Efficient and good looking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Slick design, quiet and easy to operate. Tried a few laundry batches already, machine runs efficiently. There is an app to download that supposed to communicate with the washer and dryer, yet to review how that works.

Great machine. Very quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This front load washer has a great capacity and is also very quiet. When doing the first load I actually had to check and make sure that it was actually working - it's that quiet!
The technology used to create this machine presents a layout on the front that is easy to use and is very self-explanatory.
It does a fantastic job and all the clothes come out nice clean and ready to be dried in the corresponding Samsung front load dryer.

Washes great!!

Loved it enough that I bought it again!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have family members and friends who've had bad experiences with front load washers. Not me! I ordered this washer as part of a set 3 years ago, and I put it through the wringer (pun intended)! It's carried us through years of young, including (but not limited to) many, many loads of food-stained kids' clothes, two *long* potty training periods , and several loads of dirty rags every week. I throw in 1/4-1/2 scoop of OxiClean along with some Tide, and run this baby for a warm longer cycle with prewash and extra rinses, and the stains disappear. It's magic. I rarely pre-treat clothes now.
The app apparently has extra preset cycles available, but I've never used them. The delicate cycle seems just fine, but I know there is a hand wash cycle option through the app as well.
We just moved, and inherited an older washer and dryer that did not work well. I did my washer and dryer research again and ended up ordering the exact same set *again*.
I always leave my washing machine lid cracked open a little bit to prevent any mold, and have had zero problems with that.
Capacity is good as well. I can fit a week's worth of three young kids clothes in two wash cycles (lights and darks). It can easily wash a queen size quilt.
The only thing I can't speak to is its longevity, so we'll see how long we're in this house for!

My favorite washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has work great so far. We use it very often as our family is large and is always fast, the cycles are very convenient and efficient. The capacity is optimal and the whole family can use it because of the user friendly technology. A bonus is also not noise and the ring tone when is done comes in handy in our busy life.

Completely Satisfied – Second Samsung Front Load W
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are completely satisfied with our Samsung front load washer with Super Speed Wash. This is actually our second one, which speaks volumes about our confidence in the brand. Our first washer lasted about seven years before the drum weight balancers finally gave out. I was able to repair it twice by replacing bolts and washers, but when the balancer broke free the last time, the repair required several additional parts. After reviewing the parts manual, the total cost—once taxes and shipping were included—was nearly the same as buying a brand-new washer. At that point, replacing it made the most sense.
From a performance standpoint, this washer delivers excellent cleaning results and the Super Speed Wash feature is a standout. It significantly reduces wash time without sacrificing cleaning power, which is perfect for busy households.
The technology is another major win. The built-in Wi-Fi connectivity is incredibly convenient. We love being able to receive cycle-complete notifications, and the integration with our Samsung TVs makes it even more seamless to stay informed without constantly checking the washer.
In terms of design, the washer is sleek, modern, and well-built. It fits nicely into our laundry space and feels solid and durable.
Overall, my wife is completely satisfied with this washer, and that alone says a lot. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-performance, smart, and reliable front load washer.

It has several different settings to choose from and others that you can download and add. It notified you when a cycle is done both with a sound notifying and also with a pop up notification on your phone. You can also check how much time is remaining on a cycle on your phone. Your clothes come out clean and bright! Highly recommended!
