Mattress feels great
Feels really good for sleeping, did have bit of mix up with first Bill from Bank. Left P.C.Richard with under standing that the interest free monthly payment would be $77.00.. First Bill from Bank was for $46.50. Telephone call cleared the misunderstanding. My intention is to make final payment long before the 18 month agreement. Now, lets hope the mattress holds up for many years.

Not a full encasement
This product is more like a mattress cover than a protector because it does not encase the entire mattress. It is like a fitted sheet in its construction. Very disappointed.
