Stylish and works like a charm!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my washing machine and matching dryer! The color is beautiful and with the rose gold trim, feels higher end. Haven’t had any issues since installed in June 2025. I can fit A LOT in this unit. I haven’t started loads on my phone but I know when they’re finished because I’ve synced all my Samsung products to SmartThings. Love that feature! They also are not loud units. I recommend the pedestals so you’re not bending down lower to put in loads / take them out.

Great cycle options
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so pleased with our new washer. Had to jump right in and use the steam sanitize feature for some tough stains and we were really impressed. We had heard that some Samsung motors could be loud and vibrate quite a bit but not ours. I believe the new motor model made all the difference. We have the match dryer as well and are just as pleased with that.

We stacked ours, and they work great. Plenty of wash cycles and steam which is a plus. We had them installed, if you do the same make sure they remove the shipping bolts from the washer. If they are not removed the washer will shake uncontrollably, and start walking across the floor.

Love this washer

The 5.0 cu. ft. capacity makes a big difference—I can fit large loads, bedding, and towels without it feeling crammed. The Super Speed Wash is great when I need something cleaned quickly, and it actually does a thorough job even on the shorter cycles. I also like the steam option, which helps with stains and leaves clothes feeling fresh.
The smart features are handy too. Being able to check the cycle status from my phone saves me trips to the laundry room. On top of that, the ivory color looks sleek and blends nicely into the space—not the usual plain white appliance.
It runs quietly, handles big loads well, and has plenty of settings without feeling complicated. Overall, it’s efficient, stylish, and has made laundry much easier.
