Built Like a Tank, runs Like a Corvette!
I couldn’t be happier with my Speed Queen FF7009WN. Yes, it’s on the higher end price wise, but just like an American muscle cars, you’re not just paying for looks you’re paying for American engineering, power, and performance. This front loader has a large capacity, washes lightning fast, and gives you a ton of options with its intuitive selection pad. Clothes come out cleaner than ever, and the spin cycle is so efficient it cuts down drying time noticeably. It’s solid, sturdy, and built to last, no lightweight plastic here. Bottom line, if you’re tired of lightweight plastic parts that don’t hold up, invest in the best. This machine is worth every penny.

Very happy
After 2 “mainstream” washers we divided to just spend the money for the speed queen. Should have did it before spending the same amount on the two previous washers that combined lasted 7 years. In the long run speed queen is the right choice.

solid, reliable and quiet!
This washer is the most solid and quiet machine I have ever owned!
My last washer shook my floors when in spin cycle. This washer is solid and I never notice when it is in full spin. It has simple controls and is hassle free to operate! I wish I had discovered Speed Queen years ago!

Dependable quality
After 25 years of fixing our old washing machine, our appliance repair person told us to buy a new machine. Having experience going to laundromats and using industrial equipment I knew what I wanted, the Speed Queen. My husband suggested otherwise but I insisted I deserve the best. I've had the Speed Queen front loader for three months and I love it!! It's dependable, efficient and cleans well. When my 25 year old dryer goes out, I'll buy the matching Speed Queen dryer.

Cleans clothes better than any other machine. Sensors are perceptive and remember what was done - lots of options - gentle on delicate fabrics. We love it!

Made In America!!...What More needs to be said?
This is a great washing machine. This is my second set of Speed Queen Washer and Dryers. I had the last set 10 years and could not wear them out. Gave them to my son. They should be good for another 10.

I love this machine!
Everything about this machine is wonderful except when it rinses the soap from the dish. Some soap runs down the face of the machine. The problem is not using too much soap, because I've tried it using very little and it still ran out. Today I added quite a bit of water to the soap, so that the cup was nearly empty and that solved the problem. Yes, the door is completely closed. Is there another solution?

Love our Speed Queen
We are loving our front load Speed Queen washer. It does a wonderful job of cleaning. I love all the cycles to meet our cleaning needs. The only thing I would change is to be able to select cold water temperature on the perma press cycle. I have to switch to the delicate cycle.

Should have went SQ years ago
WOW, i thought high quality washing machines went extinct years ago. Went with a competitor after my quality machine died years ago and was very disappointed with the short life span of the replacement. Did some checking and discovered SQ is like what the consumer products used to be. I really don't mind paying a little more for something if it's better and won't disappoint. The control panel screams HIGH QUALITY by the look and feel, and I like the power on self test (POST).

Had bought my wife an amana front loader during Covid (was only front loader we could find). It was awful. She fought it for 3 years then we decided on Speed Queen. It washes in one hour what took almost 4 hrs with the Amana. Great machine.

Extremely clean clothes/simple to use
I was very concerned with replacing a 1978 Frigidaire top load washer that washed clothes clean but used gallons of water. I also hear that most washers today are five years or less life cycles. I have several relatives that have Speed Queen washers that have been going strong for a long time. I am amazed how clean my clothes come out of this machine, how much lower my water bill is and how simple it is to use!

Excellent Clothes Washer
Our new front load SQ washer is the best washer we have ever owned or used (we've owned Kenmore, Whirlpool, Maytag, and Bosch washers). We were (pleasantly) surprised to see our clothes (particularly bath towels) noticeably cleaner using the SQ than when using our previous washer (using the same Costco/Kirkland detergent and same amount of detergent); the reason (our guess) is that the SQ uses more water while washing. The quality construction of the SQ washing machine is very apparent. Although the price of the SQ was higher than competing washing machines, we believe it was a worthwhile investment...you get what you pay for. Very pleased!

Love It!!!
Bought the matching pair of washer and dryer. Good grief I cannot believe how much I spent considering I came from my starter wringer washer and clothes line in the basement. The only thing I miss is the light in the washer. Sure beats fighting with my old pair that was 20 something old.

Excellent Clothes Washer
The various wash cycles deliver outstanding results. The control panel is simple and intuitive to operate and the clothes come out of the washer with fewer wrinkles than my previous washer. However, I don't like that the black gasket inside the washer leaves black marks on my white sheets even though I use the permanent press wash cycle.

It is possible to love a washing machine
I've had multiple Front Load Washing machines over the last 25 years. I'd never heard of Speed Queen until asking the last repairman what brand they would buy. This is the best kept secret. I don't think the clothes have ever been so clean. I appreciate there is more water in each load that actually gets the load completely wet. I tested the don't be afraid to pack it to the top as mentioned. I have a heavy king comforter that would never work in other brands. This unit handled it and said what else you got. Thanks Speed Queen
