This is so innovative

It does such a great job of drying their clothes every time we were skeptical at first, but overall we absolutely love it. The only thing we’ve kind of noticed is that that bigger? Excellent machine! We are very pleased with our LG All in One washer dryer. It’s great for us our laundry room is small and having the All in One makes it look big. Having the extra room is a real benefit. Not haven to switch laundry to a dryer is fantastic. We just put our laundry in push the button and walk away. The app on our phone notifies us when everything is done. Love it

You'll love it, if you know what to expect
I've had this machine for about a month. With a family of 6, it has to perform, and so far has done so. After using these combo units on a trip to japan, I've been waiting for them to be available from a reliable maker in the US.
The good. For most loads, the AI wash/dry cycle gets clothes clean and dry in between 2 and 2.5 hours. Not having to switch machines makes this really flexible for busy days, overnights etc. No more forgotten loads in the washer that need to be rewashed. Capacity is great, but you can't stuff it full. It takes 4+hrs if totally loaded (think shoved in to fit). Leave 1/3 to 1/2 the space empty and you'll be happy. Built in storage/dispenser for detergent and softener keeps things neat and easy. The machine is quiet. The app is intuitive, and has some fun features like changing the cycle complete tune as well. Very attractive unit. Single dial interface works well. Lots of options if you like them. 120v power and no vent is AWESOME. Flexible placement, no clogged dryer vents, no associated fire hazard, and uses so much less electricity. We have solar so our overall use is monitored daily, and it has dropped considerably given we run 5 to 10 loads a week. In CT power is expensive, this makes a huge difference and is overlooked by many. Very gentle on clothes, less shrinking, less color fading, comes out feeling "different" but probably because they are dry but not desert hot/dry and over worked.
The different. You'll likely need to change your laundry approach. Instead of doing loads all weekend, back to back switching machines constantly (ie a load is ready every 60min once you get the process moving), daily laundry is better, and I've found much easier. No big piles to fold, kids can run a load on their own with 2 button pushes, and the whole process is just smoother. I really like the change it pushed. Some may not.
The things I don't love. Minor but a few. First, the lint filter is on top of the machine, so you can't install under a counter. The filter is easy to clean, but the vent that discharges into it also collects lint and is a pain to remove and clean. Second, it collects lint on the seals. A quick wipe down every load keeps things clean, but be ready for that. Otherwise it ends up back in the clothes. We've had a few instances where it just didn't dry. One when the laundry room door was closed and the unit got hot. Seems to need good airflow even though it is using water to help condense moisture as it dries. It can handle large bedding. But you may find that it dries faster hanging it than in this machine, especially if it comes out damp and you select the dry only mode. Just hang it up if you can or drape over a railing. AI mode is fastest. Normal, wash/dry and dry only are 30 to 50 percent longer. Let the machine do the thinking when possible.
Overall, fantastic purchase, hopefully it lasts.

Highly recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Laundry is no longer a chore for me ever since I got this LG all in one WashCombo. All I need to do is dump the laundry into the tub and press start. Within about 2 hrs, wash and dry is complete and that's it! The design is sleek, space-saving and easy to install. It runs quietly and drying is gentle enough not to damage the clothes. I can remotely control the unit and also get reminders from the app once the cycle is done. With the ezdispense feature you can fill the dispenser once in a while so you don’t have to every time you do the laundry-- how convenient! The auto cleaning condenser is also neat, allowing me to clean the filter without having to touch it! It’s fully equipped with the features that I've always wanted. Highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my spouse absolutely love this washer/dryer. Don't let the occasional negative review influence you too much. It's amazing technology (the heat pump tech) and yes it dries clothes fully. If you choose Wash+Dry, they come out warm and dry.
There are many options so you can do Wash Only, Dry Only as well. The AI sensor is very accurate we've found.

The all-in-one model is so handy
An all-in-one laundry unit is just about as handy as it sounds. It does take quite a long time for a wash & dry cycle to run (around 2.5-3 hours depending on the load size and type) but that's worth it to me for not needing to remember to switch the load after washing and probably forgetting and having to rerun it! Our ideal laundry layout also never really meshed with where the dryer vent and special outlet were, so being able to plug this right into a regular outlet and not have the ugly silver vent line running across the room has been really nice, plus the extra space saved where the stacked unit used to be!

