We had been looking for several months and then a Black Friday sale for the Samsung fridge caught our eye. Since I am an engineer by trade, the technology part of this device was intriguing to me. We are very happy with the purchase, and the only drawback I see is that I need to shut the water off to our house when changing the water filter (moving the fridge is not an option).

Two types of ice is a plus. Laid out very nicely, although counter depth it feels very spacious. We use the family hub mostly for music bc the TV cannot be connected to our provider, Direct TV. It is blocked. We have a Samsung TV and we’re told we could mirror the screen but our Samsung tv is too old. Not a huge deal but we were hoping to watch football while in the kitchen. So it wasn’t exactly fly what we were expecting.

I absolutely love the glass doors, fingerprints are so much less than my old stainless steel and so much easier to clean. Love the beverage center, I almost exclusively use the pitcher because it fills my glass quicker and the 2 kinds of ice are a bonus. I get complements from everyone that walks into my kitchen.

It has pictures of my grand kids and my calendar is displayed keeping me up to date. The refrigerator is large and the beverage center is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit during the summer to replace a higher end fridge, and let me tell you, it is leaps and bounds better in every way possible. It has features galore on top of serving its most basic purpose. The family hub literally helps us stay organized. The beverage station replaced several other devices .

My 4 yr old won't leave the refrigerator alone. He plays YouTube, games and all.sort of things. It's an amazing fridge. This fridge is like a phone. It only thing missing is a sim card.

We use the pitcher a lot more than expected and I like that the water dispenser is hidden. I was skeptical about the ice being in the freezer drawer as I’m used to the combined water/ice dispenser in the door. Turns out I prefer the ice in the freezer, as I don’t have ice dropping on the floor and I like that the ice is covered (as other brands/models I looked at don’t always have that feature). The family hub is pretty cool but I haven’t used it for much more than watching the news or using Alexa. I have the counter depth fridge and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious it is.

The touch screen is amazing, and you. can control many features from your iPhone. My family is extremly happy with this purchase, and I recommend Samsung Bespoke to all my friends and family.
