The shelves are well positioned and door-space is very generous and efficient. Connectivity to my phone has helped with open door notice and adjustments to fridge and freezer temp compartments.

We only had a small space to fit it into, and the side by side was the solution instead of a larger French Door refrigerator. I'm so happy with the space inside and the ice maker which offers two sizes of ice! Plus, the door opens-up with the touch of a button instead of having to pull the door open!

The stainless steel is so nice and the profile is so much better looking without door handles and water through the door. The beverage center is great, especially the pitcher that fills automatically.

The auto door open feature helps keep finger prints off the door. You touch a part of the door and it opens just a little. The door has very functional shelving but does lack a spot for eggs.

Another quality purchase

It functions flawlessly, it is insanely quiet (the only time I heard it run was when I first plugged it in, and then only barely), and simply beautiful. I take a star off for price, as even being as small as it it, it was super expensive, but I like to think u get what u pay for.

It is not a generic white look…more like an iPhone. The ice and water are hidden on the inside so it’s a very sleek look. I wish they would make a full variety of appliances in this white. Terrible refrigerator. Samsung has gone down
I already wrote a review, but this is an add on. Today they sent another technician to my home. Not sure why. He didn't have a part or anything. They are wasting my time. Nothing was fixed. They asked me to contact with this reference no 11468513. No phone no provider only links to Facebook, twitter. The guy would not fix anything. Just told me to dump the ice. I have done that two times and the ice continues to stick. Also, the refrigerator has uneven cooling. It freezes my lettuce, cucumbers etc. They replaced a hinge on the bottom of the door, which tells me this refrigerator was mistreated in transit. There is no reason for that to be broken on a new fridge. Still, they are not doing anything.

I purchased in June 2023. I gave it a great review, but now I had trouble with the Ice bites and the door making a loud noise when u open it. That was fixed, but no the ice bites side of the ice maker. I have been on the phone 3 days and no resolution. They say the part is no longer available. On a new fridge, seriously? The Cust SVC reps suck. The calls go to another country and they won't provide a supervisor.

Do NOT buy. Serious flaw that Samsung ignores
We bought this refrigerator just 2 months ago at Best Buy. For the first couple of weeks, it worked great. Then the left-hand freezer door began popping open a fraction of an inch EVERY SINGLE TIME we closed the refrigerator door. It's hard to tell when this happens since the gap is small. BUT. Within hours, the freezer will have lost temperature, and everything will be covered in frost. Whatever is in the freezer will defrost. The Samsung technicians who came out said a couple of things. One was that the refrigerator was "within spec", meaning they would not/could not fix it. The tech also told us that this is such a common complaint for Samsung refrigerators that Samsung simply stopped trying to fix it. Think about that. NOBODY would buy this refrigerator if they were aware it would do this and Samsung would not fix it. The problem is pretty obvious. The mechanism that self-closes the freezer door is very weak, and the magnet that holds it in place once you push it close is also too weak. These should be fixable problems. But apparently not by Samsung.
