New for the USA

I live in the USA. So we have a separate washer and dryer. It’s probably the most common setup. In Europe, having a single unit it very common but this was still a big change for me. I had a Samsung HE washer and a dryer I got passed down from my parents. Both were super old.
A few thing for you when you plan to buy this.
This is larger than a a typical HE washer. It is a few inches taller and a few inches deeper than what I had before. For me it just barely fits where I need it to go. Also, the door only opens from the right to left. You can not change it. You need standard hoses for hot and cold water and a hose for the water from the washer. There really is no exhaust for the heat or humidity from the drying clothes.
Setup:
I found some YouTube Videos on how to set this up. There is an extended use detergent and fabric softener holder in the very bottom of the machine. Supposedly you can scan the bar code and that will tell the machine what you are using. It didn't work.
You can have a REALLY long cycle (extra dirty clothes, soak, and super dry) and it may take 5 hours. You probably don't need to use all of that. I found just a regular wash cycle and medium dry took about 2 hours. This was about what just a wash cycle took on my old washer. The is a clothes/wrinkle saver that keeps the clothes turning for a couple hours to lessen the wrinkles.
there is a light inside so you don't forget clothes!
This is super quiet! I added a video so you can tell how quiet. You can probably run this overnight.

Perfect for those with small spaces...

I wasn't sure an appliance built to do the tasks of two separate appliances, a stand-alone washer, and a stand-alone dryer, could accomplish the tasks it was built for. I am a cancer patient and live in a two-story home. Unfortunately, my existing washer and dryer are downstairs and quite a distance from my master bedroom. I have been wanting to have a unit upstairs so I didn't have to do all that walking, especially on those days when I'm feeling really sick...dirty laundry waits for no one!
The Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo 5.3 cu. Ft. Ultra Capacity Washer with Super Speed and Ventless Heat Pump Dryer in Dark Steel is a great appliance. Samsung didn't skimp when it comes to features. I really like the AI features which include both AI Optimal Dry and AI Optiwash. AI Optiwash detects the weight of your load and also the soil level. If it senses your clothes are really dirty, the machine will add some additional detergent to get your clothes cleaner. Adding more soap isn't the only thing you'll need though as the machine will also extend the cycle time to ensure your clothes get as clean as possible. AI Optimal Dry automatically selects the temperature and cycle after it senses how wet your load is. Using these two AI features does take longer than a normal cycle but I like the fact that I didn't have to do much thinking when it came to starting a load of clothes. The built-in LED screen is nice and bright and I really liked the option to pick my own avatar to walk me through the initial tutorial after I turned the machine on. One option that I really like is the fact that there is a light when you open the door.
I highly recommend the WD53DBA900HZA for those of you who have a small space to put a washer and dryer. In the past, the only option was to get stackable units. With the Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo, you can maximize the space above the machine for storage instead of having that second unit on top.

Machine of the Future

Ultra Capacity Washer with Super Speed and Ventless Heat Pump Dryer in Dark Steel has met or exceeded my expectations. It is a beautiful looking machine with the performance to match. I would recommend this product for anyone who wants to upgrade their machine while also saving space improving energy efficiency and decreasing the time it takes to wash and dry clothes.
After the machine was installed, I began to set up using the display mechanism. The AI avatar helped him walk through each item and provided a tutorial on how to use the machine. I had no issues connecting to the Internet then adding to my SmartThings app. I really enjoy being able to view or start my washer from the app.
I was impressed by the size of the machine. I knew having both a washer and dryer in the same device would make it larger however it still fit easily in my laundry room. It is solidly built and heavy, so it is a little difficult to move around by yourself. The machine has the capacity for good sized loads. The flex auto dispense feature is very helpful as you can manage the levels of soap and bleach and it makes starting the washer very simple. I like that the bleach and lint filter are hidden behind the door.
The multiple options for the AI combo cycles gives you a lot of flexibility on what type of load you are planning to wash. This machine provides an improvement with our energy efficiency over the two machines I would normally use. No more forgetting laundry in the washer since the dry cycle kicks off automatically.

