Refrigerator plus so much more!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I were in the market for a new refrigerator. He talked me into this Samsung Bespoke model. The first thing I noticed is how beautiful it is. Sleek and very modern looking. We have a very small walkway in front of where our fridge goes, and this one actually gives more room because there are no handles sticking out on the front of it. I cannot believe it’s the same size as our old one because this is huge inside! You also can customize the shelves. The bottom right section is a Flex Zone that you can use as either a freezer or refrigerator. The AI Family Hub is just amazing! You can listen to your music, pull up a recipe and have it displayed while you are cooking. It tells you what is in the refrigerator and how long it’s been in there, even if you not at home (by using the My Samsung app). It has an auto open feature so the doors will open if you put your hand near the handle on the bottom of the doors. It’s easy to set up “Bixby” the voice activation feature. I’m sure there are a ton more things the Hub does that I haven’t even found yet!
This refrigerator is everything I never knew I wanted or needed in a refrigerator! I highly recommend it!

Love my new fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Bespoke Refrigerator. It's so big and spacious and customizable. I love the AI Family Hub+ and the AI Vision feature. There are so many features to be excited about here. The AI Family Hub+ is like a big tablet on your refrigerator where you can add apps and connect it to your alexa app as well as the Samsung SmartThings app. The AI Vision captures what you put into the fridge as well as what you take out of the fridge. This helps majorly when it's time for grocery shopping, makes it so much easier. I also love that you can customize the panels on the refrigerator to match or kitchen. Let's talk ice, there are two separate bins, one for cubed ice and for ice bites (my fav) and it comes with a scoop. Also no more filter water pitchers taking up space in my fridge, it has its own pitcher in its own space without compromising space. I love how thought out this fridge was and was put together very well. I seriously don't know how any fridge can top this. I highly recommend this amazing fridge to everyone.

Beast of a Fridge

So let's start with the size, it is huge. You can fit a lot inside. It has a space for everything and more. I love the freezer in comparison of my old fridge. I like that I can stack on shelves and even have space on the doors to store items. The AI Family Hub is such a nice addition to the fridge, you can watch stuff or even get recipes when you're in the kitchen. You can also download apps. But the AI Vision is my all time fav, it scans what you put in to keep track of what you have and tracks what you take out. This is helpful for when it's time to replenish groceries. This refrigerator has two separate ice cube bins and a scoop, one for cubed ice and one for my personal favorite, crushed ice. You can connect your fridge to your phone via the Samsung SmartThings app. Anyone will love this fridge and I highly recommend it.

Flexible and Spacious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flex zone is an accurate description of this fridge! The shelves are perfect for all types of foods and product. Beverage zone has enough room to include a couple of drinks and bottles. The pitcher is a nice touch to make tea or fruit infused water! The freezer has enough room to fit a bunch of frozen goods and the option to use the other space as a fridge or freezer helps immensely. In love with the dual ice maker as I can use ice that fits the needs! Big ice for mixing drinks and small ice to keep my drink chilled for a while. The family hub also allows me to keep track of the filter and order it straight from the screen. It is like having a huge tablet attached to the fridge with many customization. Smarthings app allows me to turn on settings straight from the phone. I can let it know to make more ice, or send photos to have as background. I am able to fit so much food and drinks with ample space with the layout of the shelves. Overall an amazing amount of features and we cannot imagine life without it.

Great fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is very roomy and gets super cold! The ice maker is great and makes loads of ice. I especially like the pitcher of water as I am often in a rush and want to quickly pour my water into a container. The digital screen has been very handy and even connects to our washer/dryer! The set up was extremely easy and we’ve had no issues. The design is sleek and very modern looking. We did need to add some small organizational shelves for our smaller items such as cheeses and sandwich meat as we used to keep those in a drawer in our last fridge and the large shelves that come with this fridge are too much room for these small items. Overall I love the fridge and I have no complaints.

