Outstanding All-in-One Washer/Dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an all-in-one washer dryer with a large capacity drum . it has a 110 gravity for electricity which is for electricity which is much easier to install then 220. all of the hose connections are easy to hook up to existing lines. This washer dryer combo has consistently done a fine job doing the washing and the drying with never one problem. This machine is very efficient, it hardly uses any soap or fabric softener or bleach only what is needed to do the job. The the ergonomics of this machine with the touchpad controls is a blessing to use. this Samsung bespoke model is one of the best all in All in One machines I have ever used.

Best purchase ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of the best purchase ever made. The efficiency is incredible, you see it on your bill using the AI mode. I was skeptic about "the AI cycle" but is the best of the best. Capacity is great, the installation was clean and easy. The HMI interface great like all Samsung UI.

A whole bunch in one box.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I wanted a new washer and dryer. We did discuss what we want and both agreed on an all in one unit. Be who I am I started my research. There are some good out there. I however had a few things it needed. Low maintenance, cost efficient. Size. The only issue was me. I really should have had it installed. It’s a beast. This does it all. If your one that has everything on your wireless, it has it. Even with iso systems tells you how much energy you safes and here the nice thing, you can fill tanks with all your fluids. The lent trap is easy to get to but it’s really hard to clean it all. This thing has a load sensor along with the drying cycle and know how long to dry. I will tell you some folks out there stated the time it takes. As far as I can tell this is simply faster due to no touch. Simple system and consistent. I did by the Base for this and glad I did it’s the perfect hight. Do your research and what this is capable of doing. I call the company for honest feedback. Gets name so they can back you up. It’s worth the money especially for just 2 people. Household of just 4 I feel this would work.

I'm happy with mine
I really like mine. Had it for almost six months. I don't use the automatic dispensers since I like to mix and match my detergents and I don't use conditioner after Safely brand detergent. The capacity is amazing for the family of two. Overall it feels like an upgrade from two ten-year old stackable samsung combo.

Game Changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fact that I don't have to change it the load from washer to dryer. My only gripe would be for the price we pay, it would come with the pedestal. Other than that, I also love the amount of time a load takes. Just a little over 100 minutes. Drum is large but can be hard to reach the back due to how low the drum sits. Great purchase. Definitely a game changer.

Laundry made Easy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new machine! With the detergent & softener reservoirs it makes doing laundry simpler with fewer spills & drips. No more mildewy smells as it drys thoroughly right after washing! I can do laundry anytime, no need to wait to transfer and it is quiet so it can run overnight! It can fit more than my previous typical loads with ease. With the pedestal no bending over is required.

Great unit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great washer dryer. The pro's: Dried laundry comes out completely dry. Don't need to change the load from a washer to a drier. No need for a vent. We have this in our garage and since its a heat pump it air conditions the garage as a by product of running the drier. The machine can sense how to wash and dry the clothes and it works well. The only con, which isn't really a con is that you have to clean the lint trap between each load (which i always do with any dryer) or it will not work as efficiently. BTW, this is very efficient for power and water as well.

Well designed unit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit does a really nice job washing and drying to my specifications. Capacity is really good and the app has nice connectivity. I like the efficiency notes after a load letting my know what I’ve saved. With the peristaltic stand, it has nice ergonomics and doesn’t require me to kneel down and struggle to stand again. Cycles are nice and consistent when picking the same cycles for the same type of load.

I love this machine

All around- a phenomenal washer & dryer! I’ve had this for a few months now- let me tell y’all about the Pros & Cons-
Pros:
Huge Capacity!!
Quick Washes and Drying Cycles!
Super Quiet & Gentle
Remembers your customizations & stores them for future uses
Easy to use UI & Super efficient with the built in apps!
Easy to install!
Cons:
No Pre-Wash option- I feel as though that’s the only missing option.. there’s a rinse & spin option, but kinda would like to have the ability to use a pre-wash option for towels!

I purchased mine on August 7, 2024 and so far absolutely love it. I wish I had ordered the pedestal at the same time because the door sits very low without a pedestal and it is incredibly deep. There always seems to be a sock or towel at the back that i cant reach and i have to get down on the floor and practically crawl in to get to the back and get it. I do love everything else about it and recommend it to everyone.

Crazy amazing machine
I got this thing and I got to say it is amazing it's set it and forget it and it does an amazing job on cleaning much better than the other two I have in the laundry room I got to say I didn't believe it would work good but two in one you don't even have to check it and the clothes are done thumbs up on this one can't say the same for the oven though I already wrote a review on the oven and if I could have I would have returned it but this thing no way I love it

No more musty laundry
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was always the mum washing the laundry at least 3 times because I forgot to move it to the dryer in time. This has made my life so much easier. The best part is the AI Opti Wash Cycle learns and improves with time. I can load a big load at once as well. Bonus points for the large capacity detergent and softener dispenser. No more measuring out detergent for each load. If you are a busy household this is an amazing investment!

Combo ventless 2 weeks old

I have had my Samsung unit combo-ventless about two-weeks and have done 7 loads . So far, lovely and perfect. Am being careful and doing only small loads, normal cycle, and same fabrics in one load , and one load on one day
no loads back to back.
Some note a potential design flaw, where an inaccessible, nonvisible channel accumulates lint to point rendering dryer unuseable . I still would buy another same unit if could use this one with no repairs close to a year …. It would be nice, if some rebate on a second unit possible from Samsung ….
Concept. This unit is revolutionalizing cleaning of fabrics and no way I would go back A computerized marvel !
…most important believe is to let no one use unit after arrives, until set up by yourself in settings, and run crucial calibration cycle before doing any loads. No loads. If not aware of this task, ….trouble in running a first load and maybe there after. Believe need to avoid installers running test load before calibration cycle

Love This Washer/Dryer Combo
This Samsung All-in-One has made life so much easier. I love that it’s ventless and energy efficient, and the steam cycle really gives me peace of mind when I’m washing. It looks great in Dark Steel, runs quietly, and the AI settings actually do help with getting the load right. The only drawback is the time, but once you realize it’s about the same as doing a separate wash and dry, it’s worth it. I also appreciate not having to change settings since it’s automatic, and the auto detergent dispenser is a nice bonus.

Don't wait - its phenomenal!
Absolutely love it! We got it as a second machine for upstairs, but so far we just stopped using the set in the laundry room. Big loads, small loads, it does it all well. SO convenient, and laundry comes out great every time. I wish we had gotten it sooner.

Awesome all-in-one!

Easy access to all vital components that require servicing/cleaning...
DOES require lengthy drying times, and could benefit from an ever-so-slightly longer drain hose behind the detergent reservoir, but thoes minor considerations are more than compensated by the fact that no venting is required, and the unit operates incredibly economically on a standard 120volt outlet!
My cat sleeps on his gel-infused memory foam bed atop the unit, which lulls him to sleep with it's gentle undulations (safely out of reach from my inquisitive hounds)!