Great for Large Families and Pets
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a family of 6 with 2 basset hounds. We washed a king size comforter on bedding and on a clothing cycle. The bedding cycle is SUPERIOR for deep cleaning. Almost exact to getting it dry cleaned! We forgot to add scent beads and with that cycle we didn’t need them! Came out as if the dog didn’t sleep with us! We could put an entire King size bed set in the tub and it all got completely washed and dried. No more separating the comforter from the sheet set anymore. Thanks to the app, the kids operate this machine easier than ever have before. On the machine they just press buttons as they do on the app. But you can also have washes on the app and just tell the kids “Bedding Wash” and the cycle is preset to your specifications. The AI helps out a lot as it knocks the wash time down from half of what our previous washer did. Used to it took 6 hours to wash and dry, now under 3 hours from start to finish. Find it a lot of fun & enjoy it! Thanks to the vibration technology It’s super quiet! The linked video you can hear how quiet it is just setting up to wash. That alone is super quiet compared to other machines! Everything is easy to read as well!

Literally Life Changing!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My life has changed for the better since we got this new Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry combo. It not only saves me time but also my sanity. I was HORRIBLE about remembering to switch the laundry and this new washer/dryer has been a real game changer. We have been using this wonderful machine for a couple of weeks now and it has done an excellent job of getting everything clean and dry with efficiency. I’m 5’3” and removing items a breeze unlike our previous top loading machine. Being a bit on the shorter side, I love that I don’t have to transfer each load to a dryer. You just add your clothes and set the wash and dry cycles you want. There are so many cycles to choose from and has AI technology. It connects to an app so you can keep track of the laundry and it notifies you when it is complete. There is also the option of setting it from the app to the machine and simply hit start on the machine. There are reservoirs for the laundry soap and fabric softener at the bottom of the machine that auto dispense, this saves time! We definitely made a great choice in switching out our old washer and dryer for this amazing Samsung Washer Dryer all in one combo! I've included a picture showing our neighbors Samsung washer and dryer for size reference.

I am in love with this machine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had clothes smell this clean before. It’s got me thinking, did my old washer even clean my clothes? This machine is compatible with a regular outlet. You don’t need a 220 voltage outlet to plug it in. As long as you have a water hookup and a plug, you're ready to do laundry. The delivery people turned on the washer/dryer combo to be sure it worked. Well, I didn’t see what button they pushed to turn it on, so when I went to turn it on again I couldn’t find the on button. So I loaded the washer when they left and went to turn it on. The screen was blank. I looked on the owner’s manual; I called the hotline, I even chatted with the ai bot. Finally, the light hit it just the right way and I saw a little on/off button. I hit it and nothing happened for first two times, I hit a third time and this time it turned on. I felt like the sun came out after a month of rainy days. What I think is amazing about this machine is you can load up a lot of detergent and fabric softener into the bottom of the machine. It has 2 containers, one for each. The washer/dryer combo knows how much to take from each on each load of wash you do. So you load it up for the month and that’s it. You don’t touch it until the next month when you load it again. What a time saver. Another amazing feature on this machine is Wi-Fi connectivity. I can see where the load is at on my phone. I don’t have to keep running down the stairs into the basement to see where the load is during its cycle. Another amazing feature is you can actually turn on features like extra rinse, how much fabric softener to use, and how many spin cycles to use right from your phone. I absolutely love this machine. It is definitely a set it and forget it machine. You put the clothes in and come back in three hours and not only is it washed, but it is dry as well. This is a ventless dryer, making it safer than other dryers. Has a door on the side. You push to open the door, then pull out the lint box. Empty the lint and put it back in then Voila, turn on the machine again. My clothes smell so good after being ran through this washer/dryer combo. This machine has changed the way we do laundry in our house. I love this machine. I highly recommend this machine.

