Glad I purchased this dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE'VE HAD THIS DRYER FOR ABOUT A MONTH, SO FAR SO GOOD. I'M VERY HAPPY THERE IS A LIGHT INSIDE THE DRUM! IT'S A LITTLE LOUD WHILE RUNNING BUT IT DRIES GREAT. I WANTED A DRYER WITHOUT A LOT OF BELLS AND WHISTLES AND MAYTAG DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

Great Old School Dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for an old school dryer...much less electronics that can fail like my old one. I found this Maytag and it reminded me of the built like a tank dryer's my parents had when i was young. I liked the drop down door and the top load lint screen (much less lint blown around during drying). I have owned this dryer for a couple of weeks. So far so good, it does a great job drying and that's all...i don't need to know what the weather is going to be like today from my dryer, it just needs to be reliable and easy to use.....this dryer is all that.

Very efficient!

Better Than I Expected!

Simple and efficient!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does exactly what I need. It's a little bit loud but it's in our basement so the noise doesn't bother me. It's simple and effective! My only complaint is that our door ways were not wide enough to move it in, had to take off doors and door trim, so check that prior to buying! That isn't a knock on the manufacturer though, just a little more additional work to fit it in to a house from 1940.

Great Features Great Dryer

Great Choice

It’s a Maytag set and I’m happy

And I knew it would be very different from my old one (a Whirlpool) which was about 20 years old and still worked. However I had finally run my dryer until the repairman said it is now time for a new dryer. So I picked a set.
