Excellent choice for people with pets
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just installed the Maytag VMAX 7 Series AGI Washer a few days ago and I’m really impressed! I have cats and am not a fan of cat hair on my clothes. I honestly did not realize how much hair was still sitting in the fabrics until I used this machine. It pulls off way more than I expected. Blankets and every day clothes are coming out noticeably cleaner.
The VMAX spin is strong and you can tell it extracts a lot of water at the end of the cycle. The capacity is large enough for bulky loads without cramping. The controls are straightforward and easy to use, and there are several washing modes. It is not silent, but it sounds like a normal, powerful washer.

First Maytag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a month ago to replace a Bosch that I had for 26 years. I enjoy all the features particularly the deep fill as I have 8x10 washable rugs. The load balance ( which it appears to be a known opportunity with the washer) really is not a problem once you learn how to load articles in the machine. Clothing definitely comes out clean, spin cycle is great as clothes spin out well taking less dry time. Controls are way to navigate, removable filter is definitely a plus - no more bucket and towels to clean the filter, definitely energy efficient as my water bill has not increased. I washed every rug and comforter in my home when I got the washer. Performance is outstanding, I’m extremely satisfied at this time. Machine does what Maytag advertises. This is my first Maytag - it will be interesting to see the life expectancy of this unit. Again, at this time I am completely satisfied with the performance of this machine.

Pet Pro feature is needed in a house with 2 kitty cats 🐾 still experimenting with all the settings. Bluetooth feature has been awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly didn’t think I’d get excited about a washing machine… but here we are. This Maytag Pet Pro washer is a beast in the best way. The Pet Pro Filter actually traps pet hair instead of letting it cling to everything, which is a lifesaver if you have animals. My clothes come out clean, fresh, and hair free without having to rewash.
It’s super powerful but still gentle on fabrics, surprisingly quiet, and the Midnight Steel finish looks sleek and expensive. The capacity is huge for blankets, towels, dog beds… no problem. You can tell it’s built to last, and it just feels solid and high quality. If you have pets (or kids… or both 😅), this washer is 100% worth it. Total game changer for laundry days.

It’s powerful, reliable, and does an amazing job getting clothes truly clean, even with large or heavily soiled loads. The build quality feels solid and durable, which is exactly what I expect from Maytag.

Love the PetPro set!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the pet pro washer and dryer set about a month ago and so far it has been excellent. The drum is enormous! Love that we can now wash and dry our largest comforter at home and not have to go to the laundromat anymore! It does a great job cleaning and gives you the ability to do a pre soak and even has a built in faucet to rinse out the detergent cup. The pet pro filter has caught so much of our dogs hair and stopped it from going into the septic tank or clogging the dryer ducting. The machine tells you when it’s time for a cleaning cycle and the dryer lets you know if your ducting may be clogged. (Which ours was, could have easily set a fire, Thanks Maytag!) Love that you can pretty much customize any cycle and choose your water level. We have used much less detergent and softener since installing this set. Couldn’t be happier!!

The Maytag is a little louder and has a agitator but seems to clean better and no soap residue after rinse. Extremely pleased at this point.

No more dog hair!

Great machine

Love my Maytags!

Originally purchased a cheaper brand on the suggestion of the salesman, but immediately returned them to purchase the name brand we trust, Maytag. Took me a minute to figure out how to turn them on as the buttons are sensitive to touch. No need to push or hold, just a light tap does the trick. Clothes are clean and I am a happy camper.

Happy with our new washing machine

Big, big, big!
