MUCH better than a Samsung!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve only had the refrigerator for three weeks, but we are very pleased so far. We previously had a French door and did not like it. We went back to the side-by-side and we are much happier. Despite the fact that you cannot adjust the refrigerator shelves, it will be fine. There is plenty of storage and you can fit quite a bit in there. As for some people complaining about the water dripping after you fill your glass, you need to be patient and wait one second after you stop depressing the water button. The area to get ice is short like some people have complained about but if we are trying to fill a taller water bottle, I just use a shorter cup to get ice. It runs very quietly and makes a very good amount of ice. I also like the shape of the ice cubes.

Great Fridge!

When our fridge died, we already had an idea of the model & made our final decision based off of the delivery date. This fridge has been great - it’s roomy, has efficient shelving, & fits our needs perfectly. Very happy with this choice!

Exactly what I needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was taking too long to make the ice but discovered it was my fault. The top shelf in freezer is shorter than the others but I had stuffed it full anyhow. Finally figured out that is what was holding up the making of ice. That gap is to allow air flow. My stuff was blocking the air vent. Once I made room for air to flow, it made the ice! Also, other people complained about water dripping. Thankfully mine does not drip.

The inside lay out of both the fridge and freezer are very well space with custom adjustment possible . Love the big bins on the doors. Also a full size pizza firs flat easily in the freezer.

New Refrigerator and Warranty

Enjoying Our New Purchase

The refrigerator portion stopped cooling while we were out of town and it cost us plenty in spoiled food. Our new one is a side by side and our old one had a bottom freezer. It is smaller, but we like it. The water and ice still work when the refrigerator door is open! We love the finger printless stainless steel.

Both fresh-food and freezer sections are upright and accessible at eye/waist level rather than bending down into bottom-freezer drawers—fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish. LED lighting.
