Love the Duo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no noise with this refrigerator. I have it as a fridge freezer, but I love the fact that you can make it into a fridge fridge, fridge freezer or freezer freezer. I have not had any issues with fingerprints. It is a smaller sized fridge which I don’t mind because it fits my space perfectly. Even though it looks small on the inside, you can store a lot inside both the fridge and the freezer. The fridge is on top. The freezer is on bottom. Sides do get warm, which says that it does do that. It seems like a durable refrigerator. It is sturdy but light weight. It has a great seal on it so I know that the cold air will stay inside. This is my first time using this brand of refrigerator and it is definitely a brand I will go back to again. I love the smart app feature where you can keep an eye on the diagnostics and run one to make sure everything‘s running OK. I also like that. It has a Sabbath button to where you could toggle it on where it disabled the lights inside your refrigerator.

MIDEA 20 cu. ft. Flex freezer/refrigerator
It's much quieter than the Kenmore Elite that I had. The temperature control is excellent. It's a good size for most small apartments. It's also priced reasonably. The upper door fit a little too tight, so I had to adjust it the best I could to keep the seal from wearing out prematurely. I also used silicone to help the doors close easier and the bins slide smoothly. So far I like it.

Awesome product!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The innovation of this 3-way convertible freezer is exactly what I needed. It can be used as double freezer, double refrigerator or one of each. It is designed well and I love the fingerprint resistant steel. Also, doors can be installed to open in either direction depending on your space. They thought of everything with this design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This midea flex convertible 50/50 refrigerator is incredibly functional, it allows easy and fast switching with just a few buttons to use both sections as a refrigerator or viseversa or as a conventional refrigerator with a configuration divided between refrigerator and freezer, it offers a great storage capacity as in its storage boxes and in the door. Silent is ideal for the garage or for using it as the main refrigerator in the kitchen , an excellent appliance that combines a large storage space , with an excellent technology as use . function as energy saving .

We like it so far

Seems to run a lot of energy though, it kept tripping the breaker. You can switch the door openings and the bottom freezer opens like a regular door.

Spacious and easy to clean!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful fridge! I was really happy to see how spacious it is inside, the layout really is optimal for storage. It took me a minute to get used to opening it from the left versus right side but not an issue. Super easy to clean, the trays are easy to remove if needed. The freezer seems to be working great as well, and if you want you can either compartment to be a freezer or fridge. The only minor complaint is that there was a very strong smell upon first opening it, not so much chemical but very strong plastic.

New favorite adult fridge!

Perfect multifunctional fridge/Freezer for both kitchen and garage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Midea 50/50 flex is perfect for both indoors and the garage! With 3 different settings: Fridge/Freezer, Freezer/Fridge, and Freezer, Freezer, you can customize this wonderful piece to your liking.
If your Fridge is in the house and you use your freezer more than your fridge, you can set the fridge at the bottom, allowing for more space as a Freezer and convenience.
With Midea providing a top and bottom fridge instead of a side to side fridge, it allows for more space for your groceries without having to purchase larger fridge that might not fit in your home space.
As for installation, all it took was plugging it in, putting the mode in your preferred setting (Mine is Freezer Freezer because it is in the garage), removing all the tape and Styrofoam, and letting it cool. The hardest part of set up was taking it out of the box. The company makes sure to secure the fridge to prevent damage.
How long does it take to cool? We plugged it in freezer/freezer mode (only mode that can be used for garage) and we felt the cool after opening it 10 minutes later.
I would highly recommend this fridge to anyone that wants a fridge/Freezer that had multiple functionality. Just think, if your fridge were to go out in your home, you could take the one from the garage, change the setting to fridge/Freezer or freezer/fridge and your all good to go.

Great fridge

We downloaded the app and it was easy to change the temperature. The shelves are spacious and sleek. I also really like the stainless steel.

