There are so many preset cycles to choose from every load can be custom tailored for your needs. The pre-stain settings are very helpful when you know the load is dirty, dirty. The best part is how quiet it is. I only wish it had a cheat sheet stuck to the inside lid that details what each cycle consists of. I would even love a cheat sheet I can print as a visual aid because I have 3 teenage boys learning how to wash their clothes. Visual aids are so helpful to us Moms with teens who think they know it all.🤨

I paused the washer to put in fabric softener, close the lid, waited a few seconds but nothing happened. I assumed I had to push the start button again. Unfortunately, the washer started over again. Please advise proper procedure.
