[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Bespoke All-in for 2 years now and it’s honestly one of the best appliance upgrades I’ve made. Being able to wash and dry a full load in a single machine—without needing a vent—has completely changed my laundry routine. The capacity is surprisingly large for a combo unit, the Super Speed cycle actually delivers on its promise, and clothes come out properly dry and soft instead of damp or wrinkled.
The AI features (especially OptiWash and the smart cycle suggestions) make it feel smarter than a regular washer/dryer pair, and the sleek Bespoke design looks great in the laundry space. Installation was straightforward since it just needs a standard outlet and no venting, which is a huge plus if you’re short on space or in an apartment.
Quiet, efficient, and genuinely convenient—I don’t think I could go back to separate machines after this. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a modern all-in-one solution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read quite a few negative reviews before buying my ventless washer and dryer combo but decided to give it a try. I’m very happy with my purchase. It’s been almost a year now and this unit has served me well. The capacity is great. The interface is easy to use. The vibration is controlled (make sure you have the unit installed and adjusted by a Samsung installer. I have mine on a pedestal and it stays solid). The cycles, especially the drying cycles take longer than you would expect, compared to a regular dryer. That’s not an issue for me as a single-person household. but if you are a family with kids, or in general requires to do more than 3 loads a day, this all in one ventless unit may not be the best choice for you. Other than that, I’m impressed with it and the Samsung support I received. The first one came dented, they promptly replaced it. Solid costumer support service. The app is great too, you get alerts when the clothes are ready, and you can even control it while running errands. Based on my experience, this is a great product. By the way, no smells. A lot of folks complained about the unit smelling bad after a while. Keep your door cracked open or open in between use and your unit will continue to smell fresh.

Amazing product

The controls are easy to use, and it looks great in the laundry room. It’s been reliable so far and has made doing laundry much easier. Definitely worth the investment.

Fell in love at first sight
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fact this washes and drys just same amount of time it would in separate machines but I don’t have to go change it over. It is able hold 3 big comforters at once and clean and wash them really well. My favorite part is the soap and fabric softener dispensers at the bottom of the machine just fill it and leave it and the machine will tell you when you need to refill them. I’ve had no wrinkles and it gets most the pet hair off everything the vibration on bigger loads can be felt if you are a upstairs apartment so we had but something under the feet so it won’t bother down stairs people but all in all we love this and saving us on space and money

Excellent All-in-One Washer & Dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been so happy with this all-in-one washer and dryer that we ended up buying a second one. The convenience is hard to beat
—you load your clothes, start the cycle, and don't have to remember to move everything into a separate dryer. It washes and dries in one machine, which saves time and makes laundry much easier.
The capacity is great for our household, the interface is simple to use, and the machine has been very easy to maintain. I also love that it doesn't require a vent, giving us much more flexibility in where we can install it. It runs quietly, cleans clothes well, and dries them thoroughly. If you're looking for a dependable, convenient all-in-one laundry solution, I highly recommend it.

Extreme convenience
