Quiet and thorough
Have had the dishwasher for about a month and have had a chance to use it enough to give an honest review. While the machine is on I have found myself checking to see if it was running because it is so quiet. We do not always rinse dishes before going in the dishwasher and have found a thorough cleaning is done either way. Very pleased. One item is the bottom rack may come off its track if not loaded properly. No big inconvenience.

Clean dishes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy with my new Bosch dishwasher. With all the options the adjustable racks and moveable tines create I'm still finding new ways to fit items in it. I especially like that the top, 3rd rack, can hold a variety of small items and utensils. But, most of all, my new Bosch quietly and efficiently gets everything I put in it clean and spotless. It's a great improvement to my kitchen routine.

Cleanest and most sparkling dishes I’ve ever had
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had pull out dishwasher. Never used it because too hard to hook up. Got new Bosch. Now I can't live without it. Love the light above inside when door opens to show how sparkling clean all my dishes are; Washed to sparkling & dry, ready to put back into the new sliding drawers! I'm in love with my new Bosch!

The app a bit hard to use but im 68 and not a techie and the controls are hidden by the counter top and must be pushed before closing the door

I love this dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the light inside (I did not have one before), it is ultra quiet. But even though I love this dishwasher...there could be a few enhancements. The silverware basket at the bottom needs to be bigger as well as the openings in the basket while leaving he back row of tines up in the dishwasher. Additionally, you should be able to delay the start from the control panel vs having to use the app....I dont mind using the app (infact I like the app) but I am the only one in my family who has the app and they cannot set the dishwasher to delay start

So easy and effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of this dishwasher. It is easy to load, with an efficient spatial design that is also flexible. Setting the timer (from app on phone) for dishwasher to start at night when electricity is least expensive has saved us money (and made it so I don't have to stay up to start the dishwasher late). You can load dishes to fit tightly in and still everything gets clean. And plastic items don't get over-heated. It's great!

Finally, a dishwasher that actually dries plastic.

Review: We upgraded to the Benchmark series and the cleaning power is definitely superior to our old unit. Dishes come out spotless every time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Bosch Benchmark (SHP9PCM5N) for a couple of months now, and honestly, it’s lived up to the hype. It’s one of those rare "buy once, cry once" purchases that actually feels worth it every time I walk into the kitchen.
Here’s the breakdown of what actually matters in daily use:
The "Is it even on?" Factor
The 38 dBA rating isn't just marketing fluff. It is freakishly quiet. Since my kitchen opens right into the living room, this was a huge deal for me. In the past, we had to choose between doing chores and watching a movie because the old dishwasher sounded like a jet taking off. With this one, I’ve actually walked up to it and double-checked the TimeLight on the floor just to confirm it was actually running.
The App is Surprisingly Useful
I’m usually a skeptic when it comes to "smart" appliances, but the Home Connect integration is actually legit.
Rate Shifting: This is the killer feature. I can set it to auto-schedule around my electric rates so it runs during the cheapest windows. It's satisfying to know I’m saving money on the PGE bill while I sleep without having to manually time anything.
Remote Control: Being able to kick off a cycle or check the status from my phone while I'm in another room (or even out of the house) is way more convenient than I expected.
No More Drying Dishes by Hand
The CrystalDry tech is the real hero here. I was tired of opening the dishwasher and finding "puddles" on top of every Tupperware lid or plastic bowl. Everything—even the plastics—comes out bone-dry. It saves that annoying extra step of having to keep a kitchen towel nearby when you're unloading.
The Bottom Line
It’s a fantastic machine. It cleans everything perfectly, it’s dead silent, and the smart scheduling makes it feel like it's working for me rather than the other way around.
The only real downside? Now that I have this in the kitchen, I’m constantly eyeing their Benchmark refrigerators. They look incredible, but for now, that's definitely staying on the "maybe when I win the lottery" list.

Very quiet

So far cleaning is great, noise level is almost inaudible, looks great, and happy with my purchase. We will see how this holds up it's replacing a 25 year old Asko, but seem very well built.
