Great time saver

This machine changed our lives by making laundry so much easier. It is quiet, looks great, gives you the information you need and does a great job cleaning your clothes. Maintenance is even easy and I feel more confident that this machine will last if I do my part.

Love our Bespoke washer/dryer combo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought our bespoke combo 2 years ago and it still works perfectly!! Love the luxury of not having to change from the washing machine to the dryer. It does it all!! Would definitely recommend it to anyone!! Spacious inside drum for decent size loads!! Doesn’t take up to much space in our laundry room leaving room to move around effortlessly!! Love that it automatically goes from washer to dryer without having to worry about it!! Love that laundry detergent and the fabric softener are automatically dispensed as well!!

All in one combo

So convenient!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this smart washer/ dryer combo, it has so many washer settings compared my old standard washer and dryer. It’s so nice to start a load of laundry at night and wake up to fresh clean laundry in morning. I enjoy the app and how you can connect all Samsung devices; it sends you a notification when laundry is done. I also love that the combo takes up half the space of a traditional washer and dryer.

Perfect When You Have No Dryer Vent!

Our house came with a hole in the wall but no duct, rather than tearing apart the walls we tried ventless. So far so good, only one machine taking up space, takes any amount of clothes I throw at it, and it seems to use less power!
It takes about the same amount of time as a traditional washer and dryer but if you don't have anything that can't dry in the load you can just let it dry automatically while you carry on with your day.
I really enjoy the stat display at the end of the wash cycle, it's probably not going to change how I use the washer but it's nice to know what you used.
One thing I wish you could do however, is set it to pause between wash and dry for more than 10 minutes. It's so quiet I don't really notice it's paused and I don't always have my phone on me so I miss the window.

Love this Machine!
Was a little concerned about purchasing this washer/dryer combo after reading some of the previous reviews. Have to say all my concerns have been dispelled and I am extremely happy with this machine. The goal was saving time by not having to switch over laundry from washer to dryer. This machine has met this goal and more! One review I read complained about the lint filter. I love the lint filter, it's so much more efficient! Sure, it is in layers, but it comes apart easily and catches the finest lint from each load. Takes less than a minute to clean it out. You'll need to do that pretty much every load, but that was already my habit. Totally love all the wash and dry options too! And each option is easy to dial in on the touch screen. I read about previous concerns about the dryer not drying well. There are times that things are slightly damp at the end of the cycle, but the seems to finish pretty quickly as you pull them out or if they're too damp, there is a dry only cycle that you can run and you can choose a setting in the dry cycle for more dry. As to how clean the laundry comes out, it's very clean. Time of each load will depend on the settings that you choose as well as the type of laundry you are doing.
One of the biggest surprises when we received the machine was the size. I've seen combos that were rather small and would not do much laundry at a time. I was very pleased to find that this unit actually did a slightly larger load that the current top load washer that we have.
So far I have been very impressed with this combo unit and am very glad that we bought it! I would not hesitate to recommend this machine to anyone and if needed would purchase one again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my combo first arrived, it was heavy. Very heavy. Once it was put in the laundry area, it was super easy to connect everything. Literally, twist on the water hoses, stick the drain hose into the slot, plug it in and that was it. Probably the fastest, easiest install I have ever done. Setting it up was a breeze as well. It tells you exactly what you need to do, step by step, to get started. It tells me when I need to clean the water drain and when to brush off the filter. The best part….it walks you through doing the whole process! No calling a service person to do simple maintenance! It “feels” like it takes a long to wash and dry one load, it really doesn’t. It just feels that way since you can’t start another load while the first load is drying. I love turning it on, before bed, setting it to prevent wrinkles and having clean clothes when I wake up. So far, I am super happy with this combo! This is coming from a home with 2 people. I do not know how convenient it would be if there was a larger amount of people you are doing laundry for. As for me, super glad I made this purchase!
