Love it
I love this ac. It is so quiet when running which is what I was looking for since the noise of a standard ac activates my tinnitus. It cools the air quickly and having the ability to turn on the ac remotely via the app is a huge plus.

Easy to use. Has all the features you could want.
I have had it a while now and I can say it is the quietest window a/c that I have ever experienced. The dehumidifier portion works great and efficiently keeping operational costs down. We have had a dozen or so hot days in Florida and it has cooled my room down quickly.

Game Changer
Window Air Conditioners with inverter technology are a game changer. They are energy efficient, quiet, light weight. The 10,000 BTU I installed when my whole house heat pump died keep me going through a stretch of 100+ degree days and did a great job. My house is insulated with foam in the walls and on the roof, so it's has a great thermal envelope, and the unit kept the whole 950-SF below 78-degrees F.

I bought and installed this A/C August 17,2023 and due to the high Texas heat it has run and cooled continually since. It took me several days to figure the best settings for my 400 sq.ft. area, but it is doing the job fairly well. I do not believe it cools as well as the older conventional types but I like the quietness of it and am overall satisfied with it.

Game changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been in HVAC for 20+ yrs. and never thought I’d buy a “window shaker” as I’ve always promoted ductless mini split systems with inverter technology. When I saw the LG LW1022 with dual inverter as an option to cool my South Texas home workshop at a fraction of the cost of the ductless mini split systems, I figured I’d give it a shot. LG has a game changer with this unit. With the variable speed fan, paired with the dual inverter compressors, it is as quiet and efficient as most of the mini split systems I’ve promoted for years, and I promise there’s no window shaking!

Operation of Air Conditioner

I was so impressed at the performance of the machine, I decided to purchase. I purchased this unit approximately 2 weeks ago during an extremely hot summer season. The machine delivers all I expected. It is very quiet. When it reaches temperature it automatically turns off. I couldn’t be happier.

I installed this two weeks ago during a spell of 100' plus humidity in my 12'x18' enclosed porch. It cooled the area very quickly and is very quiet.We love this unit. The dual inverter makes for an power efficient product as well as hi efficient. Great engineering!!

Saving money!
I purchased the LG 10k btu dual inverter ac and it will pay for itself this summer. I had replaced a portable ac that I had for quite a while. I also purchased a LG 23.5k btu to replace my old 18k btu fridgidaire ac at the same time. I also have to mention that both are installed on the West side of my house and are in full evening sun for at least 6 hours during the hottest part of the day. Between the two, and during the hottest summer on record in southeastern Texas, my electric usage is very close to half of last year’s usage for May and June. That translates (at current rates) to approximately $150 savings each month.That alone is exceeding my expectations, but the units are extremely quiet also. Installing the 10k btu unit was fairly easy but I didn’t use the extra braces provided. Instead I used a brace that I purchased since I was on the second floor. I had seen complaints about the bottom side curtain guides so I was especially careful and had no issues. I also think that the bottom guides should be redesigned and be metal like the top ones. Overall I am very pleased and hope that these units will last as long as my old ones. Only time will tell but right now I highly recommend!

Really works well!

It circulates the air well and is surprisingly quiet for an AC unit. The Wifi and remote features are great and help me regulate the temperature from different rooms and for my cat when I'm not home. The only qualm I have is that it is a bit heavy, but what unit isn't. Great product, would definitely recommend!

I bought this air conditioner to cool a large living room and kitchen. I am definitely not disappointing, the 10,000 BTULG air conditioner cools the two rooms very comfortably and easily. I would not hesitate to get another one for the other room in my house.

powerful and efficient
this unit cools my space quickly and quietly. The remote control is easy to use and convenient. It would be nice if there were a way to dim the display, because it throws a lot of light at night when I'm trying to sleep in darkness. In that vein, illuminated display on the remote would be great for ease of use at night time. It's pretty quiet and doesn't wake me up when it switches on and off at night. I'd recommend it.

LG makes a great product with excellent customer service and this air conditioner is no exception super efficient and when you set it to a temp it holds that temp to within .5 of a degree I would guess

We need for our 320 Square feet bunkhouse. Wall opening is 15 1/2 height in × 22 1/2 width in. Do you think it will fit? Must be smaller than most units.

How far does the unit extend INTO the room — from mounting frame to very front of the unit? I have an interior security gate and we are limited to just 4inches or so inside the room.
It is a fraction over 6 inches so this a/c won't fit.
