I just want to say that this front load washer is the best of the best. I should have got one of these along time ago. It works amazing and this is my second speed queen that I have owned. I would highly recommend this front loader to my family and friends.

Have not had my new washer but a few weeks, but am very happy with it so far. I am amazed with how short the cycles are. Seems to me that this will make it very energy efficient. It is extremely easy to use, quiet, and does an excellent job of cleaning my laundry.

Built like a tank, cleans like a car wash.
I bought this machine just a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it. Make sure to buy your Speed Queen from a store who will treat your appliances gently in their warehouse. I have actually seen them drop a refrigerator off a truck at a big box store and then sell it.
If you want this machine to work as intended get it from a quality store.
The machine is extremely energy efficient, uses far less water and electric than the top loaders. I had to get used to using less soap, but it works beautifully and it's flawless.
Do yourself a favor, buy the best. If you don't want service calls and problems, this is the machine for you. It's built like a tank, and cleans like a car wash. No fuss, no muss, it just does the job that it was intended. And, as to the cost? Years ago I had a GE washing machine It was a top loader, but over the years I wound up putting three transmissions in it. I have two Speed Queen Top loaders and the F7009 with the pet and flea cycle. It sterilizes the bedding beautifully. When they say, "You get what you pay for." They aren't kidding.

Best ever washer
After putting up with a top-of-the-line GE washer that had to be serviced 20 times in three years I finally threw in the towel and gave up. I now on a speed queen front loader that is the best washing machine ever. Even the twice the price of the others I know I’ve gotten a bargain.

Lacking features for such high cost
For the high cost it should have had a light inside the drum to make it easier to see when unloading. Also wish the inside drum was not dark stainless. Both of these issues make it hard to see inside when unloading. Otherwise a great machine.

Great washer but long wait
Absolute fabulous washer best made machine I have ever owned, but had to wait six months for delivery to my home. The washer was received by the seller two months before the pedestal was received. Seems like making a box for the unit to sit on is more difficult than making the washer. Had the same problem with the dryer

Quality machine
The machine definitely feels quality with a high degree of durability. It's been a short amount of time so can't tell for sure but wash quality is great. Knocked off 1 star for two reasons:
1. Machine shakes during washing and moves all-over the place - could be due to how powerful it is (which is great) but also makes it hard to stop from "walking" even after having purchased special risers for it
2. Door lock mechanism is somewhat faulty and looks / feels / sounds cheap; 1/2 the time the door-lock sensor doesn't think the door is locked so you have to "play" with it and the door lock itself has an unpleasant plastic closing sound and requires quite a bit of force to close
Overall, happy that we supported a made-in-the-USA company and hope to have this machine for a long time...just wish the door-lock had a little more design baked into it.

Washes great!
The front panel, face plate is coming up. Bubbled up on both washers and the fryer at delivery. Still waiting on the repair guys to fix. DDD repair guy said waiting on parts.
I pay 100% I expect 100%.
Must say the washer cleans the clothes great! Dryer works great!