This washes your clothes then automatically switches to dry mode.
I love that I can follow along through an app to see the progress and how much time left. This is a game changer for me. Considering that I used to constantly have to go downstairs to see if the washer was done. Now I just checked the app. You can play Spotify music thrill this machine.Check the weather, use the internet, Have your pictures from your gallery, Use bixby and so much more. It's entertaining and my kids love to do their laundry now too. It saves on time even though combined to wash and dry your load seems like it takes much longer than separate machines but when it's done, it's completely dried too. I love the AI mode because it senses your laundry and washes and dries it from the sensor. I have already recommended this to family and friends. I've only had it for a few days and so far. Have done 6 loads of laundry and they all came out perfect. This is everything I've been waiting for. The app is so easy to use and follow along. You can pause the load through your app as well.

Now that I have used this washer for couple of weeks, for me personally the game changer is the "back saving" seamless transition from washing to drying without transferring the load - just load it, shut it and forget it! This space-saving washer is ideal for small homes and apartments as the compact design combines two appliances into one. A larger drum capacity ensures time and energy savings by allowing for larger and fewer loads. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes a bit to earn the machine the guys that set it up were quick and efficient. I’m switching from pods to liquid due to the fact I can use the auto dispenser! Makes it so much easier. The app is simple to use. Basically it’s a plug and play app. Samsung makes the app simple to use and easy to understand. It notifies you when it’s done and pauses mid-cycle gives you 10 min to stop/switch clothes for drying. Biggest learning curve is changing your laundry routine to washing & drying all at one time. I’ve learned to wash my non-dry items together. That way I don’t have to stop it at all. Also, by utilizing the AI it will help with simplify the laundry process for you. It tells you which methods you use the most often and you can set it up. Instead of 6 hours with my previous Samsung Smart Washer/dryer Set it’s now under 4 hours. Love the filter! It lets you know when it needs to be cleaned out. On top of that, it comes out easily in little squares, not a huge clumping mess, even the dog hair. Virtually no hair is left in the seam of the door like there has been with other machines. Once in a while with this machine I may pick a small piece out. But, it’s with a large bedding piece or dog bed so it makes sense. The tub is large enough to put a full California King comforter and sheet set inside and clean it altogether. It will actually come out clean and completely dry in this machine, When I am able to afford to add another water line, I want a second set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this combination washer/dryer for a couple of weeks now and it has done an excellent job of getting everything clean and dry with efficiency. It is much easier to remove items from it than from our previous top loading machine and I love that I don’t have to transfer each load to a dryer. The Samsung combo looks great, is very quiet, and a space saver. The touch screen is easy to use and has an option for washing any type of clothing/linens and soil level. The SmartThings app worked perfectly when selecting wash and dry cycles- nice for getting notified when a load is finished. Clothing and even a full load of towels came out soft and completely dry. There is front, convenient access to the lint filter. It is a little difficult to open the filter after removal but once opened, it is easy to clean. I am hoping that Samsung will have a stand available for it sometime soon. It is a fantastic machine.

Awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this All-in-one washer. The space it saves by just being one unit and not needing a dryer vent really helped make my laundry closet feel bigger. The touchscreen is large and easy to use and read. This unit has a lot more settings than most would use or need, and I like that it gives you the option to simplify those choices in the app making only the cycles you need show. My favorite cycle currently is the Ai OptiWash and dry. I love that it will sense the loads weight and how dirty it is through a sensor. I used the bubble soak option on the load and felt it really helped loosen up some stubborn stains I would otherwise have to pretreat. The flex dispenser and main detergent dispenser are great. Easy to clean and fill and I love that it will dispense automatically from them if selected to do so. I really thought I would have been able to put my wife's detergent in one and mine in another. I tried and it would not let me use the flex dispenser without the main one on and if I chose to make the flex "special detergent", it only let me use it on certain special cycles like delicate. This is an impressive feature if you have need for a special detergent to use for those cycles. Upon unboxing there was an update so maybe this functionality could be added to a future update. Otherwise, it works very well, and my clothes always come out clean and dry. The dryer really impressed me. I wasn't sure how well it would dry or how warm it would be as I have never had a unit like this before. Every load I have done it has dried my clothes nice and warm to the touch. When using the Ai OptiWash and dry mode total time is around 3.5 hours. I found it to be pretty accurate. The superspeed cycle had it done in about 1.5 hours total time. I love that this unit has made laundry day a thing of the past. I just load up the washer with dirty clothes, select my mode/settings, and hit start before leaving for work. With the connected app I can monitor the status of the load and it alerts me if it detects a problem. It did just that when I tried to wash a comforter that was too big for it. It was a down comforter, and it didn’t want to drain and offset the spin cycle. The washer stopped and alerted me to the condition to protect itself. This unit is great, and I love the features, versatility, and performance it provides on a daily basis makes me incredibly happy. Simply Awesome!