Premium fridge with so much to offer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start off by saying I came from a smaller refrigerator from another brand. I was not sure what to expect from the layout of this fridge but having had it for about a week now I can say that both my wife and I love it. With the previous fridge It always felt cramped inside, moving food around trying to find what you are looking for. Not with this fridge. This fridge utilizes the entire top part of the unit and makes for easy organization of food and finding things is a breeze now. Gone are the days of taking all the food out and putting it on the countertop to find that one thing you want. I also love the beverage center. If I want a pitcher of water well there it is, I can just grab it and set it on the table during a meal. Once done I can put it back in the beverage center and it refills automatically. No need to take time to sit there and fill it back up. I also like that I can just open the front part of the door to grab either drinks or a milk carton and not have to open the entire door letting the cold air out. The lower freezer is nide as well. I like having the ice drawer with the two types of ice. Some in our family prefer the ice bites well the bigger ice is nice for gatherings. The flex zone on this Samsung is a nice addition as well. This area provides an easy way to organize either freezer related items if you want more freezer then just the one side, or you can cater it to meats or veggies/fruits. Also, you can turn a setting on that allows you to tap the bottom of the fridge doors and they auto open making this fridge have a very premium feel. This is a nice extra if my hands are full of stuff that needs to go back in the fridge. If that wasn’t enough to make you want this, it also has the biggest screen I have ever seen on a fridge with a built in tablet. I can’t tell you how useful this thing is. The food app allows us to find new meals that we haven’t ever tried before and gives step by step on how to make the meal. Once you find recipes you like you can add them to the calendar, and they show up in the meal planner app. We are now planning our meals every night using the fridge with meal planner. We can also create a shopping list right on the fridge knowing exactly what is needed and just adding it to the shopping list app. Of course, all this integrates with the Samsung SmartThings app. Once setup within the app, I was able to view the meal planner and shopping list right from SmartThings. We love our new fridge!!!

Best New Addition to our Kitchen!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke fridge has so much room for storage. My family was able to fit everything from our previous Samsung fridge which was 10 years old into this one with plenty of room leftover. A few of our favorite features is the bottom right compartment. That section can be used as a freezer or refrigerator which is helpful for when we plan for the warmer seasons we like to keep more fruits and vegetables handy so we plan to use the fridge function but in the winter we tend to consume more frozen foods and will be utilizing it as a freezer. The bottom left compartment offers a lot of room for storage but also produces two different types of ice with a scoop included. The size of the ice is small to medium which is suitable for all types of drink and kids and adults alike. One improvement I hope to see from Samsung regarding the ice is a sensor for the ice to detect is the ice tray is inserted. When I have the ice tray pulled out to get ice, the machine will dispense the new ice onto my frozen items below. The top doors are also incredible. Top left door can be opened halfway to expose the beverage center with a built in auto refilling pitcher, great for guests! But also it has a manual water dispenser. If you slightly tap the bottom of the the under door where the doors meet the door will automatically open! Not a feature I was aware of but am excited to use while I’m cooking and my hands are dirty. The right hand side panel is essentially a smart phone the size of a small TV! As my dining table is angled in an away where it faces the fridge, my family and I have already utilized the free Samsung TV feature to watch shows during dinner. Volume is adjustable and it gets very loud! I have other Samsung appliances and love that I can add the fridge to the app to adjust and maintain its settings. The fridge’s capacity holds way more food than two adults and two kids need to eat but extra room is always nice to have. To utilize the AI Vision you have to hold a recognizable item up to the camera for a few seconds then you can pull it up using the AI vision. The dual ice maker took about 24 hours from delivery to produce ice but once it did the ice trays quickly filled up. The dedicated beverage center is nice because as the weather warms up, you don’t have to open the full fridge to refill on water or other drinks you place in that section. The overall size of this fridge is huge, interior and exterior. However, we have had great experience with Samsung products in the past and hope this fridge will last us years to come. Our favorite features of it is the AI family hub, dual ice maker, and beverage center.

