Great product

Great compact stylish system.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 wash towers in August and have been very happy with their performance. I love the fact that you can preload detergent and that the software works seamlessly with the unit.
My clothes always come out clean and fresh, and the washtower looks great in my apartment.
The only critique I have is that I can’t really notice a difference when the steaming function is used, and I’m not sure it’s worth the extra $$.

Best appliance purchase ever!

I fell in love with this when I saw it because of the deign but now that I have it I love it even more. My cloths have never been cleaner. The AI feature sences load size and how dirty the cloths are and dispenses just enough detergent to do the proper job. My tower is incorporated into my kitchen and it blends right in and is so quiet when running. Love that everything can connect to the AP and notifications when your wash and dry are complete so cloths dont sit in the machine longer that they have to. I highly recommend a Wash Tower

Great combo washer/dryer
I bought this a couple of months ago and it is almost fun to do laundry. It has taken awhile to learn all the varied functions and different wash/dry cycles - still experimenting with them. I love the large bin for both washing and drying larger loads. I had to go online and look up several videos on operating and hints on using. The manual that comes with it is pretty good and I'm glad to have a physical book and not just an online manual, when I want to look up something quickly. And it is a very nice looking appliance, also!

Great design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit has been great. My wife and I are on the shorter side and the controls and dryer have been so much more convenient. The dryer also helps prevent a fire in our house by telling us our dryer vent needed to be cleaned.

LG WashTower Stacked SMART Laundry is Exceptional
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the wash tower a few weeks ago and I just love it. It takes up less floor space than side by side washer/dryer. It does an exceptional job cleaning and drying and has so many options based on the load. Really enjoy the LG ThinQ App that notifies me when the the cycle is finished rather running down 2 flights of stairs to check on status.

AI Mode + Smartphone App Make This A Real Winner
A real step up from LG's earlier models. Integration with the smartphone app and Wi-Fi is 1000x better than before. AI Washing works perfectly for 90% of load types. Ease of use is the best I've seen. Design is compact but still has large load capacity.

Easy to use, quiet, and many helpful features
We retired, moved, and left our old washer and dryer with the home we sold. After some addition construction in our north woods weekend home turned permanent home, we turned a small bedroom into a laundry area and half bath so decided to go with a stackable washer and dryer as the laundry space was limited. We did our research and decided on the the LG WKEX300HBA and am really happy we did. We absolutely love our new unit. The instructions and display are easy to follow, has a wide variety of features to use, and is really quiet. Above all, it cleans and dries wonderfully. Our contractor tried it out when he had it installed and even he and his workers were impressed with the looks of it and the ease of use. And now, even my husband is helping with the laundry. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a stackable laundry center. Thank you LG for a top-notch product!

Absolutely No Buyers Remorse
After having our machine for over 1 month and using it regularly, I can say that I truly enjoy washing clothes in it. I love all the settings, the fact that you can operate the machine via the app, the special songs it can play to alert you when a load is finished, but my most favorite thing about it is the EZ dispense feature. I absolutely love that I do not have to manually dispense detergent and softener with each and every load. Now I just need to figure out how my machine could automatically fold my clothes for me!

Two Are Better Than One
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd LG Washtower so I knew what I was getting into... my laundry room has both a 220 electrical hook-up and a gas line hook-up, so I decided after buying the electric version of the LG Studio Washtower, that I would get it a gas version to keep it company, so they both sit side-by-side and my laundry room looks like a small laundry mat! Both the electric version and the gas version are super-quiet. The main thing I noticed between the two is how much faster the gas dryer dries clothes...gas does get a lot hotter. The nice thing about owning two of these (as I'm sure some will wonder why) is that my laundry gets washed in half the time...with two loads going at the same time...I'm not sitting around waiting for one to finish washing so I can start another load...I now can start two loads at the same time and when they are done I can start two more, knocking out four loads of laundry in half the time, freeing up all the rest of my day to do the things I really enjoy doing!

What a great machine!
First of all, let's start with looks. This unit is slick looking. I love the black color we got. We had someone in our home delivering furniture and he peaked in our bathroom on the way by and stopped in his tracks. He wanted to check it out and chat about it.
Next is functionality. This is just a clever design! We had side by side front loading units before and wanted to stack to save space, but the problem with doing that with normal front loading units is the dryer controls are on the top front of the unit which 6 feet high. My wife is 5'2" which makes this problematic.
Having the controls in the center make this a game changer. As well, the looks of an all in one unit that is actually full size (we got the 5.0 size) is awesome! The unit works awesome. Washing machine and dryer work wonderfully.

A cycle for every need.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too many choices! It will be months before I try them all. The dryer is at the perfect height to load/unload. It runs fairly quietly. For it's large capacity, it doesn't take much floor space. Looks very sharp.

Has made things so much easier

This was a great replacement for our previous side by side units. Saved a lot of space! Quiet running units so much so that I’m glad I get the app messages to know a cycle is finished because I can’t hear it when it’s running. There’s even an alert that’s sent to your phone if you leave clothes in either machine too long. Love all the features and how well it takes care of what used to be a tedious task!

LG Tower Washer/Dryer
I have been wanting this washer/dryer for so long and was recently able to purchase it and I LOVE it. It washes and drys so quickly. The Tower even has WiFi that informs me when the laundry is finished and allows me to control certain features.
It gives me so much more space in my laundry room that my husband was able to build storage closets.
Would definitely recommend this product.

A big step up from my last LG washer and dryer!
I unexpectedly had to buy a new washer and dryer to replace my old LG ones when I discovered the dryer hookup at my new place was electric and not gas. The price tag was hard to swallow, but so far I'm absolutely in love with this wash tower. The features are so advanced, and it's doing an amazing job of washing and drying my clothes. My old LG washer and dryer were still going strong after eight years, so my fingers are crossed that the longevity is just as good with this wash tower.

Nice machine but no rebates
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is nice but I don’t believe you will ever get the rebates promised in the ads. The software submission ikept rejecting all submissions. I tried for months and Docusign kept trying to sell me Docusign software instead of processing my rebate. They now say the envelope has expired. I would still but the machine without the rebate, but am disappointed with the rebate process.
