The Dishwasher of my Dreams
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were used to using a dishwasher from 2001. It worked, kind of. Sometimes some dishes would need a second round of cleaning and it was always loud enough that you knew exactly what part of the cycle it was on, but we were just used to it.
Then we got THIS dishwasher. Out brains cannot comprehend how this machine works. It has so much space we can fit in twice as many dishes as the old one. The filter is stupid easy to clean do maintenance is a breeze. I love that the inside is stainless steel because it will last longer than a plastic one. The clean of my dishes now is no comparison - they sparkle like brand new. And it is PRACTICALLY SILENT. We don't even know if it's running unless you lean over and put your ear to the door. After 2 months, still in love.

Love this dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this dishwasher so far. We needed a quiet dishwasher for our open kitchen and most of the time we never hear it while it’s on. It’s so quiet. I love the third rack also and i use it more than I thought I would. It has great features and I like that the door opens at the end of the cycle to let the steam escape and the dishes cool down faster. We have been using it about 5 weeks now and at this point I would buy it again

Love my new dishwasher!

Great replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit a month ago to replace the old unit that jad died. Looked at several different options as the replacement and liked the Kitchenaid best. Door handle, stainless steel interior, flexibility of loading trays (including the third tray) and the quietness of the unit.

option for location of utensil holder needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good dishwasher but the utensil holder is in the wrong place. On the right side is a BAD IDEA! My sink is on the left of the dishwasher, I have to pull out the whole dish drawer to access the back of the utensil holder to add utensils, it should be in the front or at least give the owner the option as to where they would prefer this utensil holder to be.

Winner!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally pulled the plug on getting a dishwasher for our condo, which didn't have one. We were tired of doing the dishes all the time. PLUS, saving water. After many many researches, customer reviews, etc. I finally decided on the KitchenAid. Totally impressed with this unit. This unit is SO quite, I had to double, triple check to see if it was even working. The dishes come out spotless. Some of the reviews said the touch pad is very sensitive, and it is. If you graze any of the touch points, it will light up, but DOES NOT turn on. Absolutely no big deal. I am SOOOO happy with this purchase. Not to mention, AMERICAN MADE.

need better manuals shipped with the washer
just got the system installed had a hard time installing the washer. because the install manual was in complete. Had to go on line and print out the full installation manual. in other words needs more and better manuals included with the new product. there was a piece of metal peal off tape that said see install manual on how to use in several languages the manual with the washer said nothing. MFG control in not doing there job.

Great Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher about a month ago to replace a basic builder grade machine that stopped working. So far I am very pleased with the quietness and very clean dishes. This model has many features that I will probably never use but am glad to have if I decide to use them. This machine is the beginning of upgrading my small kitchen with new KitchenAid appliances. Thank you KitchenAid.

Worth every penny

My heart is happy knowing that dishes go in dirty and comes out clean every time. Having the door pop open to let steam out is great. No wet dishes to deal with. Great value at a great price. KitchenAid knew the assignment and delivered awesome results!

Thrilled with this dishwasher

We needed to replace our dishwasher and one of the things most important to me in the new one was a stainless steel tub, which this has. I also wanted a dishwasher that had a third rack. This dishwasher can hold so much, that it surprises me every time. The third row is amazing, and I love that the door pops open when the cycle is finished. It is so quiet you cannot hear that it is running. I am extremely happy with this purchase and will look at KitchenAid appliances in the future when I need to replace others.

We’ve had KitchenAid for 20 years

We settled on KitchenAid due to features and price and known longevity. The new one is quiet, provides good use of space, and does a flawless job of cleaning.

I love love love it!

Excellence!

Great features very quite operating

Love the extra third rack

Got it for a great price!

Noiseless nice look and efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it’s been a great choice. Had a hiccup on the installation (rose was not tight properly to the machine and leaked after 2 uses). They fixed the day after and so far it’s been very consistent. The wall energy plug needs to be manually added the the installation technician.
Noise is low, circles are long but not exclusive from this model. Most new technology manchines have long +3h cycles which you can delay start to off peak hours.

Best dishwasher ever had!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Kitchen Aid dishwasher we had for 10 years with excellent service stop working. We replaced with this Kitchen Aid and we are very pleased. This dishwasher is so quite can hardly hear running and very pleased with the cleaning job of our dishes. Very pleased with our purchase. I like the third rack, very handy.
