Happy kitten
I've been extremely happy with the dryer. Cleaning the lint is easy. It works fast - everything dried well under 2 hours. Power consumption seems very reasonable. I've had zero issues with the product so far. Hope it stays that way.

Little power washer
Love this powerful washing machine and all its cycles. With the technology today I like that it connects to wifi which it’s an added advantage. Washes a good load of clothing for its size. Looks very classy in the laundry room area. Definitely would not disappoint!

Updating was successful!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will admit that I was apprehensive to change from a vented dryer to a ventless dryer, but I am so glad I did. It is very easy to maneuver, and I think that with the savings from not having to clean out my vent annually, this dryer will pay for itself is 3 years. It is also quiet, compared to my older model. Very very pleased.

Ventless, easy to install.

Very dry clothes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little nervous to buy this product after reading some bad reviews saying the clothes did not dry. That has certainly not been my experience. If anything, it seems the sensor dry keeps drying after what I feel the clothes are completely dry and I will sometimes stop the dryer and take the clothes out. I have my dryer hooked up so that the water goes down the drain rather than collecting in the reservoir and this is really great. The instructions are very clear on how to install this so that it does go down the drain as there is only one cap that is removed from the bottom of the t-piece on the side of the dryer after disconnecting the tube that goes to the reservoir and placing it on top. I would just say I'm very happy and I can't understand the bad reviews, but maybe LG made some improvements or I just got lucky. Anyway, I really love my dryer. The dryer has the stacking brackets that are used to stack on top of the washing machine. Nothing extra to buy!.

Just wow!

The clothes come out really clean and I like the way I can use the app. Because it spins so fast it does make a little bit of noise on spinning but is to be expected. This is my first front load washing machine and I'm so glad I got it. Thanks LG

Perfection!
This is a perfect washer for my apartment. Ibought the stackable dryer with it and both fit perfectly in a tight space. It performs as descrbed. It is quiet and efficient. I made the right choice.

Dry clothing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice quiet dryer, best dryer we own since we moved to the USA. The clothing comes out dry, it takes a bit longer than the old age vent dryers. The dryer is energy star rated no increase in the electric bill, quite the opposite.
Important; one has to empty the water catch drawer after each drying cycle.

Clean Clothing, Quiet
This is by far the best washer we have owned since we moved to the USA. No prehistoric top load washer can get the clothing as clean as this front load washer from LG. The app is easy to use and if one cleans the washer after each washing cycle and leaves the door open, a front load washer will not start to smell.

Very Quiet
Last month I decided to replace my compact LG washer. It was 12 years old and still operating perfectly but I was impressed by all the new features of the 2024 model. Each cycle comes out very clean and runs very quietly. I almost can’t hear it running at all! My iPhone alerts me when the cycle is finished.
All my appliances are LG and have proven to be most reliable!

Made to Last
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Twelve years ago I remodeled my kitchen and purchased all LG appliances. They are all made to last! Last month I decided to update my washer and dryer. I absolutely LOVE my ventless dryer. The clothes dry nearly wrinkle free and towels come out so soft that I don’t need fabric softener anymore. Now my iPhone alerts me when the cycle is complete!

Nice compact washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience with a compact front load washer. I have a compact dryer . I had to go with the compact dryer then the compact washer as it was getting difficult finding regular size dryers and washers to fit down my narrow basement stairs . I have used my new washer 79 times according to LQ ThinQ app. I have had high efficiency full size washers before so I knew what to expect . The washing time and noise levels are about the same. It took a while to get use the front loading . All my past experiences have been top loading . Only disappointment was with " Normal Wash " extra rinse is not an option even though the manual book states it is . Would recommend washer

The future of drying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm kind of a gadget guy and understand the heat pump principle - fundamentally, this is an inside-out refrigerator with a fan. The manual is lacking, in some ways. An example is the moisture sensors...the user is told to keep them clean and how to do this and what to avoid and why, but there is NO indication of where they are or what they look like. I had to do some digging on the internet to learn this. There is no indication whether or not the drum will periodically reverse direction during any drying cycle (like a former dryer of mine did) The nice lady on the chat help line did not know, other than the initial drum reversals during the initial startup. *Someone* should know, but who? Overall, we are satisfied, but still unsure of the power consumption, compared to the older style external vent electric dryer. Clothes are always warm, coming out...sometimes seem humid, depending on the cycle. Don't have a smartphone, so cannot summon some of the features.

Works good for a small washing machine
This small washer works wonders-- First getting through small area steps & door was the main reason I bought it. You have to do a few loads to know the ins & outs--push button type contol panel I'm impressed with how the clothes come out--clean and almost dry.

Nice looking machine, and it cleans!
I’m very happy with my LG washer. It is very quiet in the wash cycle but spins very powerful,a little bit more then I would like it to. Does a good job cleaning the clothes. If there was one thing I would change is I wish the door was white. This washer is in the kitchen and the door makes it more noticeable.
