Reliable!

Basic model works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a basic dryer without fancy upgrades. We had a smaller space so it fit the space best. It does what it’s supposed to. It has a buzzer and also wrinkle prevention. I figure the more features you have the more can break down.

Wonderful dryer

Very easy to use

Maytag stomps the competition!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched several brands and Maytag kept checking all my boxes. Even when the hubby wanted a different brand, I stood my ground with Maytag, and his “it’s up to you” comment as if to say you’re picking the wrong brand. Maytag has been around a long time, I didn’t want all the fancy buttons, I just wanted the reliable start/stop, heat cycle knobs. The first load only took 40 minutes - a full load of 4 bath towels. . I was happy, happy! My clothes are not as wrinkled from having to dry for 75 minutes on high, now I use medium heat. And my clothes don’t get bunched up, the size of the drum is bigger than my other & accommodates my big comforters with ease. I can’t wait for my other brand washer to get on my nerves enough to get the Maytag washer.

Drys quickly and quietly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful Appliance. The Dryer works like a charm. It is quiet and efficient. The only downside with it is the top is not flat so beware if you put a drink on it as you’re leaving the house. My washer dryer is between the kitchen and the garage so I’m always using the top of the washer and dryer so I can open the door. Lesson learned.

Pleased!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went backwards by way of technology. Sick and tired of modern touch button, fancy everything. We bought the most bare bones basic dryer and we love it. A few months later, we got rid of the fancy front loader washer and got a basic Speed Queen. No more buying machines every 6-7 years (hopefully). Sick and tired of an industry that is purposely building machines DESIGNED to crap out after 4-5 years. Why? Frequent repeat business (and steady $$$ for them). Nope, not playing that game anymore.

Buy this one
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the fact that there aren't any digital displays or (hopefully) no computer controls, just dials and a push button. Lights, bells and fancy displays are a recipe for disaster. My son doesn't particularly care for the lint trap placement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity is amazing. I can fit so much more in this dryer than my last dryer. The drying time is great because everything comes out dry. I really love the auto dry section where I can pick between normal, more time or less time depenging on my load size. Clothes don't come out wrinkled

Rapid drying time is also due to the large capacity. The dials allow for Variety Of temperatures. Good lint collection. This is a great machine for the price

Great Dryer Great Price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new dryer works great. Has the capacity to handle large load and still distribute even heat. I can dry in one cycle. This was a replacement of another brand. I immediately saw results and great performance. It has a tapering look but I don't need a high tech gadget, just clothes that get dry.