Amazing machine!
I purchased this machine over a month ago, and it is a game changer. I almost went with a different brand, and I couldn't be happier I went with the LG washer dryer combo. If you follow the manufacturers recommendations it works like charm, it has even washed and dried our comforter with out a problem. The washer is great and I have never had a machine that actually gets my whites white. The dry times are a bit longer than a normal dryer, but that is the trade off for energy savings. I typically dry my cloths and take them out slightly damp and hang them up. I would reccomed this machine to anyone who is looking to save space. My only caution to a potential buyer, would be to keep up on the maintenance and your machine will perform at its best. You need to wipe the lint after each dry cycle off of the door seal, and clean the lint filter after every use. I also need to periodically clean the drain filter and very gently clean the heat exchanger every 30 or so cycles depending on how much I use the dryer . We are a family of 4, so the machine runs a lot, and it also has to deal with dog hair. Thank LG for a great machine.

VERY smart, safe saving, efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I really love this unit! It definitely changes the way that I do laundry. It's set it and forget it. I did have a couple of issues in the beginning, but that seems to have been resolved by adding pressure regulators and water hammer arrestors, which I probably should have had anyway. The unit does build up a lot of lint around the rubber door seal, but that's not awful to deal with. It's a bit of a trade off but a good trade off overall.

I’m a busy mother of 3 whose kids play sports so I wanted something that could handle doing heavy duty loads as well as offered exceptional washing performance. I love being able to throw a load in the wash just before heading out for the day and by the time I come back the laundry is washed and dry! I do like that this combo offers different levels of customization such as being able to do a quick wash so I’m not always having to do longer washing/drying cycles.

Great Appliance!
It’s been a little over 2 weeks and I’m very pleased with my unit. My daughter was so very impressed with all the features and the sleek and stylish appearance. I especially love the additional wash cycles you get in the app. Everything comes out super clean, smelling amazing and the best part is, I don’t have to keep running back and forth between a washer and a dryer and transferring loads upon loads of wet clothing. This is an absolute game changer in how I do laundry.

Space saving, quiet and easy to use!

Sheets from 2 queen sized beds took 2 and a half hours to wash and dry and a full load of pants/jeans took a little over 2 hours. It is easy to use. I have mostly used the AI setting, but have tried out the dry only mode. Yes, the rubber seal on the door does collect lint, I don't mind and I clean the seal and the lint filter with each load. The machine is pretty quiet compared to my other LG unit. No more switching loads around and I've gained more space in my laundry room. I haven't had any issues with clothes that don't smell clean after washing or 9 hour dry times.

Great space saver!
Great for small laundry spaces. Have enjoyed the simplicity of being able to press one button and come back to the load being finished. One note is to wash all of your hanging clothes first that way you can take them out to hang dry and not have to wait for your dryer clothes to finish.
Would highly reccomend.
One tip: if your clothes still feel damp open the door for 10-15 minutes to let some of the moisture escape before you take the clothes out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really am amazed that this washer dryer combo can sense and detect the soil level. My laundry is usually done in 2 hours and twenty minutes. I prefer to use the AI selction. My gentle clothes I really like the permanent press cycle. I have used the towels selection and then dry they come out so soft and fluffy. The automatic soap and fabric softener works really well. . I am impressed with the ventless system. I do find lint in the rubber of the door that needs to be cleaned of lint. I just bought the unit and learning about the different sections of wash and dry .

Great Product!

Really like it more than I thought I would
Before using it, I had my doubts about this product - I've had many friends tell me that washer/dryer combo units don't actually dry well. And since this didn't have a vent for drying, I was even more doubtful.
But this has definitely exceeded my expectations. Not only does it dry things well, but it was extremely easy to set up. You can plug it in to a normal electrical outlet instead of the usual 30 amp outlet needed for electric dryers. Not needing a vent also reduces the number of tubes that need to be connected. No real special tools or knowledge were needed to install this unit.
Lastly, some things that I didn't think were a big deal, but actually make my life easier is the fact that a single cycle gets you clean and dry clothing. Not needing to unload a washing machine to load the dryer is a huge convenience - one of those, now that you experienced it, you don't want to go back to doing it the old way kind of thing.
We'll see how long it lasts, but for now, I'm a happy camper

We want to buy another!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a washer/dryer combo is so convenient for our family! We have three teenagers and four dogs, so lots of laundry gets done in our home. We also have busy careers so not having to remember to transfer the laundry (or remind our teens to) is wonderful. It’s so nice to just use the AI wash feature, our stuff has come out great every time! You also don’t have to put soap in every single time which makes it faster too. The only thing to watch for is when cleaning the lint trap, you have to make sure you slide it back together properly. You also have to be conscious of cleaning out the drain filter occasionally, ours fills up faster because of the dog hair. We love this so much we want to buy a second one!

It automatically dispenses detergent and softener. I probably have been using too much detergent until now as I filled the automatic dispenser on first wash and have yet to refill.
