Best Dishwasher By Far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is by far the best I have owned to date. It has the upper rack silverware tray and two large racks for dishes and glasses. The upper dish rack can be adjustable for taller plates.

Works great and super quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife raves about how clean the dishes are. I like that it's quiet. After the cycle, some moisture is left on the door although dishes are dry. Not used to this and worried about musty smell over time but so far so good. Recommend even if very pricey.

Amazing Dishwasher
I hesitated to purchase this due to its price. I am so very happy that I did. It is so silent that I actually get up to check and see if it's still running. There is even a light inside which is so helpful. The dishes are spotless when finished. And it accommodates every item I've put in. I guess the old adage, "you get what you pay for" is certainly true. This is the best dishwasher, even according to consumer's report, and frankly, I deserve it. I'm very happy.

Whisper quiet. Produces sparkling clean dishes every time. Thoughtful rack layout maximizes amount of dishes that will fit in machine. Utensil basket is small, but holds everything. Machine is sturdy and well built.

Dishes come out sparkling clean and super dry with the crystal dry option. It's very quiet and easy to load. I like the countdown of time and the app always tells me when it's done LOL I have no complaints and highly recommend.

Quiet, clean, works like a champ!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My older model 800 series broke down after 9 years of use. Then had this benchmark dishwasher for 3 months now, work like a champ, very quiet when it's operating. Cleaning time is a little bit longer compare to the older model 800 series. The inside rack space seems a little smaller compare to older flagship line. But it's okay for my usage. Plates, bowls and utensiles are clean when cycle finished. Love the app control dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic dishwasher. This dishwasher both cleans and dries the dishes/silverware thoroughly ever use. No reliability issues with about 8 months of use so far. Very efficient on both it's electricity and water usage. Most importantly this dishwasher is extremely quiet, so quiet you can barely tell it's on. Overall worth spending more for the quality this dishwasher offers.

The Best Dishwasher I've ever owned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bosch dishwasher is remarkable how well it cleans casserole dish with backed on food. It comes out of the dishwasher perfectly cleaned. Dirty dishes are easy compared to the casserole dish. The only thing I have had an issue with are are glass water bottles. Their is no place to put them so the water can fully clean the inside of bottle and leaves a funny tast to the water when you use. We went back to hand washing as we did before we bought this dishwasher. I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

Great dishwasher with the latest technology and noise attenuation. Dishes, silverware pots and pans come out clean and sparkling. I always rely on Bosch appliances, especially dishwashers which provide dependable operation and a big bang for the buck!

Love Love Love my Bosch dishwasher
This dishwasher is everything I need it to be and more. I've had it about 10 months now and I have no negatives. It's super quiet and completely dries my plastics. Dishes are always clean. It's worth every $ I paid for it

Impressed it cleans much better than prior d/w
I was skeptical even though reviews consistently rated the SHP9PCM5N high for cleaning ability, but the difference between how clean my dishes get now compared to all prior dishwashers I've owned or used is significant. I used to have to pre-rinse, now I choose to scrape hard items into trash (including small, such as açaí berry particles) to protect life of plumbing, but otherwise I don't need to pre-rinse like I used to do in past, saving overall water use (and time). It is very quiet like my prior machine (a Maytag from back before it was merged with Whirlpool), which I had also selected for quiet operation.
I discovered my water tested as quite hard, so the water softener salt feature is useful.
A couple of annoyances do exist though: 1) the rinse aid dispenser drips or leaks some rinse aid after each time I fill it. Wish it were a bit better seal, and wider opening where you fill it would help. I bought a funnel to compensate. 2) I wish some of the tines did not tilt. All the tines tilt. Some dishes are a struggle to place in the angled tines. And the width of the space for glasses between the tilted tines doesn't really accommodate my wider cups and coffee mugs, making it more challenging and less space efficient to load than prior machines. But the usefulness of the top (3rd) rack is better than anticipated, which adds capacity. I find the 3rd rack is not just for silverware, but useful for flat lids, small cookie sheets and even some smaller plates provided they are thin and shaped such that water doesn't pool on top when layed flat.
Drying is excellent with the crystal system. Except for the two shortcomings mentioned it is a genuine upgrade from past dishwashers I've owned.

Best dishwasher ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third dishwasher . The first was not installed properly and that's why they said it broke. Next was the fancy one that just decided to retire. The Bosch is so quiet I can't tell it's on unless I feel if the door is warm. Dishes are very clean and dry. Plastic is safer in this machine although I would like to eliminate that substance altogether. Hopefully this machine will have a long and happy life.

Great Dishwasher!

I love the layout of this one and feel that it holds more items than my last one. I also love the light and the flatware shelf. Very happy with my purchase.

Best Dishwasher
I've had quite a few dishwashers during my life, some were substandard, some were adequate, however, the Bosch Benchmark Dishwasher is excellent, and the best I've ever had, by far.
The dishes are clean, the glasses, spotless, the cutlery is always pristine. I have zero complaints, and I'm always impressed by the condition of the contents after a wash. I have no regrets on this purchase, whatsoever.