A family time saver for a fridge

This thing has so much fridge space in it that our family of 6 has plenty of room to our food needs. This fridge has a massive built in tablet that has several useful apps that we have found ourselves using every day. We are able to plan out our day using the calendar app so that we stay organized throughout the day with tasks that need to be done. We are also able to plan out our meals using the food app to find new recipes and add them to the calendar. This also adds them to the meal planner app. This allows you to see the weeks planned meals and tap on the meal to see said recipe. If you have a Samsung oven and the recipe calls for oven use well just click send to oven in the recipe and boom it kicks it over to the oven with the correct time and temp and all you have to do is hit start. We also have our ring cameras integrated with the fridge so we can bring up the cameras right on the fridge. This integrates with the Samsung SmartThings app where you can view the meal planner and shopping list right from SmartThings. The beverage center is so nice. If I want a pitcher of water I can just grab it and set it on the table during a meal. Once done I can put it back in the beverage center and it refills automatically. I also like that I can just open the front part of the door to grab either drinks or a milk carton and not have to open the entire door letting the cold air out. The lower freezer is nice as well having the ice drawer with the two types of ice. Our family prefers the ice bites well the bigger ice is nice for gatherings. The AI vision tells me when i put in food and take out food so i can avoid food waste. The technology in the AI family hub works with my existing smarthings and alexa all in one. I can voice control the lights from there as well as watch you tube or Samsung tv while i cook. You can program the dual ice maker to make ice and make the flex zone specifically for freezing or meat or veggies. The beverage center is very cool feature to have pitcher for iced tea of fruit infused drinks. I love the flexibility you can customize for your needs. Lots of room, easy and convenient to use. I do like that you can log in to the app and see what is in the upper section of the fridge while you are out shopping. The ice dispenser has a tray for two different types of ice. I do wish the ice tray would pull out a little further for better access. The SmartThings App allows you to control different features and makes set up easy. Overall this is a great fridge with plenty of storage options and features.

My New Favorite Style of Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flex 4 door style Samsung offers is our new favorite, even better than a French door. Our previous fridge was a side-by-side and came with the house and we could not wait to upgrade. We were able to fit everything we had in our side-by-side into this fridge, and we still have a lot of useable space. The freezer was the most noticeable. I thought that we would have less room below due to the dual door design, but it’s the opposite. The roll out shelves and drawers in these compartments allow you to really organize your freezer. I feel like I have a ton of useable space down there and that’s after we emptied the other overloaded freezer into it. We think the bottom right will be an awesome mini fridge for the kids to easily get into until they are taller. We love the dual ice makers, but it has taken a bit of getting used to as we normally have always had in-door ice and water. Our kids like the Ice makers down low with a scoop they can use. We love the auto fill pitcher in the beverage station. Makes filling those glasses, sippy cups, etc. much faster. I like that it’s all conveniently located behind an outer panel in the door where you can organize other items for quick grab. The auto open doors is the feature that made my wife go WOW! I had to find the setting and turn it on, fine tune the leveling, but once set up... amazing. This fridge has a wonderful very large Ai hub touchscreen that allows you to control a variety of things including temperature of the zones. It scans things with a camera as you put them in and take them out. You can turn this on and off and it works well, but I find myself having to manually enter items names more often than not. I like that I can add expiration dates to the food, and it will help me keep track of what is about to expire. I wish I could see the inside of the main compartment, but the camera will only show remotely the doors and relies on the auto scan to tell me what is in main compartment. Personally, I feel it needs some improvement as I was overwhelmed at first setting it all up, but once I got settled in with it, I realized It could use a lot more apps. I like that I can use my Samsung phone with it easily to stream content though. It definitely is a nice touch to this fridge and I hope to see more apps added down the line. Overall this fridge is a home run for us. Checks a lot of boxes and we are very happy to use it every day. The versatility and features it offers are like none other I have had.

This thing has so much space, I'm really not sure what to do with all of it. I think my favorite part of the refrigerator is the beverage center, though. Being able to have just the face of the refrigerator open to grab a drink is pretty cool. Right below the beverage center in the freezer section, theres an ice maker that makes 2 different types of ice. I also like that the bottom right section is a flex zone, so it can be either a freezer or a refrigerator, depending on what you need. The AI vision is nice to have as well, since I can see whats in the refrigerator without actually opening it. I also enjoy being able to pull up recipes and have music playing on the refrigerator as well. I'm still discovering all of the things this refrigerator can really do, and it definitely makes me more excited to get even more Samsung appliances in the future.

