Another New Washer from
Better performance and reasonably priced
This new washer replaces another brand that we purchased 13 months ago. The cost to repair the old washer (service fee, parts and labor) was almost as much as buying a new washer so we opted for this new one because it had good reviews and was reasonably priced.

Quiet washer
My mother-in-law had a GE washer for many years and it was used CONSTANTLY without any problems. That convinced me to go with GE when I needed a new washer. Hopefully mine will last as long as hers did!

Washer and Dryer
The washer and dryer I bought is simple looking, which I wanted, but it sure does have the power to wash and dry perfectly. This is the first time buying a GE washer and dryer and I think I made a great choice!!

Simple to use and larger than expected.
Even with the agitator the capacity is more than I thought. It is easy to choose cycles and start the machine and it does a good job without a lot of noise.

Easy to operate
This is the first washing machine we've owned as out last one was a rental in our apartment however the capacity of this washing machine is much bigger than the one we rented. It's easy to operate. Love this machine.

Simple works better
The controls are perfect for what I need. I read reviews about the deep water control and it was spot on. Yes, I do select the deep fill everytime, but thats what works for me.
I was worried about the capacity but its plenty, I haven't tried to wash my king size comforter yet, but I think it'll fit fine. I pretty much like washing larger loads, so this works for me.
The cycles are normal, I haven't had a problem with the length of them, but again, im washing large loads so all seems appropriate.
Last, the noise. I'm changing back froma front load, and that was quiet, however I choose this over front load any day. There is some noise, but its normal, for traditional washing machines which seem to be disappearing.
My clothes are clean, and I haven't been spot treating, not finding any issues with performance so far.
Would buy again.

I love that there are so many controls on this washer.
I get to pick this amount of water for every load.

GE WASHER
GE washer works amazingly great, washer capacity is good noise is very minimal and the cycles are low in controls and it washes the clothes real well. No complaints with my washer. Does the job well. Loaded it up wit a full basket and washed it very well and clothes came out smelling good.

Love My New Washer
About 5 years ago purchased one of the newer Samsung washers that do not have an agitator. The machine was always banging and the tub wobbling and resetting itself with more time, sometimes hitting 2 hours. Went back to my all time favorite GE washer. There are numerous wash selections on this machine. It's no longer a challenge to do the wash!

Upgraded Analog
The best feature is the water level selector, I don't trust the automatic (sense) feature. This is like the old and durable analog version with some upgrades.

Great machine without a lot of fuss
First time purchasing a GE major appliance. I'm very happy with everything about it - the load capacity (4.3), controls, performance. I looked for a simpler washing machine that just washes the clothes without all the rocket science! So tired of technology overshadowing the simplest things. I hope it lasts longer than my Maytag did (owned for two years with one major repair, and it still died) !!

Could have repaired our 15 year old GE but the wife said get a new one. I'm glad we did, the new one is quiet, has a large capacity and the agitator we didn't have in the last one. The controls are easy to read and adjust, there are plenty of different settings for all circumstances and the performance is better than the last one.

Great appliance
I am satisfied with all the features. The controls are easy to understand. The washer is simple but yet it does the work. Cycles are fast and efficient. Capacity is good enough for 3 people or more. The noise is not loud but I can still hear it running. I love the washer and I made a good choice when I bought it.
