Over all love the feachers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my washer four 5 days and it works great the pet bottom is great for dog hair, I need a washer that had a filter that I could clean and this washer had a filter. I wished they would ask you a year later for a review I put an extended warranty on the washer

Amazing Machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We took delivery of this washer on 10/17/2025. It replaced our almost 30 year old Amana washer. There was a little bit of a learning curve from the analog Amana to the digital Maytag, but operating it now is easy. It took me a couple of times just to put my finger on the start and power buttons, rather than press, but its second nature now. We love it thus far. It’s been amazing and is incredibly quiet.

Extremely quiet washer

Great Silver-Gray Color!

Get my clothes, clean and efficient with energy! My clothes are always done under an hour I know this will be a lasting product for years to come very durable material!

Good washer

Both the washer and dryer are easy to operate and quite when on full spin cycle. I could not be happier, don't know why anyone would chose anything other than Maytag for their appliance needs

Button issue

Many Features-Reliability Concerns
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is a warranty replacement of a similar 10 year old machine deemed unfixable. 10 months ago, major repairs had to be performed.The replacement operates and sounds similar to the older model and at times sounds clunky. After several loads it appears to do a satisfactory job cleaning the cloths. The larger tub is also a plus. Overall material quality appears less than previous machine. Not very optimistic that this machine will hold up for 10 years reliability is a major concern.

This is a good replacement for old machines.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this because the parts for my 80's Kenmore washer exceeded the original cost and more than half the cost of this machine. At first i was neutral on this purchase. My requirements on a new machine were adjustable water heights for all loads, second rinse strong cloths agitation(my old one agitated the wash and rotated from top to bottom). I'm happy with this purchase and its growing on me. My old washer cleaned hands down better and was able to adjust water levels at ease. having sensing the loads is overkill. it would be better to just select a height level. The faucet feature is great. accidentally choosing a pet model turned into a great surprise. i like the filter that's removes lint and fibers.(like after washing rugs and towels). The app feature is unnecessary, its a washing machine. The jury is still out because will this washer last as long as my old Kenmore. ( which only required two repairs, (a new drum and suspension springs.) The large washing drum is great, however it is a long way to the bottom to collect the wash. Maytag you did a great job with the government squeezing you and all manufactures to reduce water usage and energy. They don't care about the performance. I will recommend this unit to my friends ,family and customers.

Like the features

Don’t buy this
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and the screen started shorting out just two weeks in. Contacted support, sent a technician but he said no part could be found it’s been 2 weeks now and Maytag has not even reached out to check status. Disappointed still waiting for a fix.
