DURABLE
I’ve had this for a little over a year, using it as a lunchbox for work. This morning, I had it on the steps of our 2022 Peterbilt truck, as I always do. But this morning I didn’t put it inside the truck before it started to back out. It fell off and got ran over by this 50,000lb truck. The contents didn’t make it, and the zipper separated from the pressure. Popped like a balloon. But we were able to get the zipper back around and lined up, sprayed it down with the water hose. GOOD AS NEW. I love this cooler

Perfect Size Cooler for Post Hike Refreshments
I have owned a lot of Yeti products, and it is rare that there is a product I don't like, so it was no surprise that I loved this one too.
I have owned my Hopper Flip 18 for a couple years, and absolutely love it. That cooler was a bit large for keeping in the car for our post hike refreshments, so I opted to get a smaller version. At first I was a little concerned about the size, but it is perfect. Typically after a hike I like to have a couple waters, Gatorades, and some beer for my wife and I. This cooler fit that perfect, while still being able to hold enough ice to keep things cold for the day.
Typically our hikes are at least an hour drive, plus 8+ hours on the trail. So being locked in a hot car for that amount of time, I was not sure the ice would hold. However, it did perfectly. There have been a ton of reviews about the ice melting before the end of the day, so I am not sure what people are doing. But on an 80+ degree day, locked in the back of a car (obviously hotter) for 9 hours, I still had plenty of ice, with minimal melt. The photos attached are prior to loading in Jeep, and after we got back from our hike.. The ice has barley moved.
You just need to remember NOT to put warm beverages in a cooler then toss the ice on. Also Ice is cheep. No need to only throw a few cubes in. Pile that ice in, and you are good to go..

Hopper flip 8 was excellent choice!
Heavy duty, strong zipper. Strap could be more adjustable but it is strong and tough. The Molle pouch fits well and is also strong and tough. Very well pleased with this product.

great everyday cooler, perfect for kayak fishing. i use this cooler to carry snacks and lunch on the boat or kayak. never lacking space, i have enough room for food and drinks keeping me hydrated and fed for those 10-12 hour days on the water.

Awesome! I use it as a shuttle in order to not have to take my big Yeti to and from the baseball fields. I can just leave it in the car and put a few drinks in it, and not have to lug the big one to and from the car.

Yeti does it again...
Have several Yeti products and this by far is my favorite. I use it every day to carry my lunch to work (I leave at 0500 and usually eat lunch at about 1300) and the food and drink are still cold! I also purchased a medium Yeti thin Ice because of the size and add a few ice cubes and the beers stay cold for hours. I gotta say the color, design, and ruggedness is definitely worth the price.