Truly the Family Hub
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex 29 cubic foot refrigerator with AI Family Hub and have had a great experience with it. I was initially impressed by the job Samsung did packing it, there’s little to no chance this beauty would get damaged in transport. As a techy, I enjoyed learning about all its functionality, interfaces and the display screen—it’s amazing. I connected it to both Samsung the SmartThings and my Alexa home network. I amazed the family by playing my wife’s favorite tune then demonstrated how to play YouTube videos while preparing a meal or just snacking in the kitchen. By morning I had loaded some of our favorite travel pics including some really unique sculptures we’ve seen on our travels and set the to play as a slideshow. But wait, there’s more, I set the ice maker to pause making ice during late night hours—but it’s so quiet, that really is just icing on the cake. Speaking of pastries, after we loaded the fridge we had practically a whole shelf just for layovers and the strawberry rhubarb pie my wife made that evening. There’s more, it boasts a super cool beverage center where we loaded our cold coffee and other refreshments, and loaded infuser with fruit in the pitcher included with the beverage center. This is hands down the best appliance we’ve ever owned and one I trust will be the Family Hub at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’m including some pics taken during setup because I was so impressed with the packing.

Sleek and Modern
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Fridge has much to offer in a sleek design. The Bespoke design of Samsung is one our favorites as it has simple yet elegant look! The family hub has so many uses including having a digital memo board or play youtube videos for cooking. It is also able to recognize if the fridge door was accidentally left open. The beverage center allows us to get water either from the pitcher or the fountain. The ice maker also compliments the beverage center by making two types of ice! Flex zone allows us to change our need of more frozen or cooled goods. The size of the fridge allows for tons of space which we have been having trouble filling. At first the fridge seemed intimidating with the size and features but we have quickly grown accustomed. It is a daily driver for all our fridge needs and more.

BEST FRIDGE IVE EVER OWNED

I want to start with a big Thank you Samsung for creating this amazing fridge.
All in once, I Love THE HUGE screen, the wide shelves, you can seriously anything you want in this fridge
I love the fact i can login watch my cameras around the house, I can turn on and off my AC unit i can even play music and watch TV, and much more.
The shelves are so spacious, you can actually adjust the height of them, and I love it. I wish there was a (ham and cheese drawer) I can seriously use the Flex zone for it ( but as of today I'm using the right bottom part only for ice cream we just love ice cream ( I even have bananas frozen without the fear that the bananas will get the frozen flavor of meet or anything being in a different side , I just love it!!! , I love the fact that i can turn that into a freezer, or soft freezer, and beverage center anytime I want.
I still haven't get used to the AI which i find hard to, because when i put stuff in my pictures come out super blurry, not sure if I'm doing it to fast, I just need to get used to it. its cool to open the app from the grocery store and be able to see what I need
i love the fact that I can get new ideas of cooking, recipes, its amazing all this features this fridge offers.
I have it on Auto open, so Everytime I slide my hands it opens Automatically but I kind dislike when i need to get ice I pull the door and the fridge doors opens I find this a little annoying, but its just a matter of turn it off I guess.
The Ice maker is cool I love that i can offer two types of ice, I find it hard to pull the tray i think would be nice to be able to pull it further out, I don’t like that once the tray is full the ice falls out to the shelve under! Ive found pieces of ice and I don’t like it!
the Smart things app is so easy to use, and convenient! I get notifications on my phone when my door remains open for longer just a little reminder to come and close the door,
also I like the fact it tells me how much electricity I’m saving every month!

Best Appliance I have ever Owned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our Samsung refrigerator at the end of March 2024. The first thing I noticed is that it's quite spacious-looking and sleek in design. This model has four doors. The top two are to the refrigerator/ water dispenser and the lower two are to the freezer compartment and include the ice cubes. The ice cubes are available in two sizes and it includes a scoop.
The refrigerator compartments have two drawers as does the freezer section. The drawers are quite roomy. All of my groceries fit easily in this appliance with room to spare.
The stainless steel seems to be smudge-resistant. The inside is very streamlined and orderly. The compartments on the inside of the doors are deep and hold a lot of condiments and beverages. This feature was pleasantly surprising. All my frozen veggies fit in one drawer and frozen fruit in the other. This was helpful and seemed very well planned out/designed.
The beverage center is another cool feature. It consists of a water pitcher that has a fruit infuser in it. The bottom half has two drawers of two different-sized ice cubes.
The most impressive feature is the AI Hub with a big screen. Different apps can be accessed, notes can be saved, and settings on the appliance can be used. It is used in conjunction with the SmartThings app with which you can use and control many of your home’s smart appliances.
The very best feature to me is how spacious and well-thought-out the design is. The added technology of a smart AI appliance is a bonus. I have not fully explored the AI hub yet. My shopping list has been started on it so far and that is cool since the family can add to it as we go. I also can watch YouTube cooking videos on it which is super helpful.
Overall, it’s the nicest and most advanced appliance I have ever had to date. I’d highly recommend it and give it 5 stars.

