Simple disappointments
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the dryer as a gift. My previous Maytag "died" and my children replaced it with this new one. My only concerns are that the lint filter is on the top of the dryer and whenever I clean it (each use) a spray of tiny lint particles shower the top of the dryer. My other disappointment is that the top of the dryer is not flat. The slop does not allow for folding laundry - a poor design choice.

Wrinkle prevent awesome.

Great features

Love Maytag!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace my previous Maytag dryer. With one exception (a GE that lasted 3 yrs), I have always had Maytag washers and dryers. Best quality in my opinion. My only issue at this point is the sensor drying feature, which does not work the same as my previous dryer. It seems to continue going for longer than necessary even when the clothes are dry (previous one sensed the moisture was gone and would shut off).

Loving it!

Maytag = reliability!

Mayan User Forever!!!

Great utilitarian dryer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We prefer the old fashioned appliances with knobs and switches over digital displays. This dryer meets that preference. It has a large capacity, lighted drum, and appears to be sturdy. Hopefully it will last a long time. The only criticism is the top is slanted, so you can’t leave dry clothes on top to be sorted. They slide off when the dryer is running. I’m sure there is a design reason for this feature.
