Its a great blend of old and new.

The machine is quiet, has a huge basin, is very user friendly and seems to a great job. Has some modern features but is close to the "old school" washers Maytag used to make. It's a great blend of old and new.

Take this washer over Samsung anyday.
We've had the waaher for a little over a month. Its working very well. I love that it doesn't have unnecessary electronics and sounds. Does a much better job than my previous Samsung.

Extremely efficient in cleaning and since may purchase and it’s now July I just received my water bill and have saved $34 . I know now how BROKE the old LG and inefficient it was and the money it was costing me in high water because it wasn’t working properly. A problem LGs have with spin and drain . Thanks Maytag. I love the product very much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a little while to get used to the careful attention required to make sure your wash is well balanced, or the spin cycle will stop! But after getting good at making sure, my wash was well balanced ,the Maytag washing machine has been working great and does an excellent job of cleaning clothes! I also recommend printing out the section of the online manual with the recommended wash and cycle selections for quick reference !

My Mistake

I could have applied the money that I paid for that washing machine to the purchase of the May Tag washing machine.

Reliable, quality, affordable.

I like that it has the tall agitator like the old school washers. My last washer was the Cabrio by Whirlpool and it had a wash plate agitator. I swear that things malfunctioned bc of that plate. I appreciate the ease of use and the reliability I get from my Maytag washer.

Great washer
