Pet pro attracted me and so happy I went with it.

The pet pro set spoke to me as I have a car and dog who shed hair constantly. It works wonderful. Catches pet hair and a quick clean out of the aerator after a wash. I’m totally loving this set.

The dryer work great . 5 stars on the dryer. The washing machine is ruff on clothes , the start button can be a bit testy by not wanting to start the machine , this is a problem , when it does start it chooses the wash cycle it wants to choose . I`m starting to see why it comes with the 5 year warranty . So far 1/2 star on the washer .

Fantastic upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a big upgrade from my old dryer. I love the cycle options and that I have an app to let me know when the cycle is complete. The app allows me to go for walks instead of sitting in the house waiting for the buzzer to sound.

Great features!

It dries by king size bed comforter with no problem!!!! So nice. Ive always had Maytags, like my mom and grandmother. So in 50 years of marriage this is only my third. Add it up! Thats an average of 25 years each!

Buttons take multiple attempts to work.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drying works great and there are plenty of cycle choices. The issue we have is the buttons on the keypad takes several times to get it to work. It doesn’t sense the touch. It is frustrating but eventually works.

For the cost, I wish it had come with all the parts to use the steam feature but they leave that up to the buyer to figure it out. So far it works as it should. Hoping I’ll get 10+ years out of it with all the electronics it has on it, but we will see.

Bad parts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after about 15 minutes of drying, the dryer began to scream. It was so loud, we couldn't even talk over it. Had someone come out and look at it and need to replace the motor/blower. Worst part is, we cannot use it all because it is a fire hazard.
