XO 15" Ice Maker short term report
Had it about 2 months, very happy with it so far. Installed it with a 3 year in line water filter. Making real nice clear ice. Cubes are much bigger then the Marvel ice maker it replaced.

Love the XO 15 in. Ice maker. Makes tons of ice relatively fast. My only complaint is that’s it’s a little noisy.

Great while it lasted
Bought the ice maker and pump in Dec. The pump died 5 months later. Tech can't come out for two weeks and was told a new pump will take 4 more weeks to come in.

How does it drain? Does it have a built in pump or must be run pitched down to a waist line?
depends on the model you purchased as they come with or without a pump. I drained mine to the sump pump well. I purchased with the pump but didint really need it... so regret that move. I already burned one pump out due to pinching the line when I pushed the unit in. I bought a copper elbow so I wont do that again... took some time to fine the correct size parts for doing that. Hope this helps. Good unit.
