Surprisingly much better

Love the AI Family Hub
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the quality is good. Sound level is very low when compressor is running. Love the AI Family Hub. It is convenient watching news while working in the kitchen. I found it is a bit hassle using AI Vision, so I am keeping it off most of the time.

This fridge is impressive in all the right ways.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, it’s the best-looking one we’ve ever had. The white glass accentuates the modern four-door design by adding a crisp clean feel that really stands out. It catches my eye every morning, and wows any guest we’ve had.
The big screen on the Family AI Hub draws you in even more. You’ve got family photos, the calendar, and other helpful info right there while you’re grabbing a cold drink made even frostier with the two types of ice it produces..
Everyone has a phone, but it’s still handy having the built-in browser and Ring app right on the fridge. Makes it easy to check something online or see when those guests are arriving.
The automatically opening doors produce more than just a wow factor for guests. There are occasions that’s simple convenience like this helps when arms are full, or simply to make you smile.
The utility and ingenuity of the door panel beverages center allows quick and easy access to an automatically replenished pitcher of water. Efficiently, without opening the whole fridge compartment. I think my kids are even drinking more water as it so easily and readily available.
The temperature controls are smart and easy to use. The option of easily switching the lower-right section from varying degrees of fridge to freezer is far more convenient than I expected. When plans shift and you need a little more of one or the other.
We haven’t even tested the AI camera or an other convenient features yet. So those are even more positives to look forward to.

4 door bespoke with Samsung Hub

Futuristic Refrigerator

It’s quite silent and compared to my previous Samsung refrigerator it’s energy efficient that I could see in the reality!! Finally, the touchscreen is a nice touch; however I wish it was high resolution like 4K.

A Dream Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is a dream or a fantasy come true. We love, love this refrigerator. Everything about it is perfect. We've had it for around 6 months now and there a no complaints. It's large. It has the perfect ice machine built right in.The Family Hub (Tablet) is incredible. I didn't think that I would be using it too much, but in reality, I use it all the time. I especially like that I can add all my upcoming events, games, important dates, appoinments, etc., on the Google calendar on my lap top and it gets displayed on my calendar on the fridge. You can select up to 100 photo's to display as a screensaver. I even watch my games on it. The picture is amazing. You can get notifications, make adjustments for the temp, stop/start the ice maker, and much more all from the Smartthings App on your phone. Even to this day, I would see the fridge in the kitchen and I would shake my head in disbelief. I am honestly in awe. It is perfect!

Surprising storage
There's enough space on the shelf in front of the water filter where the 2 upper doors close to store a 62 ounce bottle. ( juice or whatever) ! It's super convenient and easily the most ergonomically efficient spot to use for a heavy bottle.

Love our refrigerator!!!
I bought this fridge in December 2024 for our new home and we absolutely love it!! All the features are so cool, I can ask it questions like Siri, put my to do lists on there, play music or TV and I always know what’s in there/ when food is going to expire with the AI feature.

Family Loves it
We have had this fridge for almost a month and so far this fridge is awesome! First we were sure about the white. Don’t think twice if the white works in your kitchen it’s beautiful. I’m glad we ditched the stainless steel the white is amazing. The family absolutely loves the beverage center. Cold water in a pitcher and being able to use the fill direct and not ugly dispenser and a clean look. The 2 different ice options is a plus and the ice is inside not out again a plus for us. The size is one of the main reasons we bought this fridge. I absolutely hated our French door fridge. You can’t fit anything in it. This fridge is huge and now we actually have space after shopping and I can see everything in the fridge and freezer. Best fridge imho. And the family hub we still need to learn but it is used by everyone from pictures to grocery list to the front door to music or news. Once we learn it I’m sure it will be used. My friends and family buy wolf and sub zero they are dummies. I can’t comment on the performance that is TBD but this fridge hand down was very thought out. Good job samsung