Perfect All-in-one Washing Machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent washing machine, with an amazing features that is meant to make your life easy. From connectivity to different kind of washing and drying options, this washing machine has been a breeze to use. The intuitive control panel makes operation simple and straightforward. Given we have five people in the home, it accommodates various fabric types and soil levels. The Samsung Smart Things app is super simple to use, the setup was a breeze, we just scanned the code and it did most of the setup itself. I definitely prefer using the app over the control panel as you can choose a multitude of options that seem buried in the control panel. What I really love about this washing machine is it’s ability to connect to the smart things ecosystem, we have been able to control our Ring home security and also other other Samsung smart things like vacuum and Fridge from from the washing machine control panel. Although it isn’t a must have, it was a good nice to have as I know who is at my door while doing laundry and such.
I love the design of the washing machine too as it is sleek and modern and fits perfectly into our space; the large front loading door make it easy to load and remove the clothes. Overall I am highly please with my Samsung washing machine and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new washer / dryer combo machine. It saves time not having to switch the laundry to the dryer. You just add your clothes and set the wash and dry cycles you want. There are so many cycles to choose from and has AI technology. It connects to an app so you can keep track of the laundry and it notifies you when it is complete, you can also send the setting from your app to the machine and simply hit start on the machine. There is a storage for the laundry soap and fabric softener at the bottom of the machine to set for auto dispense to the loads to save time and money of not putting too much soap manually. If you need just wash or just dry you can choose those settings as well. I am bad about remembering to switch the laundry and this has saved me so much time. When the laundry is complete the door pops open to vent. It has a large capacity, I can put an entire 90L basket in there to wash comfortably without it being stuffed.

Top Rated Combo Wash/Dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Samsung BeSpoke Wash/Dryer Combo Unit!!! The start to finish completes in 3 hours for extremely large and jam packed laundry loads. Here are the positives you fill your Detergent chamber and you fill the softner chamber, then program your settings and hit Start...I no longer need to touch pods or have people spilling detergent each cycle on the floor and top of the wash machine. It's so nice to fill the container and not worry about detergent for 45 loads. I did not think I needed a fancy wash machine with the bells and whistles and this Samsung has them...but the Smart Things app is so easy to set your Washer and Dryer commands. Getting notifications to the phone is a game changer and has just about eliminated the family forgetting they have a load in the unit. With the Heat Pump technology I've read reviews for combo units having issues drying clothes...you can rest easy, with every load all of the clothes have been dry at cycle completion. I would highly recommend a Samsung BeSpoke Heat Pump Dryer...it does it's job well!! This is hands down the quietest washer and dryer I've ever owned!!! My old washer and dryer for a large load sometimes you would have to run the dryer cycles 2x and I always had to close the laundry room door do to the noise. It is so nice not hearing the machine running!! With the space from now only having one unit...we have gained valuable storage space in our laundry room. This unit is just a win in every way!!!

