Wonderful, Affordable Microwave!
Very easy to install and is large enough to heat up for a large family of 8 like mine,. The self ventilation is very convenient to have the ability to install on any interior wall! The buttons ( Controls ) are large enough for even some one like me to see!

Happy!
Replacing earlier version of same one, which failed after only 6 years. Hoping for better from this one! Emblem attached is not the same as the ones on my stove and dishwasher, but I guess I'll get used to that. All in all, suits my need perfectly.

Perfect size for couples/small family
We bought our house almost 3 years ago and realized pretty quickly that the appliances were fairly old. We knew we were going to have to start replacing them, so we just started looking and making lists. When it came to our microwave, this GE was not only the top rated replacement, but also the top recommended one by over 50,000 customers. It was the easiest microwave to install because my husband and I did it ourselves. It took about an hour because we had to make sure we measured everything correctly. The directions are very easy to understand and cover several different types of installation depending on what type of over-the-stove opening you have. It matters because of the ventilation, which is super easy to adjust! The controls on the microwave allow you to just hit one button that is preprogrammed for several different foods and temperature control. It is also large enough to cook a casserole in which is perfect for my husband and I because it is just the 2 of us and I don't like using the whole oven if I don't have to. We also just happened to buy this when it went on sale and got it at a deep discount!

Worry Free Installation
I thought the team that installed my above the range microwave was excellent. I asked if I could write on their receipt that their service was great. They were careful not to damage wall when taking down the old microwave and installing the new. They cleaned up after themselves, also. They pushed the range back into place also. I will feel confident buying more appliances online.

Keep replacing with same model.
This is my third install of this model. Wore out the first two over 20+ years. Installation required some adjustment in placement of the underside of the cabinet as each version had slightly different top mount screw locations. Takes two people to install.

This microwave is perfect for us.
This is the 3rd GE microwave we have owned. We continue to get the same style because it has proven dependable. Our only issue was the speaker quit working and the push buttons were getting harder to operate. Everything was covered under the warranty. The other reason we get the same style is that the mounting bracket is the same as well as the vent and power cord. my son in law and I had it changed in 20 minutes. The features and size are exactly what we need..

New Microwave
We had an older one in our old house and when we moved, we wanted a newer model. They had almost the same functions, but the newer one didn't have the same functions that we were use to. However, the newer microwave works great. I would recommend this product.

Great Microwave!
We had this microwave installed on 10 Apr 2025 to replace a defective one, and we love it. It is much quieter than or old one, very easy to use. The capacity and wattage is smaller than our old one, but it is still large enough for everything we use it for. The display is nice and bright for kitchen use, the buttons are easy to read, and the end of coking cycle is not annoying. The ventilation is directed upward during the cooking cycle and is very efficient Installation was accomplished in about 45 minutes.

Great features, the right color and the warranty.
I like the capacity of our over the range microwave. I also find the controls easy as I use it more often now, The installation was performed by a handy man who had installed a number of these type ovens. The ventilation came on automatically recently when we had 3 large pots of boiling water. The wattage was no problem , but we have that breaker for 4 outlets that are not used for power or heat appliances. i bought it for 2 reasons. First I wanted a while microwave to match the kitchen appliances and secondly, the extra year of coverage was unique and appreciated.

GE Spacesaver Replacement
Easy to install with just a small number of modifications to the place where the previous GE microwave came out. The old GE Spacesaver model worked great for 19 years. The templates that
were included were most helpful when getting everything lined up on the install. This made a DIY project easy and saved me almost as much money as the microwave cost.
