features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new refrigerator! This is a second home (vacation home) and I have a huge Sub Zero in my main house but I must say I like this refrigerator better with the easy to use ice maker on the door and the interior organization is fabulous. We really like the size of the smaller than normal ice cubes (not too big). It is a beautiful refrigerator and we are very happy.

Fit was great. And new features awesome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Surprisingly very roomy interior for the fridge. Freezer not as large as I expected but I do like the pizza storage area they added. It is much quieter for water dispenser and ice maker than are other Whirlpool and that I like even better. Service was 5 star on the install., And Customer Service was extremely helpful.

We have owned this model for 5 years. Simple and runs nicely. Doesn’t have water filter or ice maker; so there’s less that can go wrong. Only issue is temperature controls which have numbers 1-7, with7 being the coldest, but no way to tell what temperature it is.

Very quiet refrigerator!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this through a dealer, but it had to be ordered. Like it, but the ice cubes are too small (they water down drinks faster), there is not enough space for taller drink items (lemonade, milk, 1/2 & 1/2, etc.), the in-the-door water is difficult to use without spilling down the front of the refrigerator, the water filter compartment takes up needed storage space. Love the narrow platter space - great for parties and holidays! The outside measurements are perfect, it just fits our existing opening. Please do not make this model any larger!

Mechanical issue requiring a warranty repair visit

Great but water dispenser has chemical taste
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the refrigerator but I cannot get the chemical taste out of the dispenser. I have run 0ver 25 gallons of water through it and after sitting all night the chemical taste returns. Other than that the unit is GREAT.

Shelves are not conducive to space

Unsatisfied with the Regrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are not happy with the Refrigerator for two reasons: (1) the handle on the front door of the freezer is loose and (2) the refrigerator came with two large tapes stuck on the inside ceiling of the refrigerator and there is no way we can take it off.