The best fridge/freezer combo!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised by the Midea 50/50 Flex refrigerator. As soon as I plugged it in, the temperature began to cool the inside. I was able to put items in the fridge within an hour. I have the top used for refrigerator and the bottom for freezer. There are many features that makes it perfect. You can freezer/freezer or fridge/fridge… etc! It is just amazing!! I love it!!

You can use it as a freezer and fridge combo, freezer/freezer combo or fridge/fridge combo. It has nice shelves to maintain every type of grocery. It doesn’t make any sound and chrome finished look makes it more fantastic. It has a great maintenance of temperature and keep the food good.

Spacious fridge/freezer that can be used the way you need it most

The smart features are an added bonus, but the best part is being able to use this as either a freezer or a refrigerator or both. Have used this for weeks without a single issue or complaint. Excited for all of the extra space to freeze soups and store meals!

Instant garage upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 10/10 recommend! This is a replacement garage fridge for us and I can’t love it enough! We chose too use it as 50/50 split but the fact that I could have a full freezer or refrigerator is an interesting concept. We plugged it in and by the end of the day it was already at temperature but we waited a full day before stocking just in case. The design is sleek enough it could be in the kitchen which is a step up from our old garage fridge that wasn’t made for the garage temperatures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge freezer is perfect we recently bought a deep freeze and tbh I didn’t like it because it frosts up easily. This came at the right time to replace it. It doesn’t frost and is now in my basement taking over the duties of the deep freezer. The app is very easy to use, the unit is whisper quiet, it is large but for a basement unit it’s perfect. The shelves are a really good size and the lights are very bright which is good. I would highly recommend this fridge freezer

I love that I can change it from all fridge to fridge on top and freezer on the bottom or all freezer with just a push of a button. I don’t like that there is not a light on the bottom portion but it’s not a big space so that is fine. Lot’s of storage area in the unit. The handles are built into the bottom and top of door which takes a lot of getting used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I are head over heels for this fridge/freezer. It is 10 X better than we could have imagined. You can use it as a full fridge, a full freezer or a variation of the two, whatever you need for the moment, with the touch of a button. It is garage ready and weather proof so you don’t need to worry about hot summers or cold winters. If you are having a party and need more fridge space simply change the settings for both zones to function as a fridge. If you are an avid hunter, like myself and my husband, and need more freezer space for meat it is perfect for that as well. The stainless steel option is an added bonus as it elevates the look of our simple garage and makes it a space you truly want to spend time in. I would 100% recommend this fridge/freezer to anyone and everyone looking for versatility and beauty.

Great Garage Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have loved this fridge/freezer so far! The set up was easy and it quickly got cold and chilled our food. The top fridge is very will lit and easy to organize - we’re using it in our garage for extra drinks/food. The bottom portion isn’t quite as well lit and you have to bend over to clearly view the top shelf but it is lit and well organized. I love that we can make the entire thing a fridge if we have extra food for a party/event and look forward to trying that option as well. Would recommend to anyone for their garage and possibly even inside their home.

Awesome product with easy set up

Such a great product with a smart control hub. You can scan the barcode to set up fast and monitor the fridge. The wheel at the bottom is easy to move. Great product and super simple set up!

Great for use inside a garage (how I’m using it) but could also be used inside as your main fridge if you wanted. The stainless steel is a sleek look. It’s completely customizable to your needs. Both sections can be a refrigerator, both can be a freezer, or you can have the top as a refrigerator and the bottom as a freezer. I personally have it set up at the latter option. Super simple set up- you plug it in and it’s as easy as a push of a button to program what setting you would like and can be changed easily to fit your needs. It keeps everything at the perfect temperature. Both sections are lighted and have multiple shelves and drawers which makes it really easy to organize and find things. My family members have made multiple comments to me about how much they love this fridge (funny, I know, but it’s THAT good). It comes with a QR code you scan that takes you to the SmartHome app which allows you to see the user guide, FAQ, and troubleshooting guide. There is also a service request section and service hotline if you need help. I have not personally had to use these but there is peace of mind knowing they are easily accessible if needed. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator!