Amazing and clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical with this refrigerator at first because of the screen and having little ones inthought it was going to be a nightmare and they will be stufk to it day and night,but i was so happy that you could set a pin and lock the screen!It is so roomy and has a very clean and modern look.The ice maker is a huge plus especially since summer is around the corner!The refrigerator overall is a 10 out of 10 its sleek,modern and slim.I love we can put our family pictures on the screen and little notes.overall i am very pleased with it and definitely recommend it! plus the kids love it too!

The Fridge for everyone in the house

As a big family, we were looking for a fridge that provided substantial space for everyone’s groceries. The freezer has to be one of my favorite features. There’s not only plenty of space to keep meats and meals separate but an abundance of ice too! All of us love that we can play music and videos on the screen or leave important memos without having to search for pen and scraps of paper to remember what we need to shop for. We are truly grateful for the simplicity and abundance this fridge provides for our family.
Another feature our family really enjoys is the voice control that opens the doors for you with a simple command. Our son loved that he could tap the outside of the fridge to also command it to open. Makes things so convenient when I’m carrying in groceries.
When we open up the fridge, it takes a photo and times and dates it which makes updating your grocery list a lot easier. This fridge just really makes our lives easier with how much it does for us. I love that we can follow up new recipes with the media features. Makes cooking with my family another adventure!
I recommend this fridge to anyone who is looking for a spacious refrigerator who could also benefit from a smart fridge that contributes to a fun and versatile experience every time!

Forget having to bring other devices to clutter your kitchen counter. This fridge can do it all. The built in Alexa can set timers, play music, set reminders, make grocery lists. It connects seemlessly to smart things app and you can control the temperature. if you want double freezer on the bottom or only one freezer and one regular, you can flex the zone based on your needs. My wife especially loves the photo gallery sync which plays through our recent travel photos right on the fridge. The huge capacity feels incredibly spacious and the plethora of organizing racks are a dream. I love the top left layered door. You can open just the outside layer to access drinks and the built in water filter without having to open the whole fridge. The slide out drawers make it feel even more spacious and you don't need to cramp down to reach for the depths of your stored foods. The dual ice maker is nice if you have different preferences for ice types. But having two trays is especially nice when you know you will need a lot of ice. And even better if u don't need a lot of ice because you can just use one tray and save the other one to store more frozen goods. Aesthetically, this stainless steal fridge looks stunning in the kitchen. Fingerprints don't stick and it is so easy to clean. The huge screen also looks very seemless. You can have it display pictures or a wallpaper that looks very sophisticated and futuristic. For more information, you can access your calendar and to do list. It really allows you to bring entertanment into your kitchen and help enrich your life and also improve your efficiently. I spend the majority of time at home in the kitchen and this fridge is a multitaskers absolute dream.

I love that the water hub is actually inside so it’s not exposed. The auto fill setting makes it even more wonderful! Kids are having so much fun with the big screen. The best part to me is the bins on the doors, it has them on all 4 doors, makes it easier to organize, also feels like the fridge can hold more because of these bins. Cools fast, precise temperature settings, love it! Also have to mention the Smart Things App, easy to connect, we also have the same brand stove, so we're able to set up everything with couple clicks. Love this fridge, highly recommended!

The Samsung 2024 Bespoke Refrigerator with AI Family Hub+ and AI Vision Inside (RF29DB9900QD) improves from last years model by adding one touch auto opening top doors for busy hands and AI vison to help keep track of what’s inside the refrigerator. The UV order control system uses UV LED light to kill and contaminates that add to odor and helps keep things fresh longer. The SmartThings app notifies you when the kids leave the door open and allows you to manage all the parameters form the app. I love listing to Spotify on the 32-inch display while I make dinner and keep the kids entertained. The 29 cubic foot volume is plenty for a growing family with room to spare. I really value the configuration options that Samsung provides for optimizing storage. The beverage zone makes easy work to get water with the auto filling pitcher and keeps the visuals clean by concealing it all behind a clean top door. The dual auto ice maker is my favorite feature as it provides two sizes of ice for your drinks and the included scoop is much enjoyed when making smoothies or adding to large containers.
