I was washing clothes in hot water with my old machine and the water still wasn’t hot. People have said the machine is too noisy well it’s really not that bad I am a happy Maytag and Whirlpool customer I won’t buy any other brand. Oh and this machine is huge and very pretty Enjoy yours

It's a fantastic washer so why did they put a cheap, tinny lid on this? The lid is so thin that, if you raise the lid on one corner, the metal almost twists. The washer is fantastic with all the bells and whistles. I was so disappointed with the lid! Come on manufacturers, you can do a little bit better with the lid!!!

In comparison to my old GE washer, it is wonderful. It is solid and does not move around while operating. It has a 10-year limited warranty compared to a 1-year warranty on the old GE. Laundry comes out thoroughly clean and well rinsed. I really like that you can set water level manually or use the auto setting. Also, the price was close to the other machines that I looked at.
