Great dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I got this Samsung dryer a while back, and honestly, it's just kind of there doing its thing. You throw your damp clothes in, hit a bunch of buttons that light up with fancy symbols, and hope for the best. Sometimes everything comes out warm and dry on the first try, but other times you're tossing it all back in for round two because a hoodie sleeve is still mysteriously damp. The beep it makes when it's done is pretty catchy, though it definitely likes to sing its little song way before you're actually ready to fold anything. It looks sleek and modern in the laundry room, matching the whole aesthetic, and it hasn't completely broken down on me, which is a massive plus. At the end of the day, it's a giant metal box that gets hot and spins around, and honestly, it does that job well enough that I can't really complain too much.

Great Features and Ease of Use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Going from a tradition washer/dryer combo set to a all-in-one, I was wary of some criticisms. Such as longer washing/drying time, smaller capacity, vibration concerns, and clothes not feeling dry/moist. After using this machine for almost 6 months, I can say those issues are limited in my use case. For context, my machine is hooked up in the garage. I usually run 3 to 4 loads of laundry per week. Between work clothes, towels, light and dark laundry, I have used the default AI Opti Wash & Dry cycle. Only change I've made is tap cold as I believe it is better for clothes longevity. Back to washing/drying time, yes it does take longer then a 2 set combo. But, the time you save transferring or forgetting to transfer is such a nice thing to not worry about. Also, using the smart things app allows you to monitor progress even when away from the machine. And the capacity is smaller, but it is so easy to do more loads since it auto-dispenses detergent. And by doing laundry more often, it does a better job with moisture. I find that with the open door option after completion helps with drying the clothes further. And lastly, I find the noise to be less than my old dryer. I think the heft of the machine helps dampens the vibration as it does not shake side to side like my older dryer did. At least, much less than my old dryer. All in all, so glad I switched to a all in one washer/dryer as the ease and convenience have made laundry day set and forget. Now if only it could fold laundry too, then laundry day would be such a breeze.

It has been such a game changer having the washer and dryer combined into one machine. Not having to transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer saves so much time and makes laundry feel way less like a chore.
The ventless design is also a huge plus because I didn’t have to worry about a traditional dryer vent. I love the sleek Bespoke design—it looks modern and high-end and fits beautifully in my laundry room.

Works great!
We've been using this washer/dryer combo for 1 month now and it works great! Just as advertised. No issues with it yet. As expected, it does take a bit longer to finish each load but we usually start them overnight. Only once were the clothes not completely dry, but this happened more often with our previous traditional dryer. The AI load-sensing option is nice too. Highly recommend!

The machine is amazing, I love the timing of the loads. However, compared to a washer dryer stackable It gets confusing when you put a load in and you want to remove clothes to air dry because all the clothes get washed together and usually you just transfer the clothes to a dryer and to hang but it’s hard to swift through the clothes and find the air dry clothes that need to be hung up. That’s the only thing but the machine is amazing.

Fantastic machine!

Works great, quiet, pretty fast although the all in one does take longer than a traditional washer dryer setup. Clothes come out clean and dry.
