Whirlpool 24.6 Side-by-side Refrigerator ice maker

greatness with on small imperfection.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with my new refrigerator, pleasantly surprised how much room I have in it. Easy to use controls. The only flaw is the design of the caps on the bottom of the door on each side looks like a square box with a hole, just does't give it a finished look. The performance is the important part and it performs great!

Wonderful Product ! Bad Contractor.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is great, but I love this refrigerator. I bought over 10 appliances from Whirlpool in the last five years and I love their products. My brother used to work for Whirlpool but he died of cancer in 1992. I really had a bad experience with a Whirlpool contractor with Preferred Appliance his name was Andy L. and it was the worst technician I've ever had. He refused to level my refrigerator and he insulted me and cussed me out. I complain to Preferred Appliance in Lexington, Kentucky and I hope the guy gets fired because he’s giving Whirlpool a bad name for the brand. I’m a 74 yr old disabled veteran and he really gave me a good dose of elder abuse. Daniel Ray

The design of the shelves leaves lots of room to put things. I also love the placement of the water dispenser in front of the ice dispenser instead of being side by side like my old refrigerator. Occasionally, the ice gets hung up in the Shute, but not often.
