The best feature this that it gets connected to the phone really easily and you can just send all the settings for your wash from your phone. Not having to swap wet clothes over to a dryer is amazing, and you can plug it right into a regular wall outlet without messing with an ugly vent. Sure, they slap the "AI" label on the fancy touchscreen and the wash cycles, but let's be real—it's just smart sensors doing standard sensor things. Marketing hype aside, though, it genuinely streamlines laundry day. Pros - Huge drum that actually fits a king-size comforter without struggling. - The auto-detergent dispenser and the door that pops open at the end mean you can truly walk away. - No dryer vent needed, so you can pretty much put this thing anywhere. Cons - The "AI" branding is totally overblown; it's not thinking, it's just weighing your clothes. - Thick blankets or mixed loads can trick the sensors, making cycles drag on way longer than expected. - You have to be super religious about cleaning out the multi-layered lint filter.

It cleans Very well and dries efficiently. It looks beautiful. There are many different types of settings for washing, and drying that you can choose from so I never have a problem washing any type of fabric. The automatic dispenser for detergent and softener is fantastic, but you can use pods if you prefer I mean, it really does do everything and it does everything extremely well

Wish I had room for 2 of them. Ventless works great, as an HVAC licensed contractor I had concerns about that. I couldn't even tell it was ventless. With the extra space saved and an open 240v circuit from the previous dryer., I set up a bitcoin mining machine win win

What does ventless mean?

It means that there is no exhaust on the rear of this or any Ventless combo washer that has to have a connection to a vent to release heat while drying. It using a hydronic system where is uses water olong with a heat pump to produce heat for drying purposes eliminating the need for any venting.
