Sturdy. Reliable. Manageable. We initially had the YETI Soft-sided Hopper M30. It was a gift from my niece. Turns out: It was too heavy (even while empty) for us old ladies to carry it. Not to disparage the M30, but we were glad when it was recalled, so we could get the 18 Soft Cooler. Much more manageable for us without compromising any of the other features.

THE Perfect Soft Cooler
Needed a soft cooler for the pool/softball/everyday use and this is perfect. I really don't understand the complaints about the zipper because once you get it a few times its super easy to use. I've never even used the stick of lube that was included with it. It keeps ice for at least a day and even when it does melt the drinks inside stay could multiple days after that. Its even easy to put in a freezer to prep it before you use it. I HIGHLY recommend getting this cooler and would ignore all other reviews with any criticisms.

Flip the bottom logo so it imprints the sand!
This is the perfect beach cooler. I think it’d be cool if yeti put their logo backwards on the bottom so the imprint on the sand read “YETI”.

Ridden hard and put away wet!
Love this cooler! It's a great size and is inherently practical. I use it regularly for post game for mountain bike rides (though I just switched over to the Roadie 24,which is even better for this purpose) and concerts and travel. I probably use this thing twice a week. I've had it about a year and have zero issues. When used in conjunction with Yeti Ice blocks it does and excellent job of keeping stuff cold for a very long time. Five stars!

Amazing!!
We won this in a raffle fundraiser and it is the best cooler I have ever owned. We use it when we are on long car rides and it will keep our stuff cold for the whole day! Wonderful!!!

Product instructions helpful
Read all the instructions. Put the cooler in the fridge overnight. Loaded 10 pounds of frozen shrimp the next morning with 4 thin & 1 medium frozen ice packs. Sailed through TSA like a breeze and made a 5 hour flight home. Still frozen solid. Great cooler

Excellent & Lightweight Cooler
I bought this while on vacation for something lightweight to take down daily on the beach. My Yeti Tundra 35 was starting to get heavy after a day in the sand & sun with a few drinks. Anyway, keeps drinks ice cold, no leaks. Ice lasts about 2 days-good enough for us. We bought some Yeti ice packs to try with it this year.

I bought this cooler to replace another brands soft cooler. This cooler works great. The first time I used it for fishing I forgot to precool it. It still worked great with no ice melt we only fished for 6 hours and it was 95. Since then I have precooled it for a hour or two before I use it and it's a great cooler. I have other yeti products which are great as well. I waiting till the sidekick comes back into stock and will get that one in my cooler color or another color that matches the cooler. Yeti is a great product and works you get what you pay for. One friend after fishing we were at his brothers house unloading the boat he asked questions about my expensive cooler I told him about it opened it he stuck his hand inside and said it's cold inside this was 7 hours of use still no ice melt he was impressed with it. I put a product called Top Coat
f11 on the cooler. It helps with the UV rays even though you say UV resistent just extra protection, it also helps with cleaning the cooler it beads the water up if it gets wet. I only put it on the outside.

Doesn’t Disappoint!
This our second Yeti cooler and works as well as our bigger one. Ice stays cold for days. Perfect size for outdoor get togethers.
Love the harvest red color, especially since we live in an area known for its apples.
