This refrigerator has completely elevated our kitchen. Going into this purchase, I was excited about the smart features, but living with it day-to-day has far exceeded expectations.
32" Family Hub Screen: It serves as the true centerpiece of the room. From managing family calendars, notes, and photos to streaming music and watching cooking tutorials while prepping dinner, it feels less like an appliance and more like an integrated command hub.
AI Vision Inside: The internal cameras and item tracking save serious time and cut down on forgotten, expired groceries. Being able to glance at what’s inside right from the screen or my phone makes meal planning seamless.
Auto Open Door: A feature you don't realize you need until you have it. When your hands are full of heavy grocery bags or sticky marinade prep, a simple tap opens the door effortlessly.
Storage & 4-Door Flex: At 29 cu.ft., the interior is cavernous and thoughtfully organized. The FlexZone compartment is fantastic—switching effortlessly between extra refrigeration for platters or deep freezing when stocking up.

Super Smart Fridge!

I can control the temperature of each compartment including the very useful flex drawer. There is a built in filter so the fridge allows stays cool and air flows evenly without needing baking soda to stay fresh. The beautiful white glass panels really pop. Highly recommend!

I've had my Bespoke AI 4-Door Flex for about a year now, and it's honestly changed how I move through my kitchen.
Accessibility: My favorite thing, hands down, is the touch-open door. No handle-grabbing needed — my hands are usually full anyway, so being able to just nudge it open is such a small thing that makes a big difference every single day.
Recognition: The AI Vision Inside is such a nice touch too — I can actually see what's in there without opening the door and losing all the cold air. It's saved me from buying duplicates more than once.
Performance & Consistency: A year of daily use and it's held up beautifully — everything stays cold and consistent, no weird warm spots or freezer burn surprises. It just quietly does its job.
Ergonomics: The FlexZone drawer has been genuinely useful for how we actually shop and cook, switching between fridge and freezer space as needed.
The real surprise, though? The Family Hub screen. I didn't expect to use it as much as I do — I play music while cooking, catch the news, check the calendar, and my favorite part: it cycles through a slideshow of photos from my albums. Coming into the kitchen to a sweet memory pop up on the fridge screen genuinely makes me smile.
A year later, still one of my favorite appliance purchases.

Being able to leave a message on the whiteboard, checking on late breaking news, or checking on the status of items we need to reorder makes this an excellent addition to our retinue of kitchen appliances!

Great, intuitive smart fridge!
The Bespoke AI 4-Door Flex refrigerator seriously outperforms my old fridge in terms of cooling, ice making, and overall smart functionality. The shelves are massive and provide plenty of room for organization.. The smart interface is super intuitive and helps me keep track of what's in my fridge.

My favorite fridge line
I love this smart fridge. My mom watches the news on it every morning and plays Spotify. So many cool options and even lets us know what items have been placed inside or what needs to be restocked. There’s a lot of apps you can download and lots more fun stuff you can do, haven’t discovered everything yet. My family would buy it again in the future for sure, love everything Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Samsung Bespoke AI 4-Door Flex with Beverage Center as it has a sleek and modern design, glass panels, a beverage center with an auto-fill pitcher. The dual ice makers with two sizes of ice was the selling point that sold us. We really appreciate the super spacious interior, particularly the flexibility of being able to change sections from refrigerator to freezer. Overall, this refrigerator with its large touchscreen and AI camera that keeps track of what you put in and take out of the refrigerator has been a good purchase and we definitely recommend it.

The family hub has been useful, from leaving notes to my grandson scribbling on the white board. The counter depth gave us the aesthetic with out sacrificing too much capacity. My wife loves the refilling pitcher. Lemon water always ready to take to the table at meal time.