This washing machine is truly magical, from the smart screen that can integrate with ring and other smart devices to the all in one washing/Drying functionality. it has loads of space and great features. First of all the fit and finish is great all around, it is stainless steel but I was really surprised is how Fingerprint Resistant it is. The Washing Machine looks clean even after a week and half of use. The installation was breeze, we just need to make sure that the water line is compatible with Washing Machine, mine was a standard water line and it perfectly well. Other than that it was just plugging into the outlet and we were all set!
I love the connectivity of this, the smart thing app was a breeze to set up with a walkthrough of each setup of the process. The App has all of the features as at the standard control panel but it is a lot better because you have more space to read and toggle all our options. It show real time updates like how much laundry is remaining. Once it is done, it does give you a notification alert.
Coming to the washing machine itself it is quite good, it has all the great AI features, which it initially tests with a small load of water and adjusts accordingly for the wash cycle. My washing machine is about five years old and over that I see a notable difference in the washing quality. Whenever I use soft fabrics, my old machine would wash it too much giving kind of faded color, the samsung machine is great as it able to recognize it and adjust accordingly. It made my life so much easier as I don’t have to change the setting every time, I could just select Normal wash and the washing machine would handle the rest. Although, I didn’t test it enough, I feel like the washing machine has been using significantly less water. My only pet-peeve is I wish they the drying time is little less than it is. But given that this is ventless machine, I am still mesmerized at its capabilities and functionalities.
If you are looking for all-in one smart washing machine, then this is it, period!

Changed My Laundry Game
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a perfectly working washer/dryer that did a fine job but i had bad laundry habits that prevented me from using them effectively. Specifically - I always had so much laundry going on that often times forgot to get stuff out of the washer in time resulting in me having to rewash loads. On top of that I was using multiple detergent pods, an oxybooster, and a scent booster in my laundry cycle. It was wasteful and required more time/money to get through a load than it should have.
This reason led me to be interested in an all in one unit. The desire to start a load of laundry and pull it out dry and ready to go when it was done with its cycle. This Samsung all-in-one unit has delivered that and so much more.
- The single unit has freed up valuable space in my laundry room that i am now able to use for additional storage.
- I no longer have mildewed clothes from sitting wet two long. The clothes get washed once, dried, and then ready to go.
- I am saving a ton on soap and detergents. I am able to buy warehouse size detergent liquid, pour it into the dispensing system, and it will automatically dispense the correct amount every time. On top of that - because it has a fabric softener dispenser too, I have started using fabric softener as well and it leaves my clothes smelling so good and soft. - - The best part is - with 3 kids, when they come up at night and say "I need this to wear tomorrow" and its dirty - its no longer an issue. I dont have to stay up late washing and swapping loads. I throw it all in, start a load, go to sleep, and the clothes are ready in the morning. It feels like magic.
The unit is very modern and high tech. It has a huge touchscreen display that gives me a visual of settings and different cycles making it easy to pick, choose, and modify any as I desire. It also pops up notifications from my other Samsung devices on the Smartthings platform. If my food in the oven is done cooking but I'm doing laundry - a notification will pop up on the screen alerting me. Its all integrated and connected. With this unit being connected to the Smartthings, I can use the app to set up my cycles, monitor their progress, and get alerted when the cycle completes.
My favorite feature is the AI cycle though. It auto detects everything, simplifies and optimizes the settings making it super easy to start a load.
All in all i am super happy and excited with this unit and the simplicity it has brought to my laundry game.

So Quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to get this washer for the savings on electricity and convenience of one unit that washes and dries. The dry cycle runs with a heat-pump. The heat-pump will heat the laundry and remove moisture from the clothes. The clothes do not get as hot and the air is not vented outside. The air has the moisture removed and is sent back in to the dry cycle. The first load of laundry was so quiet I had to check that it was still running. The unit is quiet by this new style of combo washer/dryer and it has Vibration Reduction Technology built in. There are so many features, you can tailor every load of laundry. It would be difficult to go back to our old washer and dryer. I appreciate that the SmartThings app let's us know when each cycle is complete and I can make adjustments to the cycles when you are away from the machine or on the go. The capacity fits our family of three perfectly with room to spare. The combination washer/dryer completes laundry tasks faster than a standard washer and dryer pair of appliances. They is no transfer time between appliances. The single unit goes from a wash cycle to a dry cycle, no more forgetting to transfer the laundry. It even has an interior light like an oven, you do not need to stop the appliance to see what is happening.

Major upgrade

I love the AI and wifi connection to my phone so I can have full control over my laundry while being away from home. The detergent/softener cartridges save me so much time since I don't have to dispense them every wash, but only refill once a while. I appreciate the fact that I don't have to wait for my washer to be done, then transfer to the dryer. Everything is done with a single "start " button. Clothes came out fresh, clean and so soft. Energy efficient, no air vent needed, 110V which saves me so much money! This is a major upgrade and we are loving it at our house.

Space Saver! Awesome AI Washer/Dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit of a disbeliever at first, but after getting time with this new washer/dryer combo unit, I now am fully appreciative of the benefits it has, and why it is such a premium unit.
The capacity far exceeds what I'm used to in my old washer, and the ventless design make it easy to tuck away anywhere in the house with just a standard electric cord and access to a water line. this means no ductwork necessary, and that's pretty cool.
It also has a TON of settings that you can set up to be quick access. Oh, and phone alerts to let you know (through the SmartThings app) that it's done. This is very handy for when you can't hear the adorable Samsung washer tune that plays at the end of the cycle :)
I also really love the detergent dispenser, because it really saves time and keeps things tidy. You fill it once, and it dispenses for you for many washes, keeping the bottle of detergent hidden away in a cabinet until needed.
This unit is an investment, so I'll be sure to keep it clean (always wash out the rubber boot every month to ensure no buildup!) and I hope to have it for many years. It is good to be on the cutting edge of laundry technology! :)

Easiest 2/1 Combo I have ever had! A÷÷÷÷
I have bought quite a few 2 in 1 combo . Overseas it's a regular washing and drying machine. I bought this one 3 weeks ago and it is the best I have ever bought. I bought an LG 6 months ago but there is no comparison. My laundry doesn't smell like they burned or dried to hot or to fast. I don't have to take the wet clothes out and shake them and put them back in to prevent wrinkling like the LG.

Impressive All in one, goes above my expectations!

It has an intuitive interface and allows me to manage the washer, set schedules, and receive alerts. It certainly feels very efficient in its performance too.
In terms of capacity, the washer capacity isnslightly smaller than my previous washer but regardless I do not have any concerns with its size as it was able to accommodate large loads for both washing and drying.
The Total AI Combo cycle time is surprisingly very efficient and save me overall time compared to traditional washer and dryer sets. This feature has saved me time and energy.
The AI Optiwash and AI Optimal Dry functionalities are impressive as well as all cloths are sensed for wetness and are appropriately dried prior to being finalized.
The Flex Auto Dispense feature has added convenience by automatically dispensing the right amount of detergent and fabric softener based on the load size and soil level. This has saved me time and minimize waste.
Regarding the interior design, The washer combo has a sleek and modern aesthetic, complemented by practical screen layout and features for ease of use.
Installation of the Samsung combo unit was relatively straightforward, with clear instructions provided in the manual. However, professional installaters installed the new machine and ensured it was tested prior to leaving.

2 in 1 Washer and Dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of I’d like to start with the delivery process, I was notified that the appliance was ready for delivery and a date had to be selected. My appliance was delivered in the date scheduled and at an early time which was perfect. The delivery men said it was a heavy machine but still took their time and installed it in my basement without any issues. All three delivery guys were profesional. Took them less than ten minutes to do the installation and the appliance was ready to use.
The smart things app was easy to download and gives me ease of use while using the machine. I was able to view the washing and drying cycle while being out of the house.
The capacity of the appliance is great, I’m able to put large comforters without any problems. It’s definitely not a small machine. The inside of the appliance is like other machines, but large.
The display says it takes about two hours to wash and dry clothes all together. I put everything in the washer pressed the AI option of wash and dry and left. When I returned home everything was washed and dried.
For the auto dispenser you just have to make sure you add detergent and fabric softener and you’re good to go. The auto dispenser holds enough detergent for a few loads.
Lastly I’d like to say I am highly satisfied with my choice. I’ve only had the appliance for about a week now but so far all good.

Great Space Saver
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously owned a Samsung ventless heat pump dryer and decided to upgrade to an all in one unit to save floor space.
I love the efficiency! Clothes also come out very warm and dry, unlike the cool and slightly damp clothes from a traditional heat pump dryer.
The only two complaints I have are the difficulty of taking apart the lint filter and the lack of setting a start time. Only being able to set an end time has resulted in the dryer still running two hours after the scheduled end. Hopefully updates fix the scheduled run issues.
The built in detergent reservoirs are nice, as well as the energy and water monitors. The child lock works well, although the door pop feature at the end of a load will not work if it's engaged.
Normal loads typically take about four hours. That time is split about even between wash and dry. We have been running it at night since it's so quiet. The AI setting can add an hour to the total time. We haven't experimented much with the load settings beyond "Normal" "AI" and "Bedding". There are so many, we wont struggle to find an appropriate setting for any load.
We currently have it sharing a 20amp circuit with a deep freezer. There have been no issues with tripping breakers over several loads.
We got our first update today! It corrected the estimates of water and energy used. Both were so comically low or high, I knew they were wrong.
Finally, this is at least a two person job to move. It's a heavy machine! Also, double check where you want to install it. Our original location was too shallow and we needed to move it to the other side of the laundry room.

Bespke All in One with AI

We opted to get the Bespoke combo unit and it was super easy to install in that spot. The way you can go from wash to dry without transferring loads is a great convenience for us. Set it and go! It offers a very large capacity of 5.3 c.f. I had never heard of Ventless dryers before, but was familiar with heat pump technology, so I was all in on that idea. The energy rating on this machine is great. You only need a 120-volt outlet and it is Energy Star rated. The smart app from Samsung is easy to use and intuitive. A side benefit is that it looks modern, clean and is a space saver as well. 20 year Warranty on the Inverter motor is a bonus.

Future of Washer/Dryer Technology
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The SmartThings App was very easy to connect to wi-fi, set up, and use. It also makes it easier to see all the settings at once vs. flipping through screens on the touchscreen.
The capacity was a nice compromise. The cubic feet of my previous washer/dryer set was 4.2 Cu. ft. and 7.5 Cu ft, respectively. while this unit is 5.3 Cu. Ft.
The total AI Combo cycle time compared to my previous washer & dryer set is slightly longer. But honestly, you don't really notice. I say that because you don't have to constantly check when the washing cycle is done and have to transfer your laundry over to the dryer. You don't have to worry about forgetting your wet clothes in the dryer to mildew, as the dryer cycle starts immediately after. They even have a 10 minute window setting if you want to add a dryer sheet between cycles. It also auto-adjusts the time.
The AI Optiwash and AI Optimal Dry is surprisingly seamless and useful. It was the only cycle I've tested so far, on various laundry loads such as whites, darks, and even one with swimming clothes and lifejackets. It washed and dried perfectly. I didn't feel like I need to re-wash or add extended time to the dryer. Whatever sensors and AI processing they have in the unit appears to be working as expected.
I did try the Flex Auto Dispense, which was new to me. My previous washer set had slide out drawers, but you filled it every load. I like that this has two dispensers and you only have to fill it once until empty. Makes loading the washer/dryer that much faster.
The interior of the unit is very nice. The stainless steel drum is beautiful.. My only wish is that they make the interior light brighter. I like seeing my washing cycle to make sure the soap is doing its job. Other than that, no issues. The exterior is beautiful as well. It has a nice finish and the dryer vent, bleach dispenser, and auto-flex dispensers on the front and bottom of the unit are thoughtfully placed. To be honest, I didn't even know where to look when I first got the unit. It was that seamless. My wife and I think it's one of the nicest appliances we've ever had in our home.
The install seemed pretty straightforward. The delivery team did all the install. It came with water lines and some additional accessories.
I'm definitely saving electricity with this unit, and wish I could have gotten two. This unit is feature-packed and there are many more settings for me to try out. It's well built and sturdy. Hoping to get many more years out of it.
